Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic patch package containing a cosmetic patch containing vitamin C, which is non-breathable together with an oxygen absorber or with an oxygen absorber and a desiccant. The present invention relates to a cosmetic patch package that is housed in a bag and sealed.
It is known that vitamin C, which is a typical water-soluble vitamin, and vitamin E, which is a typical fat-soluble vitamin, have effects such as whitening action, suppression of pigmentation, suppression of skin aging, and prevention of rough skin. As a cosmetic patch in which such a vitamin is contained in a hydrogel substrate, a base comprising an acrylic cross-linked hydrous gel containing polyacrylic acid and / or polyacrylate, water, and a cross-linking agent as essential components A sheet-like pack agent containing vitamin and other skin beautifying ingredients in a material is known (see Patent Document 1). There is also a natural hydrogel such as gelatin or agar containing a beautifying skin component.
The above-mentioned sheet-shaped pack agent can contain water-soluble vitamins by being mixed with the base material of the water-containing gel, but when water-soluble vitamin C (ascorbic acid) that is easily oxidized and hydrolyzed is contained. There is a problem in that it is deteriorated or colored by being attacked by an acidic compound generated by gel decomposition. In addition, the adhesive strength of a base material made of a water-containing gel greatly varies depending on the water content, and there is also a problem that the adhesive strength is greatly reduced when the water content is reduced.
Therefore, the applicant of the present invention accommodates a cosmetic patch containing vitamin C in an adhesive segmented polyurethane gel substantially free of moisture in the accommodation recess of the tray, and disposes the cover body provided with a water storage part to the tray. Previously proposed a cosmetic patch package that was applied to the skin (Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-337330). In this cosmetic patch package, since the segmented polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch is an anhydrous gel, vitamin C contained in this gel is hardly hydrolyzed during storage and deteriorated or deteriorated. If the water storage part of the lid is broken just before use, the water penetrates into the segmented polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch and dissolves vitamin C. Therefore, when this cosmetic patch is taken out from the receiving recess of the tray and applied to the face The dissolved vitamin C migrates to the skin and is quickly absorbed, and can exhibit the effects of vitamin C such as whitening action, pigmentation inhibition and antioxidant action.
However, when the above-mentioned cosmetic patch package has a long storage period, a part of vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) is oxidized to dehydroascorbic acid by oxygen in the air permeating the segmented polyurethane gel. Since dehydroascorbic acid has a structure that is easily hydrolyzed, there is a problem in that it is easily hydrolyzed and deactivated by moisture in the permeating air.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and has satisfactory quality by sufficiently suppressing oxidation and hydrolysis of vitamin C contained in the segmented polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch even when the storage period is long. The main solution is to provide a cosmetic patch package capable of maintaining the above. An improvement in handling of this package is also a problem to be solved.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the cosmetic patch package of the present invention is housed in a non-breathable outer bag and sealed together with an oxygen absorber or with an oxygen absorber and a desiccant. And a tray formed with a concave portion for accommodating a cosmetic patch containing vitamin C in a sticky segmented polyurethane gel substantially free of water and containing a cosmetic patch. A ventilation portion is formed which includes a tray lid to be attached, and which keeps ventilation between the outside of the package and the adhesive material receiving recess. Here, “substantially free of water” means a state where water is contained in a very small amount of 1% by weight or less, preferably 0.5% by weight or less, more preferably 0.3% by weight or less. The state of.
In the cosmetic patch package according to the present invention, the tray lid includes a water storage section, and when an external force is applied to the water storage section, the bottom surface of the water storage section is opened and the water in the water storage section is supplied to the patch adhesive recess of the tray. Preferably, the water in this water storage part contains a humectant. In addition, two adhesive material receiving recesses are formed in the tray with the bank portion interposed therebetween, and a communication groove portion is formed in the bank portion to communicate both adhesive material receiving recess portions, and the water storage of the tray lid is directly above the communication groove portion. It is also preferable that both sides of the water storage part are supported by the bank part by positioning the part. Further, the ventilation portion is formed in the overlapping portion of the peripheral portion of the tray and the peripheral portion of the tray lid, and either one of the peripheral portion of the tray to be overlapped or the peripheral portion of the tray lid is partially outside the other. It is also preferable that the protruding portion is formed on the tray lid and the engaging portion is formed on the tray lid and the engaging portion is engaged with the engaged portion to determine the direction of the tray lid.
