Description

The present invention relates to a curved corner member disposed at a corner of a building, and a corner construction structure using the curved corner member.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a protruding corner member with a substantially L-shaped horizontal section disposed at a protruding corner portion of a building (see Patent Document 1). The protruding corner material constitutes a part of the outer wall at the protruding corner portion together with the flat outer wall plates arranged on the left and right.
However, although the protruding corner material has some chamfered portions at the corners, the protruding corner material cannot be denied, and a soft and gentle appearance cannot be expressed.
In particular, it is desired to obtain a broadened appearance as a whole by forming a large curved surface at the corner of the building where the appearance of the large wall is exposed by applying the joint processing.

In addition, as a decorative frame for obtaining a soft appearance, there are those in which corners are formed in a curved shape (see Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3).
However, in this decorative frame, various dimensions are not particularly defined, and it is difficult to express a sufficient spread feeling and a soft and gentle appearance.

The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and provides a curved corner material capable of expressing a sufficiently wide feeling and a soft and gentle appearance, and a projected corner construction structure using the curved corner material. It is something to try.

The first invention is a curved corner member having a curved corner and being arranged at the corner of the building which has exposed the appearance of the large wall by applying a joint treatment,
The curved surface corner material is made of a ceramic material, and in a horizontal section, a curved surface forming portion formed in an arc shape whose central angle is substantially a right angle, and a flat plate extending from the left and right ends of the curved surface forming portion, respectively. A pair of flat surface forming portions,
The plane forming portion has a thickness of 11 to 15 mm,
The curved surface forming portion has a design surface with a curvature radius of 47 to 70 mm,
A curved corner member having a perpendicular direction distance from the back side surface of one of the flat surface forming portions to the side end surface of the other flat surface forming portion is 80 to 100 mm (Claim 1).

Next, the effects of the present invention will be described.
Since the curved surface corner material has the curved surface forming part, it can exhibit a soft and gentle appearance.
Moreover, since the said curved corner material has the said plane formation part, a curved corner material can be easily fixed to the structural frame of a building.

Moreover, since the said plane formation part has the thickness of 11-15 mm, while being able to ensure sufficient intensity | strength and thickness precision, an inexpensive curved cornering material can be obtained. That is, as a curved corner member made of a ceramic material, sufficient strength can be secured by securing the above thickness. In addition, when forming a large wall by jointless treatment, it is not necessary to increase the thickness of the outer wall plate or the curved corner material, and the cost can be suppressed by appropriately reducing the thickness as described above. it can.

Further, the curved surface forming portion has a design surface with a curvature radius of 47 to 70 mm. Therefore, a soft and gradual appearance can be sufficiently expressed, and a sufficient sense of spread can be expressed. In addition, the curved corner member can be disposed in the protruding corner so that the curved surface forming portion does not interfere with the structural housing.

Moreover, the perpendicular direction distance from the back side surface of one said plane formation part to the side end surface of the other said plane formation part is 80-100 mm. Therefore, it is possible to express a sufficient sense of spread, a soft and gentle appearance, and to securely fix the curved corner material to the structural housing. In addition, the strength of the curved corner material can be ensured. Further, the jointless processing can be accommodated in the range of the plane forming portion, and the appearance design can be prevented from being impaired.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a curved corner material capable of expressing a sufficiently wide feeling and a soft and gentle appearance.

The second invention is a projecting corner construction structure in which a curved projecting corner material is fixed to a vertical column arranged at the projecting corner portion through a trunk edge, which constitutes a part of the structural frame of the building. ,
The curved surface corner material is made of a ceramic material, and in a horizontal section, a curved surface forming portion formed in an arc shape having a central angle of substantially a right angle, and a flat plate extending from the left and right ends of the curved surface forming portion, respectively. The plane forming portion has a thickness of 11 to 15 mm, the curved surface forming portion has a design surface with a radius of curvature of 47 to 70 mm, and the back side surface of one of the plane forming portions. The perpendicular direction distance from the side end surface of the other flat surface forming part to 80-100 mm,
On the left and right sides of the curved corner material, flat outer wall plates are respectively disposed in a state of being butted and joined to the side end surfaces of the pair of flat surface forming portions,
An elastic joint treatment material is coated on the design surface side of the butted portion between the curved corner material and the outer wall plate, and the elastic joint treatment material can be penetrated into a large number of the joint material. A multi-hole sheet having holes is disposed, and the surface of the elastic joint treatment material is covered with an elastic coating material, and is subjected to joint-free treatment. ).

