Abstract

Description

  The present invention relates to passenger conveyors such as escalators and moving walkways, and more particularly to handrails thereof.

  Conventionally, the structure which affixes a film on the handrail of a passenger conveyor and uses it as an advertising medium has already been proposed as disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1.

  The handrail of the passenger conveyor described in Patent Document 1 is such that a printed film of an advertisement is pasted in the longitudinal direction of the surface of the handrail body.

  In the film pasting configuration of the handrail described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, there is no mention of a measure for preventing peeling of the pasting film from the handrail.
