Description

The present invention relates to a washing machine, and more particularly to a washing machine having a structure in which a bottomed cylindrical laundry dewatering tub is disposed in an outer box, and water is supplied into the laundry dewatering tub from above.

In a general spiral washing machine, a bottomed cylindrical outer tub is suspended and supported by a vibration-absorbing suspension rod. Inside the outer tub, a number of dewatering holes are also formed around the bottom. A perforated laundry dewatering tub is rotatably arranged, and a pulsator for stirring is rotatably provided on the inner bottom thereof.

In order to exhibit high cleaning performance in this type of washing machine, it is preferable that the detergent is well dissolved in water at the start of the washing operation, that is, at the time when the pulsator starts to rotate. However, when the user puts the detergent into the washing and dewatering tank, the detergent is not always dropped to a position where water poured from the water filling port falls when water is supplied. In practice, the user often does not pay attention to the detergent loading position. Therefore, when water is supplied to the laundry dewatering tank, the laundry floats with the powder detergent on the laundry that has not yet absorbed water, and the pulsator starts to rotate and the laundry is stirred. Often powder detergent falls below the surface of the water. In such a situation, the washing operation time using the detergent water is substantially shortened, and sufficient washing performance may not be exhibited.

In general, the higher the water temperature, the faster the dissolution of the detergent. One possible way to promote the dissolution of the detergent is to use warm water at the initial stage of water supply. For example, in the washing machine described in Patent Document 1, water heating means for heating water supplied from the outside is provided on the upper rear side of the washing machine, and hot water generated by being heated by the water heating means is placed in the laundry dewatering tub. I am trying to supply. If the hot water is sprayed in this way during the water supply in the washing process, it is considered that the hot water is easily applied to the powder detergent placed on the laundry, and the powder detergent can be dissolved quickly.

However, instead of supplying hot water from an external hot water supply device, a water heating means for heating water is provided in the washing machine itself, and in a configuration in which heating is performed while passing water supplied from the outside, If you want to cover all the stored water with hot water that has passed through the water heating means, it is necessary to install something that has a very large heating performance, which is practical due to restrictions such as power consumption and cost, or the external size of the washing machine. is not. In addition, in such washing machines, detergent and soft finishes are automatically added together with the water when water is supplied to the washing and dewatering tub. It is necessary to provide a water inlet having a function.

Conventionally, a washing machine that does not use hot water, but has a mist supply device that sprays water in the washing and dewatering tub separately from the water injection port for supplying water into the washing and dewatering tub is patented It is described in Document 2. In this washing machine, a water injection port is arranged at the upper part of the laundry dewatering tub so that water falls near the center of the laundry dewatering tub, and the lower surface of the water injection port is greatly retreated from the water discharge port. A nozzle for mist injection is installed. Further, a nozzle cover is provided in front of the nozzle in order to prevent mist sprayed from the nozzle from scattering upward. Therefore, when supplying warm water mist, the structure which arrange | positions a nozzle on the lower surface of a water inlet part can be considered.

However, when the configuration as described in Patent Document 2 is adopted, the following problem occurs. That is, in such a washing machine, as one of the rinses, the laundry dewatering tub is rotated at a low speed while the water discharged from the water injection port is dropped on the laundry and the detergent water contained in the laundry is pushed out. Dehydration rinsing is generally performed. Immediately before dehydration and rinsing, intermediate dehydration is performed, so the laundry is often stuck to the inner peripheral wall surface of the laundry dewatering tub. Does not exist very much. For this reason, even if the water discharged from the water injection port is dropped near the center of the laundry dewatering tub, it is difficult to ensure sufficient rinsing performance because water is not applied to the laundry at the time of dehydration rinsing. In other words, in order to fully exhibit the rinsing performance of dewatering and rinsing, it is desirable that the water discharged from the water filling port falls to the vicinity of the inner peripheral wall surface of the laundry dewatering tank. However, if the water discharge direction is tilted so that the water discharged from the water injection port falls to the vicinity of the inner peripheral wall surface of the washing and dewatering tank, a part of the discharged water hits the nozzle for mist injection, and thereby the laundry is removed. There is a possibility that a portion where water does not easily splash is formed in the vicinity of the inner peripheral wall of the water tank, or the water bounced off by hitting the nozzle is scattered around.