Next, the effects of the present invention will be described.
In the projecting corner construction structure, the curved projecting corner material is disposed at the projecting corner. Therefore, as described in the first aspect of the present invention (invention 1), it is possible to express a sufficiently wide feeling and a soft and gentle appearance at the protruding corner.
In particular, the curved surface corner material is disposed on the design surface side of the abutting portion between the curved corner material and the outer wall plate because the large wall is constructed by applying the jointless treatment as described above. As a result, a sufficient sense of spread can be expressed as a whole.

Further, as described above, the joint portion between the curved protruding corner member and the outer wall plate is provided with the elastic joint treatment material and the multi-hole sheet, and the elastic coating material is applied thereon. Therefore, even when the curved corner material or the outer wall plate expands or contracts due to thermal expansion or the like, the elastic joint treatment material or the elastic coating material can sufficiently absorb the expansion and contraction, thereby preventing the occurrence of cracks. Thereby, the protrusion corner construction structure excellent in durability and appearance design nature can be obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a projected corner construction structure capable of expressing a sufficiently wide feeling and a soft and gentle appearance.

In the first invention (invention 1) or the second invention (invention 4), the curved corner material can be an integrally formed product formed by extruding ceramic material, for example.
Moreover, the above-mentioned “center angle is substantially right angle” means that the center angle is in the range of, for example, 85 to 95 °.
Moreover, it is preferable that the thickness of the said trunk edge shall be 15-18 mm, for example. In this case, it is possible to sufficiently ensure the air permeability on the back surface side of the curved protruding corner member and the appropriate nail driving allowance.

Moreover, when the thickness of the said plane formation part is less than 11 mm, there exists a possibility that it may become difficult to ensure sufficient intensity | strength as the curved-surface corner material which consists of ceramics type materials. On the other hand, when the thickness exceeds 15 mm, it may be difficult to ensure thickness accuracy and the cost may increase.

Further, when the radius of curvature of the design surface in the curved surface forming portion is less than 47 mm, it may be difficult to express a soft and gradual appearance or a sufficient spread. On the other hand, when the radius of curvature exceeds 70 mm, it may be difficult to dispose the curved corner material at the corner so that the curved surface forming portion does not interfere with the structural housing.

In addition, when the distance in the perpendicular direction from the back side surface of one flat surface forming portion to the side end surface of the other flat surface forming portion is less than 80 mm, a sufficiently wide feeling, a soft and gentle appearance are displayed, and a curved surface appears. It may be difficult to securely fix the corner member to the structural frame. In addition, it becomes difficult to fit the jointless treatment within the range of the flat surface forming portion, which may impair the appearance design of the curved surface portion. On the other hand, if the perpendicular distance exceeds 100 mm, it may be difficult to ensure the strength of the curved corner material.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said curved surface formation part has a thick part larger thickness than the said plane formation part (Claim 2, Claim 5).
In this case, the strength of the curved surface forming portion can be improved, and a curved corner member having excellent durability can be obtained.

Moreover, it is preferable that the curved surface forming portion is formed by continuously forming a notch portion in the vertical direction on the back side surface at the substantially central portion (claims 3 and 6).
In this case, a sufficient gap is ensured between the vertical column that is a part of the structural housing and is arranged at the protruding corner and the curved surface forming portion to prevent interference between the two and prevent the curved surface from protruding. Air permeability on the back side of the corner material can be ensured.

