Abstract
【解決手段】癒着防止材と該癒着防止材の両面に剥離シートを貼付した積層体であって、該癒着防止材が平滑面と粗面を有し、該粗面を創傷面に適用する癒着防止材において、該平滑面と一方の剥離シートとの接着力に比して、該粗面ともう一方の剥離シートとの接着力が小である事を特徴とする癒着防止材を提供する。

Description
この問題を解決するために生体吸収性材料である天然高分子を使用した癒着防止材が開発された。
ポリ乳酸(分子量100000)のクロロホルム溶液(5g/L)に界面活性剤としてホスファチジルエタノールアミン−ジオレオイルを200:1の割合で混合し、ガラス基板上にキャストし室温、湿度70%の条件下に静置し、溶媒を徐々に飛ばすことでハニカム構造を有するフィルムを調製した。こうして得られた構造体中のハニカム構造を構成する個々の孔の空隙内径の大きさは約5μmで、膜厚は13μmであり、非貫通フィルムであり、表面は粗面構造、裏面は平滑構造をとったフィルムを得た。粗面の表面粗さはRa=585nmであった。次に、上記で作成したフィルム状の癒着防止材の両面に、白色の剥離シート(グラシン紙にシリコンを塗布したもの)を貼付した。
ポリ乳酸(分子量100000)のクロロホルム溶液(100g/L)をガラス基板上にキャストし室温条件下に静置し、自然乾燥にて溶媒を除去することで、両面が平滑なキャストフィルムを作成した。次に、上記で作成したフィルム状の癒着防止材の両面に、白色の剥離シート(グラシン紙にシリコンを塗布したもの)を貼付した。
セプラフィルム(癒着防止材、科研製薬(株))の両面に、剥離シートとして白色の剥離シート(グラシン紙にシリコンを塗布したもの)を貼付した。しかし、セプラフィルムと剥離シートとの間に接着力はなく、剥離シートにセプラフィルムを乗せた状態で、剥離シートのみをつかみ逆さにするとセプラフィルムは落ちてしまった。

Claims (8)
- 癒着防止材と該癒着防止材の両面に剥離シートを貼付した複合体であって、
(1)該癒着防止材が平滑面と粗面を有し、該粗面を創傷面に適用する癒着防止材であって、
(2)該平滑面と一方の剥離シートとの接着力に比して、該粗面ともう一方の剥離シートとの接着力が小である事を特徴とする癒着防止材。 - 該剥離シートが、紙、プラスチックフィルム、シリコンシート、ビニールシートのいずれかひとつを含むことを特徴とした請求項1に記載の癒着防止材。
- 該剥離シートの厚みが、20〜200μmであることを特徴とした請求項1または2に記載の癒着防止材。
- 該癒着防止材の粗面構造が、深さ方向に0.1μm〜200μmの凹凸があることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の癒着防止材。
- 該癒着防止材の粗面構造の表面粗さが、Ra=20nm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の癒着防止材。
- 該癒着防止材の粗面構造が、ハニカム構造になっていることを特徴とした請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の癒着防止材。
- 該癒着防止材の素材が、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸などからなる生分解性合成ポリマー、天然高分子のコラーゲン、ゼラチンなど生体由来のポリマーやアルギン酸、キトサン、ヒアルロン酸、セルロースなど天然物由来のポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの高分子である請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の癒着防止材。
- (1)請求項1記載の癒着防止材の粗面に貼付された剥離シートを剥がして、癒着防止材の粗面を露出させた後、
(2)該癒着防止材の粗面を癒着防止材の適用部位に貼付し、
(3)さらに該癒着防止材の平滑面に貼付されている剥離シートを剥離する
ステップを有する癒着防止材の使用方法。
