Claims (6)
- 蒸気タービンホイール(48)のブレード列(10)の空力弾性応答を抑制する方法であって、
(a)各々1以上のポケット(20)が形成された複数のブレード(10)を準備し、
(b)上記ブレード列の固有振動数特性及び影響減衰特性の少なくともいずれかに基づいて選択された1種類以上の充填材料で上記1以上のポケットを充填する
ことを含む方法。 - 各ブレードが2つのポケット(20、22)を有しており、各ポケットを実質的に同じ充填材料で充填する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 各ブレードが2つのポケット(20、22)を有しており、各ポケットを異なる充填材料で充填する、請求項1記載の方法。
- ブレード列の全てのポケットを同じ充填材料で充填する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 蒸気タービンロータホイール(48)の外周の周りに複数のブレード(10)を固定し、前記複数のブレードを2つのブレード群に分割し、一方のブレード群(A)のポケット(20)を1種類以上の充填材料で充填し、他方のブレード群(B)のポケットを1種類以上の充填材料で充填することを含む請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法であって、一方のブレード群(A)の充填材料が、他方の群(B)のブレードの充填材料とは異なる固有振動数を上記一方の群のブレードに生じさせ、2つの群(A、B)のブレードが、所定のパターンでロータホイール(48)上で組み立てられる、方法。
- 前記一方の群(A)のブレードが、ホイール(48)の外周に沿って前記他方の群(B)のブレードと交互に配列され、一方の群の任意のブレードが常に他方の群のブレードと隣接する、請求項5記載の方法。