The gap between the vertical column and the curved surface forming part is preferably 5 mm or more, for example. Accordingly, it is possible to reliably prevent the curved corner material and the vertical column from interfering with each other and to sufficiently ensure the air permeability on the back side of the curved corner material.
Moreover, it is preferable that the thickness of the said curved surface formation part is 8.0 mm or more. That is, when providing the said notch part, it is preferable that the formation part of the thinnest notch part shall be 8.0 mm. Thereby, the intensity | strength of a curved-corner corner material is securable.

A waterproof paper 33 is disposed between the vertical column 31 and the trunk edge 32. The curved corner member 1 and the outer wall plate 4 are fixed to the trunk edge 32 and the vertical column 31 by nails 21, respectively. The nail 21 is placed on the flat surface forming portion 12 of the curved corner member 1. As the placement position, in order to avoid cracking or chipping of the curved projecting corner material 1, it is a position that enters about 25 mm from the side end face 122 of the flat surface forming portion 12. Similarly, the nail driving position on the outer wall plate 4 is also a position that is about 25 mm inside from the side end face 42.

Further, the thickness s of the trunk edge 32 is 15 mm.
Further, the protruding corner back surface gap e between the back side surface 116 of the curved protruding corner material 1 and the corner 311 of the vertical column 31 is 5.9 mm.
The radius of curvature r of the back side surface 116 of the curved surface forming portion 11 is r = R−t = 37 mm. Here, R is the radius of curvature of the design surface 111 of the curved surface forming portion 11 as described above, and t is the thickness of the flat surface forming portion 12. In this example, this thickness t is also the thickness of the curved surface forming portion 11.

Next, the function and effect of this example will be described.
Since the curved corner material 1 has the curved surface forming portion 11, it can exhibit a soft and gentle appearance.
Moreover, since the said curved protruding corner material 1 has the said plane formation part 12, the curved protruding corner material 1 can be easily fixed to the structural frame (vertical column 31) of a building.

Moreover, since the said plane formation part 12 has the thickness t of 13 mm, while being able to ensure sufficient intensity | strength and thickness accuracy, the cheap curved corner material 1 can be obtained. That is, as the curved corner member 1 made of ceramic material, sufficient strength can be secured by securing the thickness t. In addition, when forming a large wall by jointless processing, it is not particularly necessary to increase the thickness of the outer wall plate 4 and the curved corner material 1, and the cost can be suppressed by appropriately reducing the thickness t as described above. can do.

In the curved surface forming portion 11, the radius of curvature of the design surface 111 is 50 mm. Therefore, a soft and gradual appearance can be sufficiently expressed, and a sufficient sense of spread can be expressed. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the curved surface corner material 1 can be disposed at the projected corner portion so that the curved surface forming portion 11 does not interfere with the structural housing (vertical column 31).

Moreover, the perpendicular direction distance A from the back side surface 126 of one plane formation part 12 to the side end surface 122 of the other plane formation part 12 is 90 mm. Therefore, it is possible to express a sufficient feeling of spread, a soft and gentle appearance, and to securely fix the curved protruding corner member 1 to the structural frame (vertical column 31). Further, the strength of the curved corner material 1 can be ensured. Further, the jointless processing can be accommodated in the range of the plane forming portion 12, and it is possible to prevent the appearance designability from being impaired.

In addition, since the large surface is constructed by performing the jointless treatment on the design surface side of the butted portion 22 between the curved corner material 1 and the outer wall plate 4, the curved corner material 1 is By disposing, it is possible to express a sufficient sense of spread as a whole.

Further, as described above, the abutting portion 22 between the curved corner member 1 and the outer wall plate 4 is provided with the elastic joint treatment material 51 and the multi-hole sheet 52, and the elastic coating material 53 is applied thereon. (FIGS. 3 and 4). Therefore, even if the curved corner material 1 or the outer wall plate 4 expands or contracts due to thermal expansion or the like, the elastic joint treatment material 51 or the elastic coating material 53 can sufficiently absorb the expansion and contraction, thereby preventing the occurrence of cracks. . Thereby, the protruding corner construction structure 2 excellent in durability and appearance design can be obtained.

