本発明はパンタグラフの架線との接触板を板から回転ローラーにする事によって電車や電気機関車が走行すると発生する架線とパンタグラフ接触板との各種摩擦・弊害現象を無くする方式のシステムである。The present invention is a system of a system that eliminates various friction and adverse phenomena between an overhead wire and a pantograph contact plate that occur when a train or an electric locomotive travels by using a contact plate with a pantograph overhead wire as a rotating roller from the plate.
従来電車・電気機関車のパンタグラフは架線との接触面が各種板材で出来ている。従って電車・電気機関車が走行すると下記の摩擦弊害が発生する。

▲3▼架線とパンタグラフの接触板との間で火花が発生する。それと同時に雑電波が発生し、電波障害が発生する。
