Abstract
【解決手段】電極組立体250と電解液とを収容する缶110と,缶の上側を覆い,中心部には,電極端子320が挿入され,一側には安全ベント317が形成されたキャッププレート310を含むキャップ組立体300と,電極端子と外部端子とを連結する電極リード線600と,キャップ組立体の上側に設けられて,キャッププレートと電極リード線とを絶縁させると共に,安全ベントを露出させる安全ベントホール520を有するワッシャー500とを含むことを特徴とする,二次電池が提供される。かかる構成により,二次電池の製造工程において,既設のワッシャーを分離して安全ベントの位置を確認するという作業能率の低下を防止する効果がある。

Claims (8)
- 第1電極板,第2電極板およびセパレータが巻回された電極組立体と,電解液とを収容する缶と;
前記缶の上側を覆うキャッププレートを含み,前記キャッププレートの中心部に前記第1電極板または前記第2電極板のうちいずれか1つと連結された電極端子が挿入され,前記キャッププレートの一側には安全ベントが形成されたキャップ組立体と;
前記電極端子の上部と連結され,前記電極端子と外部端子とを連結する電極リード部と;
前記キャップ組立体の上側に設けられ,前記キャッププレートと前記電極リード部とを絶縁させると共に,前記安全ベントを露出させる露出部を有するワッシャーと;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記ワッシャーの前記露出部は,前記キャッププレートに形成された前記安全ベントと対応する位置に形成された安全ベントホールであることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記安全ベントホールに,透明樹脂からなるカバー部材が設けられることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記透明樹脂は,ポリブチレンテレフタレート,ポリエチレン,ポリエチレンテレフタラート,ポリプロピレン,テフロン(登録商標)またはポリテトラフルオロエチレンのうちいずれかの1つであることを特徴とする,請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートは,前記安全ベントとは他側に,栓で封止された電解液注入孔が形成され,
前記ワッシャーは,前記電解液注入孔の前記栓と対応する位置に注入ホールが更に形成されていることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池。 - 前記栓は,上部に絶縁物質がコーティングされることを特徴とする,請求項5記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートと前記ワッシャーとの間に,所定の高さを有する少なくとも2つ以上の支持部材が配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部材の高さは,前記栓の上部が前記ワッシャーの上側に突出しない高さであることを特徴とする,請求項7に記載の二次電池。
