温度調整された空調空気を乗員着座領域に流通させる車両用シート空調装置であって、
シートクッションのクッション本体のうちの、乗員着座領域の上面に、シート幅方向に沿って延出する釣り込み溝が形成され、
この釣り込み溝内にシート表皮材が引き入れられ、そのシート表皮材が釣り込み溝の底部に係止されているものにおいて、
シートクッションの乗員着座位置の側部に設けられたサイドサポート部の内部に空調用の送風装置を配置し、その送風装置の吹き出し部を、前記釣り込み溝とシート表皮材の間にできたシート幅方向の延出空間に接続し、その延出空間を空調空気の流路としたことを特徴とする車両用シート空調装置。
