Abstract

かかる現状を打開するには、家庭において、自らが、安全性を持って、必要最低限度の時間と費用で、より確実性の高い、家庭治療の必要と有用を考えた。

この発明には、次のような効果がある。
（１）削切開孔器具について

（ハ）削切棒の半球体凸部（図１−ａ２）と受け皿の半球体凹部（図２−ｂ２）が上下で接っしているので、削切棒に押圧力が発生し、削切が容易となる。
（ニ）削切棒を受け皿からはずし、単独で開孔部の不要物等を除去することが出来る。
（ホ）手動式であり、仕組みが簡素であることから、電動式等に比べて廉価による製造が可能であり、利用者の経済負担を軽減出来、利用し易くなる。利用者が増えれば、人々の水虫爪が減少し、一方快適さが増し、社会が明るくなる。
（２）器具と物品のセッティングする方法について
（イ）水虫爪の完全治療には発明器具の他、薬剤、脱脂綿等の物品がいずれにしても必要になるが、これらについて、発明器具と一緒にセッティングして提供することにより、自己治療者は、自ら調達し取揃える手間と必要な物品を考えるステップを省ける一方、速やかに自己治療の作業に着手することが出来、完治成功を助けることが出来る。

（ハ）削切棒の構造削切棒の下端４ｍｍ部分は、目を入れて焼成したヤスリ（又はサンド）として削切機能を持たせる。
又、下端より５ｍｍ上方に半球体（図１−ａ２）の部品を固着し、受け皿と上下凹凸球面で接触することで、反発力発生と削切作業範囲の一定化を行い、又押圧力による削切を支援する構造とする。
更に、削切棒（ａ）と受け皿（ｂ）は分離出来るようにし、削切棒単独で、開孔部の不要物等を除去することが出来るようにする。一方、削切棒上方（図１−ａ５）にはゴム（又は樹脂）のカバーを被せ、動作時に手と削切棒の滑離防止とする。
（ニ）ゴム板又、受け皿下面の水虫爪との接触部分にはゴム板（図３−ｃ２）を接着貼付し摩擦による固定力を増加させ、削切作業位置と範囲の一定化を助ける構造とする。
（ホ）動作（ａ）（ｂ）（ｃ）の３部品をセッティング（図４）し、削切棒下端の削切部（図１−ａ１）を水虫爪上表の削切する位置に置き、固定バンドで足又は手の指に巻いて固定、削切棒上端（図１−ａ５）を手力（手動）で回転又は往復運動させることにより、下端ヤスリ部に回転又は往復の運動をさせ水虫爪上表面から、削切開孔する。
（２）削切棒製作における棒部と固定運動の為の半球体固定部の連接方法
棒部（図１−ａ４）と半球体固定部（図１−ａ３）の各々に各一ケ所穴を開け、その穴と同径同長の棒を挿入し固定を確実化する一方強力接着剤をもって棒部と半球状部品を連接する。
（３）削切棒製作における削切機能を持たせる方法
方法（イ）先端部４ｍｍ長にヤスリ目と焼きを入れ削切機能を持たせる前記（１）（ハ）に加え、方法（ロ）先端部４ｍｍ長に、サンドペーパーに使用するサンドよりは強度のあるサンドを強力な接着剤をもって接着し削切機能を持たせる。
（４）固定バンドによる受け皿の固定方法とマジックテープ方式による着脱
爪の削切位置と範囲を一定化する為に受け皿があり、その受け皿を固定するのが固定バンドであるが、固定バンドは上下２枚の基盤帯（図３−ｃ４）からなり、その間に受け皿を挟んで（図３−ｃ１）固定バンドと受け皿を一体固定化する。一方、固定バンドは水虫爪のある足又は手の指に巻き、一体となった受け皿を一定位置に固定（削切作業位置範囲を一定化する為）するが、マジックテープ（図３−ｃ３）とし着脱が容易に出来るものとする。尚、前記（１）（ニ）のとおり受け皿部分の下面にゴム板（図３−ｃ２）を貼付し、摩擦による固定力を増加させる。尚、バンド部（図３−ｃ３、ｃ４）の４層は密着とする。
（５）家庭治療に必要な器具と薬剤等の物品のセッティング
目的は、水虫爪の治療と解消にあり、薬剤の効用を得て可能となるが、家庭治療であり、自己治療者は、削切開孔器具の他に、どのような器具・物品が治療に必要であるかその知識とノウハウが充分でないことも考えられる。一方、いずれにしても調達準備しなければならない器具や物品であることから、速やかに治療行為に移れる為、便益の為、器具、物品をセットにして提供する。
その構成は（イ）発明の「安全削切開孔器具セット」（（ａ）削切棒、（ｂ）受け皿、（ｃ）固定バンド）（ｄ）６１０ハップ（含む白癬菌の殺菌力ある市販薬剤）等薬剤（ｅ）ピンセット（ｆ）脱脂綿（ｇ）体験記（ｈ）説明書とする。
（６）水虫爪に関する知識啓蒙と心構えと取組方法の記述書