The present invention has been made to solve these problems. In a washing machine that performs normal water supply and hot water mist supply in a laundry dewatering tub, hot water mist injection is performed during normal water supply, particularly during dehydration rinse water supply. The main purpose is to allow both normal water supply and hot water mist supply to be performed satisfactorily without hindering the nozzle.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention includes an outer tub disposed in an outer box, a bottomed cylindrical laundry dewatering tub disposed rotatably in the outer tub, and the washing In a washing machine comprising a water inlet having a water outlet that is installed in an upper part of a dewatering tank and discharges water downward to pour water supplied from outside into the laundry dewatering tank,
Water heating means for heating water supplied from the outside;
A nozzle-like spraying part projecting downward in the vicinity of the water outlet of the water injection part in order to spray water heated by the water heating means into the washing and dewatering tank in a mist form;
A water shielding wall part provided between the water outlet of the water injection part and the spray part, and having a curved shape or an inclined shape so as to reduce resistance to water discharged from the water outlet;
It is characterized by having.

In the washing machine according to the present invention, for example, water is supplied from the outside to the water injection port when water is supplied in each process such as washing, dehydration rinsing, reservoir rinsing, and water rinsing, and water is supplied downward from the water outlet of the water injection port. Is discharged and poured into the laundry dehydration tank immediately below. At that time, a part of the water coming out of the water outlet immediately hits the water shielding wall part installed in front of the spraying part, but the water shielding wall part is shaped so that the resistance to the water becomes small. Therefore, it does not change so much in the traveling direction of water, and falls into the washing and dewatering tub with a closer trajectory than when there is no water shielding wall portion and spray portion. Therefore, for example, at the time of dewatering and rinsing, water is evenly applied to the laundry stuck in the vicinity of the inner peripheral wall of the washing and dewatering tank, and sufficient rinsing performance of dewatering and rinsing can be ensured. Further, since the water hitting the water shielding wall portion does not scatter around, it is possible to prevent the surroundings from being wetted by the scattered water.

Furthermore, since the water injection port is usually installed on the upper rear side of the washing and dewatering tub, a water shielding wall is formed in front of the spraying part, and all or most of the spraying part is behind the water shielding wall. It will be hidden. Therefore, the spraying portion is not visible to the user and the appearance is improved, and it is also possible to prevent the laundry from being caught by the spraying portion when the user puts the laundry in and out of the laundry dewatering tub.

Specifically, as one aspect of the present invention, the water shielding wall portion may have a substantially arcuate wall portion surrounding at least the range facing the water outlet around the spray portion.

According to this configuration, when a part of the water discharged from the water outlet of the water injection port hits the water shielding wall, the water flows along the peripheral surface of the wall without receiving a large resistance. It falls into the washing dehydration tank. Therefore, the ratio of water that greatly changes the course, such as hitting the water shielding wall and rebounding, can be made extremely small.

In the washing machine according to the present invention, the spray part and the water shielding wall part include a first member in which an injection port for injecting water in a mist form is formed, and a water introduction pipe for guiding water to the injection port. It is comprised by the composite member which combined and integrated the 2nd member in which the part and the said water-shielding wall part were formed, and this composite member can be set as the structure attached to the lower surface of the said water inlet part.

According to this configuration, it is not necessary to make the water shielding wall part a separate part from the injection part, so that the cost can be reduced. Moreover, since the position of the water shielding wall portion is uniquely determined with respect to the spraying portion, troublesome position adjustment is unnecessary, and attachment is simplified.

Furthermore, in the said structure, it is preferable to set it as the structure with which the said 1st member is mounted | worn with respect to the said 2nd member so that it can be easily removed by the removal operation | work from a downward direction.

