Claims (2)

  1. 静磁場中に置かれた管状容器内の試料に対して、所定の共鳴周波数で高周波信号を送信し、前記試料からの自由誘導減衰信号を受信するために、平面基板上に形成した複数の平板ドーナツ状超電導薄膜の面が前記静磁場の方向に略平行になるように配置されたソレノイドコイルで構成されるNMRプロ−ブコイルにおいて、隣接配置される2つの前記平板ドーナツ状超電導薄膜の間の距離が、前記管状容器の軸方向に不等間隔に配置された構成を有することを特徴とするNMRプロ−ブコイル。
  2. 水平型NMR装置にあって、静磁場中に置かれた管状容器内の試料に対して、所定の共鳴周波数で高周波信号を送信し、前記試料からの自由誘導減衰信号を受信するために、平面基板上に形成した複数の平板ドーナツ状超電導薄膜の面が前記静磁場の方向に略平行になるように配置されたソレノイドコイルを有し、かつ、隣接配置される2つの前記平板ドーナツ状超電導薄膜の間の距離が、前記管状容器の軸方向に不等間隔に配置された構成を有することを特徴とするNMRプロ−ブコイル。