In the cosmetic patch package of the present invention, since the segmented polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch is an anhydrous gel that does not substantially contain water, in addition to being able to stably hold vitamin C in a dry state, This package is substantially oxygen-free in the outer bag, because it is stored in a non-breathable outer bag together with the oxygen agent, or with the oxygen absorber and the desiccant. The adhesive material receiving recess for storing the cosmetic adhesive material of this package is stored in an oxygen-free and anhydrous atmosphere. Since it is maintained in an oxygen and anhydrous atmosphere, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) contained in the segmented polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch accommodated in the patch accommodating recess is substantially oxidized or hydrolyzed. It does not occur. Therefore, even if the storage period is long, the initial quality is maintained, and vitamin C is almost never deactivated by oxidation or hydrolysis, so water is applied to the segmented polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch immediately before use. Vitamin C is dissolved by absorption, and if this is applied to the skin of the face, etc., the dissolved vitamin C will be transferred to the skin and absorbed immediately, whitening action, suppression of pigmentation, antioxidant action, etc. The effect of vitamin C can be demonstrated. The segmented polyurethane gel for cosmetic patches does not change greatly in adhesive strength due to a change in moisture content unlike conventional hydrogels, and has a constant and appropriate adhesive strength. There is no worry about falling out of the box.
Further, the tray lid includes a water storage part, and when an external force is applied to the water storage part, the bottom surface of the water storage part is opened and the water in the water storage part is supplied to the adhesive material receiving recess of the tray. The patch package can absorb a suitable amount of water into the segmented polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch housed in the patch housing recess just by applying an external force by pushing the water storage part with a finger just before use. This eliminates the need to prepare an appropriate amount of water and pour it into the segmented polyurethane gel, thereby improving handling. In particular, the tray is formed with two patch material receiving recesses sandwiching the bank portion, and the bank portion is formed with a communication groove portion that communicates both patch material receiving recess portions, and the tray cover water storage is directly above the communication groove portion. The cosmetic patch package, in which the part is positioned and both sides of the water storage part are supported by the bank part, when external force is applied to the water storage part to open the bottom surface, the water in the water storage part passes through the communicating groove part and both patch materials There is an advantage that the segmented polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch housed in the housing recess is evenly absorbed at the same time, and both sides of the water reservoir are supported by the bank, so when pushing the water reservoir with your finger Therefore, the sink of the water storage section is eliminated, and the bottom surface of the water storage section can be easily and reliably opened. Then, the cosmetic patch material package containing the moisturizer in the water of the water storage unit is used to remove the cosmetic patch that has absorbed the water containing the moisturizer by opening the bottom surface of the water reservoir as described above. When applied to the skin, the moisturizing agent also moves to the skin, so that the moisturizing effect of the moisturizing agent can moisturize the skin. When the moisturizer is included in the segmented polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch, vitamin C may be hydrolyzed by the retained moisture. However, the moisturizer is separated from vitamin C and is stored in the water in the reservoir. When contained, there is no fear of this, and the initial quality can be maintained over a long period of time.
Furthermore, the cosmetic patch package in which the ventilation portion is formed in the overlapping portion of the peripheral portion of the tray and the peripheral portion of the tray lid is, for example, compared to a case where a hole serving as a ventilation portion is provided in a portion other than the peripheral portion. In addition, there is an advantage that the ventilation portion is not conspicuous, and the opening area can be increased by expanding the lateral width of the ventilation portion, and the strength is not reduced by perforation. A cosmetic patch package in which either one of the peripheral edge of the tray to be overlapped or the peripheral edge of the tray lid partially protrudes outward from the other is easily pinched with a finger as a turning margin. In addition, the tray and the tray lid can be separated, improving handling. In addition, the cosmetic patch package in which the engaging portion is formed on the tray and the engaging portion is formed on the tray lid to engage the engaged portion to determine the direction of the tray lid. There is an advantage that it can be attached to the tray in such a direction that the direction of the tray lid is not mistaken.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, this cosmetic patch package P (hereinafter simply referred to as package P) is housed in a non-breathable
The
The
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 7 (a), 7 (b) and 7 (c), shallow
Furthermore, on the side wall surfaces of the trays at both ends of the
On the other hand, the
The
It is preferable that the
When the above-described moisturizing agent is contained in the
The moisturizer, preservative, fragrance, solubilizer, colorant, and stabilizer are substantially the same as the package P of the present embodiment except that there is no package other than the package of the present invention, for example, the ventilation portion. It is effective even if it is contained in a water storage part of a package that is not housed in a non-breathable outer bag together with an oxygen scavenger or a desiccant. The package can prevent vitamin C hydrolysis and provide the skin with both vitamin C and moisturizing effects.