Specifically, for example, the first member can be fixed to the second member with a screw whose screw head is directed downward. Thereby, for example, when the injection port is clogged with dust or the like, it is possible to easily take appropriate measures such as removing only the first member and cleaning the inside by the user or the person in charge of service.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a washing machine according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is an external perspective view of the washing machine of the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a right side vertical sectional view showing the internal configuration of the washing machine of the present embodiment, and FIG. 3 is a state in which various members are attached to the upper plate constituting the housing. FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the water heating unit.

A housing 1 that forms the outer shape of the washing machine has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box shape as a whole, and a cylindrical outer tub 2 having a bottom is formed in the interior thereof by a front hanging rod 3 and a rear hanging rod 4 (one in each drawing). Each is visible, but there are actually two of each), and is suspended so as to incline forward. Corresponding to the protrusion of the outer tub 2 toward the upper front, the upper portion of the front surface of the housing 1 also protrudes. Inside the outer tub 2, a laundry dewatering tub 5 having a number of dewatering holes on a peripheral wall is rotatably supported around a main shaft 6. A pulsator 7 for stirring the laundry is disposed at the bottom of the washing and dewatering tank 5, and a motor 8 for direct drive and a clutch 9 for switching power are provided on the extension of the main shaft 6. It has been. The clutch 9 rotates the pulsator 7 only in one direction or both directions mainly during the washing operation and the rinsing operation by the operation of the torque motor 10 attached under the bottom surface of the outer tub 2, and the washing dehydration tub 5 and the pulsator 7 during the dehydration operation. Are mechanically switched to rotate in one direction (this is the forward direction).

In the upper rear of the outer tub 2, there is installed a water injection port 11 provided with a detergent container 40 for allowing a detergent and a soft finish to be stored therein. A water supply port 12 connected to an external water tap or the like via a hose is provided in the rear upper surface of the housing 1, and a water supply pipe 13 connected to the water supply port 12 includes a main water supply valve 14 a included in the water supply valve unit 14 and It is connected to the water inlet 11 through the finishing agent water supply valve 14b. On the other hand, the water supply pipe 13 is connected to a water heating unit 30 including the water heating means in the present invention via a mist water supply valve 14c. When the main water supply valve 14a is opened, the tap water supplied from the water tap flows into the detergent container in the detergent container 40 loaded in the water inlet 11 through the water supply pipe 13, while the finish water supply valve 14b When opened, water flows into the finishing agent storage part in the detergent container 40 through the water supply pipe 13, and in any case, the water discharge port 112 provided on the front side of the water injection port 11 is directed into the washing and dewatering tub 5. Water is spit out.

In addition, a nozzle 31 for injecting water in a mist-like manner toward the lower front side is provided as a spray unit in the present invention on the rear side close to the water outlet 112 on the lower surface of the water inlet 11. When the water supply valve 14c is opened, the water heated by the water heating unit 30 is supplied to the nozzle 31 and is sprayed from the nozzle 31 into the washing / dehydrating tub 5 in the form of a mist.

A drainage opening 15 is formed at the front end, that is, the lowest part of the bottom of the outer tub 2, one end of a drainage pipe 16 is connected to the drainage opening 15, and the drainage pipe 16 is opened and closed by a drainage valve 17. . The other end of the drainage pipe 16 reaches a drainage port 18 formed on the side surface of the bottom pedestal, and is connected to an external drainage groove via a standing drainage hose (not shown). The opening / closing operation of the drain valve 17 is also linked to the operation of the torque motor 10 in the same manner as the connection switching operation of the clutch 9. That is, by driving the torque motor 10, the drainage valve 17 is opened when the washing dewatering tub 5 and the pulsator 7 are integrally rotated by the clutch 9, and the washing dewatering tub 5 and the pulsator 7 are opened by the clutch 9. When the pulsator 7 is rotated only when the connection with the pulsator 7 is turned off (the rotation of the washing dewatering tank 5 is restricted by the band brake), the drain valve 17 is closed. Although not shown, an air trap is formed at the bottom of the outer tub 2, and the other end of the air hose connected to the air trap is connected to the water level sensor 19.

