Abstract
【解決手段】アルミナーシリカ系レンガ、マグネシア系レンガ、マグネシアクロム系レンガの一種または二種以上と高炉徐冷スラグ及び/または山砕石で路盤材を構成し、アルミナーシリカ系レンガはAl2O3−SiO系,Al2O3−SiC系,Al2O3−SiC−C系としマグネシア系レンガはMgO系、マグネシアクロム系レンガはMgO−Cr2O3系とし、製鐵所の廃レンガを利用する。

Description
1 レンガ材と、高炉徐冷スラグと山砕石の一種または二種を含有する路盤材。
2 レンガ材がアルミナーシリカ系レンガ、マグネシア系レンガ、マグネシアクロム系レンガの一種または二種以上であることを特徴とする1記載の路盤材。
3 レンガが廃レンガであることを特徴とする1または2に記載の路盤材。
アルミナーシリカ系レンガ、マグネシア系レンガ、マグネシアクロム系レンガについて路盤材としての性能を表1に示す。評価は透水性とJIS規格(道路用砕石:JISA5001,道路用鉄鋼スラグ:JISA5015)の規定に準じた項目について行い、試験材はレンガ材単体とした。高炉徐冷スラグの場合、道路用鉄鋼スラグJISA5015において水浸膨張比は規定されていないが参考のため、評価を行った。試験材はレンガ材単体とした。
アルミナーシリカ系レンガとしてAl2O3−SiO系,Al2O3−SiC系,Al2O3−SiC−C系を試験に供した。
水浸膨張比:アルミナーシリカ系レンガはAl2O3−SiO系,Al2O3−SiC系,Al2O3−SiC−C系のいずれも0.1%以下で高炉徐冷スラグの0.25%、山砕石の0.20%より優れる。
マグネシア系レンガとしてMgO系を試験に供した。
水浸膨張比:MgO系は2.76%で高炉徐冷スラグの0.25%、山砕石の0.20%より劣る。
マグネシアクロム系レンガとしてMgO−Cr2O3系を試験に供した。
水浸膨張比:MgO−Cr2O3系は0.55%で高炉徐冷スラグの0.25%、山砕石の0.20%より劣る。

Claims (3)
- レンガ材と、高炉徐冷スラグと山砕石の一種または二種を含有する路盤材。
- レンガ材がアルミナーシリカ系レンガ、マグネシア系レンガ、マグネシアクロム系レンガの一種または二種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の路盤材。
- レンガが廃レンガであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の路盤材。