As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the
When the
When the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6,
The
The segmented polyurethane gel of the
Vitamin C is absorbed into the segmented polyurethane gel of the
The molar ratio of the segmented polyurethane gel to the EO segment and the PO segment is preferably 50 to 90:50 to 10. When the molar ratio of the EO segment is lower than the above range, the hydrophobicity of the polyurethane gel becomes strong, Vitamin C dissolved in water at the time of use is transferred to the skin side, and the efficiency of release becomes low. Moreover, when the molar ratio of the EO segment is higher than the above range, the overall adhesive strength of the polyurethane gel is lowered, or the affinity with water is too high, and the total release rate of vitamin C is lowered. Similarly, the molar ratio of EO and PO in the copolymer segment is desirably 50 to 90:50 to 10.
The segmented polyurethane gel of the
Structural formula A is a polyurethane polyol prepolymer which is a reaction product of a polyether polyol and a diisocyanate, and both terminal components are made of a polyether polyol, and the terminal is an —OH group. The diisocyanate compound used here is the same as that in the polyurethane polyisocyanate prepolymer described later. For example, phenylene diisocyanate, 2,4-toluylene diisocyanate (TDI), 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate ( MDI), naphthalene-1,5-diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI), tetramethylene diisocyanate (TMDI), lysine diisocyanate, xylylene diisocyanate (XDI), water-added TDI, hydrogenated MDI, dicyclohexyldimethylmethane-p, p '-Diisocyanate, diethyl fumarate diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and the like can be arbitrarily used.
Structural formula B is obtained by adding a polyether polyol to glycerol (l = 1) or sorbitol (l = 4), and structural formula C is obtained by adding a polyether to trimethylolpropane. Similarly, 1,2,6-hexanetriol of the following structural formula J, trimethylolethane of the structural formula K, pentaerythlit slit of the structural formula L, polyglycerin of the structural formula M (n = 2 to 30) and its Adducts of polyhydric alcohols such as partial esters and polyether polyols can also be used.
Structural formula D is a polyether polyol having an alkylene oxide segment, and both ends may be —OH groups, and one end may be blocked with alkyl groups, aromatic groups, etc. Available.
Next, the polyisocyanate prepolymer shown in structural formulas E to I will be described. Structural formula E is obtained by dimerizing two molecules of triisocyanate obtained by reacting diisocyanate with trimethylolpropane with one molecule of AO. Tetraisocyanate that is tetrafunctional. A structural formula F uses glycerol instead of trimethylolpropane. Since this type of tetraisocyanate tends to dimerize triisocyanate with two or three molecules of AO, it is necessary to finely control the reaction. Therefore, unreacted triisocyanate is mixed, but when it reacts with a polyol, the size of the segment polyurethane molecule varies, which may act on the side convenient for controlling the adhesiveness.
Structural formula G is obtained by reacting diisocyanate with the polyol of structural formula B. Similarly, structural formula H is a trifunctional compound obtained by reacting a polyol of structural formula C with diisocyanate. Structural formula I is a reaction product of polyether polyol and diisocyanate and is bifunctional.