The structure of the housing 1 will be described in detail. The housing 1 is a frame 21 having a shape in which a back plate 1a, a right side plate 1b, and a left side plate 1c are integrally connected, and the frame 21 is a separate member. 21 includes a front plate 22 attached to the front of 21, an upper plate 23 attached to the upper portion of the frame body 21, and a leg base 24 that holds the lower ends of the frame body 21 and the front plate 22. A laundry input port 25 for inputting laundry is formed in the approximate center of the upper surface plate 23, and an upper lid 26 for opening and closing the laundry input port 25 is attached to the upper surface plate 23 so as to be foldable in two. .

As shown in FIG. 3, recesses 231 and 232 are formed in the upper surface plate 23 at the rear and front of the laundry inlet 25, respectively, and the water supply valve unit 14 and the above-described water supply valve unit 14 are not shown in the rear recess 231. A bath water pump or the like is accommodated, and the upper surface of the rear recess 231 is covered with a rear decorative cover 27. On the other hand, the front recess 232 accommodates the circuit unit 20 including an electric board on which various electrical components are mounted, and the front surface of the front recess 232 is formed with an operation panel including operation buttons and the like. Covered with a cover 28. Furthermore, the left and right edges 233 of the laundry input port 25 on the top plate 23 are also covered with the side decorative cover 29.

The water heating unit 30 is attached to the lower surface between the left edge portion and the left side surface of the laundry input port 25 in the upper surface plate 23. As shown in FIG. 4, the water heating unit 30 is roughly divided into a unit main body 320 which is a water heating means in the present invention, and an upper case member 310 and a lower cover member 330 which are stored and held so as to be sandwiched from above and below. Consists of. Since the unit main body 320 itself becomes a high temperature, the upper case member 310 and the lower cover member 330 are integrally molded products of high heat resistance and flame retardant materials, for example, polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT) containing glass fiber. is there.

The unit main body 320 has two elongated aluminum heat conduction blocks 323 provided with a straight tubular water pipe and a heater insertion hole extending substantially parallel to each other. One end is connected by a U-shaped tube 324 made of silicone, and a water inlet 321 and a water outlet 322 are provided at the other end. As a result, a substantially U-shaped water passage from the water inlet 321 to the water outlet 322 is formed. On the other hand, rod-shaped heaters 325 using nichrome wires as heat generation sources are inserted into the two heater insertion holes of the heat conduction block 323, respectively. When a heating current is supplied from the outside and the heater 325 generates heat, The temperature of the conduction block 323 rises, and the water flowing in the water pipe is efficiently heated from its surroundings.

Referring back to FIG. 3, the water conduit 32 connected to the outlet of the mist water supply valve 14 c included in the water supply valve unit 14 passes through the front wall 231 b of the rear recess 231 of the upper surface plate 23 and the lower surface of the upper surface plate 23. And is connected to the water inlet 321 of the water heating unit 30. On the other hand, the water guide pipe 33 connected to the water outlet 322 of the water heating unit 30 is stretched almost horizontally and is connected to the water supply pipe portion 35 e of the nozzle 31. That is, when the mist water supply valve 14c is opened, the tap water passes through the water conduit formed in the water heating unit 30 through the water conduit 32, reaches the nozzle 31 through the water conduit 33, and is mist from the nozzle 31. Water droplets having a small diameter are injected into the washing / dehydrating tub 5. When the heating current is supplied to the heater 325 of the water heating unit 30, the water is heated to become warm water when passing through the water heating unit 30 as described above, so that warm water can be ejected from the nozzle 31.

