Abstract
【解決手段】濾材10の上面および下面にアース繊維11をミシンにより縫いつけ、縫合されたアース繊維11に沿って加熱プレートを濾材10に加圧して、濾材10を加熱圧縮する。濾材10は加熱圧縮により変形して熱固定され、これにより針穴12が塞がれる。

Claims (8)
- 気体中の粉粒体粒子を捕集するためのフィルターであって、樹脂製不織布からなる濾材と、この濾材に縫合されたアース繊維とを備え、前記アース繊維を前記濾材に縫合する際に生じた針穴を塞いだことを特徴とするフィルター。
- 前記針穴を濾材の加熱圧縮により熱固定して塞いだことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルター。
- 前記針穴を接着剤等のシール材で塞いだことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルター。
- 気体中の粉粒体粒子を捕集するためのフィルターであって、樹脂製不織布からなる濾材と、この濾材の少なくとも一面に設けられた弾性シートと、この濾材と弾性シートとに縫合されたアース繊維とを備えていることを特徴とするフィルター。
- 気体中の粉粒体粒子を捕集するためのフィルターであって、樹脂製不織布からなる第一の濾材と、この第一の濾材に縫合されたアース繊維と、前記第一の濾材の表面に加熱溶着された樹脂製不織布からなる第二の濾材とを備えたフィルター。
- 前記第一の濾材と前記第二の濾材とが溶着層を介して相互に溶着されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のフィルター。
- 前記溶着層が、前記第一の濾材及び前記第二の濾材よりも融点の低い通気性の樹脂シートで構成されている請求項6記載のフィルター。
- 流動層装置に用いられる請求項1から7の何れかに記載のフィルター。