The alkylene oxide segment represented by AO in the above structural formulas A to I is specifically a hydrophilic ethylene oxide (EO) segment, a hydrophobic propylene oxide (PO) segment, or ethylene oxide. Or a segment of a copolymer of (EO) and propylene oxide (PO). Examples of the segment of the copolymer include a block copolymer represented by the following structural formula N, and-(PO-EO-EO-PO) m -,-(PO-PO-EO) m -,-( EO-EO-PO) m -,-(EO-PO-EO-PO) m- and the like (m is a positive number of 1 or more), random copolymers of EO and PO, etc. Either may be sufficient.
AO segment, which is one of these EO segment, PO segment, and EO-PO copolymer segment, is to obtain a polyurethane gel having excellent adhesive properties at room temperature and good affinity with vitamin C. Most or all of them must be liquid at room temperature, and the molecular weight is restricted for this purpose. The MW of the EO segment is suitably 150 to 1000, preferably 300 to 800. The PO segment is a liquid even if its molecular weight is tens of thousands, and the range of molecular weight that can be used is wide. However, the smaller the end group ratio, the lower the reaction probability, and in the case of an excessively long segment, the polyurethane gel is rich in fluidity and poor in shape retention, so the range of about 200 to several thousand is preferred.
On the other hand, the fluidity (softness), adhesiveness, and affinity with vitamin C of the EO-PO copolymer segment depend on the ratio and arrangement of EO and PO. That is, in the block copolymer, when the molar fraction of PO is high, it is liquid even if the molecular weight is high, but even when the molar fraction of PO is low, it is liquid if the molecular weight of EO is low. However, as described above, if the molecular weight of the PO segment is high, problems such as shape retention occur. Therefore, a liquid EO-PO copolymer having a molecular weight of 60 to 8000, preferably 800 to 6000 is used at room temperature. The
Next, the functional number and reaction ratio of the polyol component and the polyisocyanate component will be described. Polyurethane gels exhibiting good adhesiveness and sufficient affinity for vitamin C have a relatively bulky molecular structure with a three-dimensional network chain structure, and are freely movable segment lengths and linear ( It is important to have a large number of linear free terminal molecules. If each of the polyol and the polyisocyanate is a single compound, one is bifunctional and the other is a trifunctional or higher combination, or a trifunctional or higher functional combination. However, when reacting those having a functional number of 3 or more, the network chain concentration is too high, so if there are no very long segments, the elasticity exceeds the viscosity and it is difficult to obtain favorable adhesiveness. It is difficult to control affinity and retention (release). Therefore, the preferable functional number of both components is a combination of about 2 to 4, and in this case, the adhesiveness and affinity with vitamin C can be finely adjusted.
The reaction ratio of each prepolymer of polyol and polyisocyanate can be regulated by the ratio of terminal functional groups, that is, the value of OH / NCO. When unreacted -NCO remains, a post-reaction occurs, so OH / NCO must be 1 or more, but a polyurethane gel having good adhesiveness is obtained when 1 ≦ OH / NCO ≦ 5. In a state where OH / NCO is 1 or more and 5 or less, it can be imagined that a straight-line segment having an OH group at the end in a group of bulky molecules moves freely with a tail, and is close to 5. There are so many free tails. And this thing is gathered in the size suitable for expressing adhesiveness.
The range of the molecular weight of the polyol and polyisocyanate constituting the polyurethane gel varies in a wide range depending on the kind of AO or isocyanate, the molecular shape, and whether the AO is a homopolymer or a copolymer. 10000, about 150 to 6000 for polyol, and about 500 to 10,000 for polyurethane polyisocyanate prepolymer. Preferably, each can be selected in the range of about 1000 to 8500, about 300 to 3000, and about 1000 to 6000.
The segmented polyurethane gel of the
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG.
The non-breathable
FIG. 10 (A) is a schematic diagram showing a state in which vitamin C is contained in a dried segmented polyurethane gel, and FIG. 10 (B) is a schematic diagram showing a state in which the segmented polyurethane gel is swollen by absorbing water. It is. In the figure, the AO segment is any one of an EO segment, a PO segment, and a copolymer segment of EO and PO.
As shown in FIG. 10 (A), in a dry state containing almost no water, vitamin C is dispersed between the AO segments of the polyurethane gel, and vitamin C does not migrate, and decomposition occurs. Keep that state for a long time without. Then, when water is added thereto, as shown in FIG. 10 (B), water molecules enter between the AO segments, the gel swells, and vitamin C dissolves in the entered water. Therefore, when a cosmetic patch made of polyurethane gel in this state is applied to the face, vitamin C together with water migrates and penetrates into the facial skin.