The washing machine of the present embodiment is particularly characterized by a structure for injecting mist-like hot water centered on the nozzle 31. Hereinafter, this point will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 is an enlarged view of a side longitudinal sectional view of the vicinity of the water inlet in the washing machine of this embodiment, FIG. 6 is a front view of the water inlet, FIG. 7 is an external perspective view of the nozzle as viewed from below, and FIG. [FIG. 8] It is a perspective view sectional drawing which shows the AA 'view arrow line in FIG. 7 in a cross section.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the water inlet 11 includes a case 111 having a wide front opening, and the detergent container 40 is inserted into the front opening so that it can be drawn out (see, for example, reference numeral 40 ′ in FIG. 5). Yes. The inside of the detergent container 40 is divided into three by partition walls extending in the front-rear direction, and from the left side is a soft finish storage part, a powder detergent storage part, and a liquid detergent storage part. FIG. 5 is a longitudinal section of the powder detergent container, and a large opening 40a is formed on the back surface of the detergent container 40 so that the powder detergent easily flows out together with water. In the state where the detergent container 40 is properly accommodated in the case 111, the water outlet that is elongated in the left-right direction between the front edge of the bottom wall of the case 111 and the extending piece 40b oriented obliquely rearward at the lower end of the detergent container 40. 112 is formed. When the main water supply valve 14a and the finish agent water supply valve 14b are opened (and the bath water pump is driven, although not shown here), the water supplied to the water inlet 11 is the bottom wall 111a of the case 111. It flows forward along the inclination on the top, and is discharged obliquely from the water outlet 112 toward the rear side rather than vertically downward. The discharged water passes immediately inside the upper end of the inner peripheral wall of the laundry dewatering tank 5 and falls into the laundry dewatering tank 5. Thereby, water can be poured not in the vicinity of the center of the washing and dewatering tank 5 but in the vicinity of the inner peripheral wall thereof.

The nozzle 31 for injecting the hot water mist described above is attached to the rear of the spout 112 substantially at the center in the left-right direction of the spout 112, and the entire nozzle 31 is inclined forward by about 20 ° with respect to the vertical direction. It is said that. The nozzle 31 is roughly composed of a first member 34 and a second member 35. The first member 34 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and a cylindrical portion 34a in which an injection hole (injection port) 34b is formed so as to spread at a predetermined angle at the tip, and a screw hole is formed by projecting laterally from the cylindrical portion 34a. The overhanging piece 34c is integrally formed. Further, the second member 35 is screwed into the cylindrical portion 35a in which the cylindrical portion 34a of the first member 34 is fitted inside and the screw 36 inserted into the screw hole of the overhanging piece 34c of the first member 34. A pair of bosses 35b, an extension piece 35c for attaching a screw for fixing the nozzle 31 to the bottom surface of the bottom wall 111a of the case 111, and a water shielding wall portion in the present invention covering the front surface of the nozzle 31. A corresponding flange portion 35d and a water supply pipe portion 35e corresponding to the water conduit portion in the present invention extending in the lateral direction are integrally formed. In addition, the water channel inside the cylindrical portion 34a of the first member 34 accommodates a rotating piece 38 that turns water into fine particles while rotating by the force of water.

In the nozzle 31 having the above-described configuration, the cylindrical portion 34a of the first member 34 is fitted inside the cylindrical portion 35a of the second member 35, and screws 36 are inserted into the two screw holes of the overhanging piece 34c of the first member 34. Insert and screw into the boss 35 b of the second member 35. Thereby, the first member 34 is fixed to the second member 35. At this time, an O-ring 37 is disposed between the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 34a of the first member 34 and the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion 35a of the second member 35, thereby achieving water sealing between the two. Is done. Although not shown, in the state where the nozzle 31 is attached to the lower surface of the water inlet 11 as shown in FIG. 5, the screw head of the screw 36 faces slightly forward (about 20 ° in this example) from the vertically lower side. The screw 36 can be removed relatively easily from the inside of the washing and dewatering tank 5 with a tool such as a screwdriver, and only the first member 34 can be removed. Therefore, for example, when the injection hole 34b or the like is clogged with dust, the user himself / herself or a service person can remove the first member 34 and easily clean the inside thereof, and the maintainability is also good.

