前記第１液剤用の第１洗浄液と前記第２液剤用の第２洗浄液とが互いに異なり、且つ一方の洗浄液が他方の液剤と接触したときにその液剤が変質を来たす組合せである前記第１液剤と前記第２液剤の混合に用いられた二液混合装置を洗浄する方法であって、
前記第１流路に前記第１洗浄液を流通させることで、前記第１流路内の前記第１液剤を排出し、
前記第１流路に前記第１洗浄液が流通されている間、前記第２流路に前記第２液剤又は前記第２洗浄液を供給して前記第２流路内を加圧することで、前記第１流路内の第１液剤及び前記第１洗浄液が前記第２流路へ浸入するのを規制し、
前記第１流路内の前記第１洗浄液をエアパージにより排出した後、前記第２流路内に前記第２洗浄液を供給することで、前記第２流路内の前記第２液剤を排出し、