Next, with reference to FIG. 9, an example of a method for manufacturing the above-described cosmetic patch package P will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 9 (a), a
Next, as shown in FIG. 9 (e), the
In the package of the embodiment described above, the bottom surfaces of the adhesive
Next, an experiment for measuring storage stability and vitamin C release characteristics of the cosmetic patch package of the present invention will be described.

[Experiment 1]
(Preparation of cosmetic patch package)
A polyethylene terephthalate film is used as a release film, a mold is placed thereon, and a nonwoven fabric piece obtained by cutting a polyester nonwoven fabric having a weight per unit weight of 37 g / m 2 into the shape substantially the same as the mold is obtained. Laid inside. A polyol, polyisocyanate and catalyst having a structure, molecular weight, and alkylene oxide segment corresponding to the structural formula numbers shown in Table 1 below are mixed in the proportions shown in Table 1 to prepare a liquid mixture. The segmented polyurethane gel having a thickness of 1.2 mm and a volume of 1.2 cm 3 in which the nonwoven fabric piece is laminated on the lower surface layer portion is casted on the nonwoven fabric piece and reacted at a heating temperature of 65 ° C. all day and night. Formed. A nylon net (monofilament diameter: 0.2 mm, mesh size: 50 mesh) is layered on the segmented polyurethane gel, and a 14% water / ethanol solution of vitamin C (vitamin C: water) is formed thereon. : Ethanol was added 1: 3: 3) by weight, and vitamin C was added to the polyurethane gel, and then the mold was removed and dried under reduced pressure to remove water and ethanol. A cosmetic patch containing 5% by weight of C was obtained.
A tray formed of polyethylene terephthalate (a tray having a shallow concave groove portion serving as a ventilation portion at the peripheral portion and a patch containing concave portion in the center) is placed on the cosmetic adhesive material and the nylon net to invert the tray. In this way, the cosmetic patch and nylon net are stored in the storage recess of the tray, and a tray lid with 1.0 ml of water placed in the water storage section and sealed at the bottom with aluminum foil is applied to the tray. Thus, a cosmetic patch package was produced. Then, this cosmetic patch package was housed and sealed in a non-breathable outer bag made of an aluminum-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film together with an oxygen scavenger and a desiccant.
(Storage stability)
After the cosmetic patch package stored and sealed together with the oxygen scavenger and desiccant in the outer bag is stored at 40 ° C. for one month, the outer bag is opened, the cosmetic patch package is taken out, and the tray lid is removed. The cosmetic patch was removed from the package. The change in hue was observed by visually observing the polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch, and the change in adhesiveness was examined by touching the polyurethane gel with a fingertip. And the change of the vitamin C content was measured based on the high performance liquid chromatograph method.
As a result, the hue did not change from the start of the test, and the tackiness did not change. In addition, the residual content of vitamin C was 98.5% at the start of the test, including dehydroascorbic acid, which shows bioactivity similar to L-arscorbic acid. Further, when the hue change of the polyurethane gel after being stored at 40 ° C. for 2 months and 6 months was observed, the hue did not change from the start of the test.
[Vitamin C release characteristics]
Further, the water storage part of the tray lid of the package was pushed through with a finger and left until the water flowing into the adhesive patch receiving recess of the tray permeated and absorbed into the polyurethane gel of the cosmetic patch. This cosmetic patch is applied to the face of 10 people for 1 hour, the vitamin C content remaining in the polyurethane gel of the collected cosmetic patch is measured, and the difference from the vitamin C content of the unused cosmetic patch is determined. The release rate of vitamin C was determined, and the vitamin C release characteristics of the cosmetic patch were examined. The determination of the vitamin C content in the polyurethane gel was carried out by finely cutting the polyurethane gel of the patch material and extracting the vitamin C by swelling the polyurethane gel with a solution having a composition in which vitamin C is difficult to break. As a result, the average release rate of vitamin C after being applied to the faces of 10 people for 1 hour was 21.6%.