The flange portion 35d formed on the second member 35 is formed on the front side of the cylindrical portions 34a, 35a, that is, on the portion facing the water discharge port 112, on the arc-shaped wall portion 35d1, and from both ends of the arc-shaped wall portion 35d1. Further, an extended wall portion 35d2 is formed extending rearward. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the arc-shaped wall 35d1 has such a height that only the injection hole 34b of the first member 34 can be seen from the front. Thereby, the cylindrical portion 35a and the boss 35b of the first member 34 and the second member 35 are almost completely covered with the flange portion 35d, and when water is discharged from the water outlet 112 as described above, The water only hits the flange 35d and hardly hangs on the first member 34 or the like. Further, since the front surface of the flange portion 35d has an arc shape and the flange portion 35d itself faces obliquely forward from the vertical line by about 20 °, resistance to water discharged from the water discharge port 112 is small. Therefore, when the water hits the heel part 35d, the water flows along the curved surface of the heel part 35d with almost no change in the traveling direction thereof, and goes to the inside of the washing and dewatering tank 5 without being killed. Fall. That is, although a ridge 35d exists in front of a part of the water discharged from the water discharge port 112, the ridge 35d does not substantially obstruct the fall of the water, and the nozzle 31 including the ridge 35d is included. It follows the locus close to the case where no water is present and falls into the washing and dewatering tub 5.

Further, when the user looks at the water injection port 11 from the front, the main body of the nozzle 31 including the screw 36 and the like is almost hidden by the presence of the collar portion 35d, so that the appearance is also good. Furthermore, there is an advantage that the laundry is not easily caught by the nozzle 31 when the user puts the laundry in and out of the laundry dewatering tub 5.

FIG. 9 is an electrical configuration diagram of the main part of the washing machine of the present embodiment. At the center of the control is a control unit 50 including a CPU, RAM, ROM, timer, and the like. The controller 50 receives a key signal from the operation unit 53 having a plurality of operation keys including a start key 53a, a course selection key 53b, and a hot water mist setting key 53c, and the water stored in the outer tub 2 from the water level sensor 19. The water level detection signal corresponding to the water level is input from the rotation angle sensor 54 as a rotation pulse signal reflecting the rotation speed and direction of the motor 8, and from the lid switch 55 as a lid opening / closing signal linked to the opening / closing of the upper lid 26. The The control unit 50 controls the rotation of the motor 8 via the inverter drive unit 51, and opens and closes the main water supply valve 14a, the finishing agent water supply valve 14b, and the mist water supply valve 14c via the load drive unit 52, The on / off operation of the heater 325 included in the heating unit 30 and the operation of the torque motor 10 are controlled. As described above, the torque motor 10 achieves the coupling / disengaging operation of the clutch 9 and the opening / closing operation of the drain valve 17. Furthermore, the control unit 50 causes the display unit 56 to display the key input acceptance state of the operation unit 53 and the progress of washing, and causes the buzzer 57 to sound as necessary to alert the user. .

FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing the flow of a standard washing process in the washing machine of this embodiment. With reference to FIG. 10, an example of a method of using the hot water mist supply device including the water heating unit 30, the nozzle 31 and the like in the washing process in the washing machine of the present embodiment will be described.

The user stores the laundry in the laundry dewatering tub 5, selects a desired driving course (in this case, a standard course) with the course selection key 53b in the operation unit 53, and uses the hot water mist with the hot water mist setting key 53c. When the start key 53a is pressed after selecting, the control unit 50 starts operation. First, before supplying water, the amount of laundry put into the washing and dewatering tub 5, that is, the load amount is detected (step S1). Specifically, the control unit 50 drives the motor 8 to rotate the pulsator 7 for a short time, and determines the load amount according to the time during which inertial rotation is continued. Of course, the load amount detection is not limited to this method, and any method may be used. The water level at the time of washing and rinsing is determined according to the detected load. Since the display unit 56 displays an instruction of the amount of detergent to be added according to the water level determined here, the user puts an appropriate amount of detergent into the washing and dewatering tub 5 according to the display.