As described above, according to this example, it is possible to provide a curved corner material and a corner construction structure capable of expressing a sufficiently wide feeling and a soft and gentle appearance.

(Example 2)
In this example, as shown in FIG. 5, the curved surface forming part 11 is provided with a curved corner member 1 provided with a thick part 112 having a thickness larger than that of the flat surface forming part 12, and a projected corner part construction structure 2 using this. It is an example.
The thick portion 112 is formed by making the back side surface 116 of the curved surface forming portion 11 planar. And the thickness of the thick part 112 is 16.6 mm in the thickest part.

In addition, the curved surface forming part 11 is formed by continuously forming a notch 117 in the vertical direction on a back side surface 116 at a substantially central part. The notch 117 is formed in a semicircular shape having a curvature radius of 5 mm.
By forming the notch 117, the gap between the corner 311 of the vertical column 31 and the curved surface forming portion 11, that is, the projected corner back surface gap e is set to 6.0 mm.
Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

In the case of this example, the strength of the curved surface forming part 11 can be improved, and the curved corner member 1 having excellent durability can be obtained.
Further, by providing a notch 117 on the back side surface 116 of the curved surface forming portion 11, a sufficient gap (protrusion back surface clearance e) between the vertical column 31 and the curved surface forming portion 11 is secured, and interference between the two is prevented. While preventing, the air permeability of the back side of the curved corner material 1 can be ensured.
In addition, the same effects as those of the first embodiment are obtained.

(Example 3)
As shown in FIG. 6, this example is an example of a curved corner material 1 in which the curvature radius R of the design surface 111 of the curved surface forming portion 11 is increased to 70 mm and a projected corner construction structure 2 using the curved corner material 1.
Further, the thickness s of the trunk edge 32 is 18 mm, and the thickness t of the plane forming portion 12 is 12 mm. The thickness of the curved surface forming portion 11 is also 12 mm, the same as the thickness t.
Moreover, the perpendicular direction distance A from the back side surface 126 of one plane forming part 12 to the side end face 122 of the other plane forming part 12 is 100 mm.

Further, an arc-shaped notch 117 having a curvature radius of 6.5 mm is provided on the back side surface 116 of the curved surface forming portion 11. As a result, the exit corner back surface gap e is kept at 5 mm.
Moreover, the thickness u (thickness of the thinnest part) of the curved surface forming part 11 in the formation part of the notch part 117 is 8.4 mm.
Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

In the case of this example, it is possible to provide a curved corner material and a corner construction structure that can express a further spread.
In addition, the same effects as those of the first embodiment are obtained.

(Comparative Example 1)
As shown in FIG. 7, this example is an example of a curved corner material 9 in which the radius of curvature R of the design surface 111 of the curved surface forming portion 11 is further increased to 80 mm and a projected corner portion construction structure 8 using the curved corner material 9.
Moreover, the perpendicular direction distance A from the back side surface 126 of one plane formation part 12 to the side end surface 122 of the other plane formation part 12 is 110 mm.

In addition, an arc-shaped notch 117 having a curvature radius of 10.9 mm is provided on the back side surface 116 of the curved surface forming portion 11. As a result, the exit corner back surface gap e is kept at 5 mm.
Moreover, the thickness u (thickness of the thinnest part) of the curved surface forming part 11 in the formation part of the notch part 117 is 4.3 mm.
Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

However, as described above, if it is intended to secure the protruding corner back surface gap e of 5 mm, it is necessary to form the notch 117 deeply. As a result, the thickness u is reduced to 5 mm, and the curved protruding corner material 9 has sufficient strength. It becomes difficult to obtain.
On the other hand, in order to make the thickness u 8 mm or more, the notch 117 cannot be formed large, and as a result, the protruding corner back surface gap e cannot be sufficiently secured.