When substantial washing is started, the main water supply valve 14a is opened, and water is supplied to the set water level determined as described above in the washing and dewatering tub 5, but is temporarily poured in the middle of the water supply. Water injection from the water inlet 11 is stopped, and instead, the mist water supply valve 14c is opened and the heater 325 is turned on, and hot water is sprayed into the washing / dehydrating tub 5 from the nozzle 31 having the above-described configuration. Moreover, the laundry is gently agitated by slowly rotating the pulsator 7 when spraying the hot water mist. Since the warm water mist sprays the small-diameter warm water on the laundry, the dissolution of the detergent can be promoted when the charged detergent is placed on the laundry. Moreover, since the temperature of the stored water in the laundry dewatering tub 5 becomes high, it is possible to promote the peeling of dirt from the laundry. Thereafter, the main water supply valve 14a is opened to store water up to a predetermined water level, and washing is executed by rotating the pulsator 7 in a reverse direction at a predetermined speed (step S2). When such washing is completed, the drain valve 17 is opened and the water in the washing and dewatering tub 5 is drained, and intermediate dehydration is performed by rotating the washing and dewatering tub 5 and the pulsator 7 together at a high speed (step S3). By this intermediate dehydration, the detergent water soaked in the laundry is scattered and removed.

Next, dehydration rinsing is performed as the first rinse (step S4). In dehydration rinsing, the motor 8 is driven to rotate the laundry dewatering tub 5 at a relatively low speed, and the main water supply valve 14a is opened to pour water into the laundry dewatering tub 5 from the water filling port 11 in a band shape. Although the laundry is stuck to the inner peripheral wall of the laundry dewatering tub 5 immediately before the intermediate dehydration, the water discharged from the water outlet 112 of the water injection port 11 falls to the vicinity of the inner peripheral wall of the laundry dewatering tub 5. . Therefore, as the laundry dewatering tub 5 rotates, the laundry that is attached to the inner peripheral wall of the laundry dewatering tub 5 is evenly splashed with water, thereby causing the laundry to absorb clean water and washing instead. It is possible to push out the detergent water soaked in objects. At this time, as described above, the flange 31 d is provided on the nozzle 31, so that the nozzle 31 does not become a major obstacle to the water discharged from the water outlet 112 of the water inlet 11.

In the dehydration rinsing process, the laundry is sufficiently filled with water, and then subjected to intermediate dehydration by the process of step S5 similar to step S3, and the water soaked in the laundry is scattered together with the detergent. Next, the accumulation rinse is executed as the second rinse (step S6). That is, water is supplied to the set water level in the laundry dewatering tub 5, and the laundry is stirred in the water by rotating the pulsator 7 as in step S2. At the time of final rinsing water supply, the finishing agent water supply valve 14b is opened together with the main water supply valve 14a, and the soft finishing agent stored in the finishing agent storage portion of the detergent container 40 is pushed into the washing dehydration tank 5 by the water. It is thrown in.

When the reservoir rinsing is completed, the drain valve 17 is opened and the water in the washing and dewatering tub 5 is discharged. At that time, if the water level in the washing and dewatering tank 5 becomes sufficiently low, the mist water supply valve 14c is opened and the heater 325 is turned on for a predetermined time. Thereby, the mist-like warm water is injected into the laundry dewatering tub 5, and the warm water soaks into the laundry after the rinsing is finished. Thereafter, the final dehydration is performed by rotating the laundry dewatering tub 5 and the pulsator 7 together at a high speed as in the intermediate dewatering (step S7). Since water has a property that the surface tension becomes smaller as the temperature is higher, if the temperature of the water soaked into the laundry is high, the water is easily detached from the laundry when the centrifugal dehydration is performed in step S7. Performance can be enhanced and less detergent components remain in the laundry. That is, the use of hot water mist before the final dehydration process can improve dewatering performance and rinsing performance.
