Description

  The present invention relates to a tatami mat.

  A tatami mat is a part of a room other than a tatami mat between flooring and boards, and only that part is tatami mated. For example, a semi-tatami size thin tatami mat is placed in one corner of a room with four floors.

  As a result, an atmosphere in which the elderly can calm down is created, and it is also suitable for tea and flower production methods.

  Apart from this, folding screens and screens are used to easily divide the room and hide parts.

  Such a tatami mat can only be stored in a closet when not in use. That is, there is no other usage method. Similarly, folding screens and screens can be stored only when not in use.

  Therefore, the present inventor provides a tatami mat that can be used as a tatami mat or as a folding screen or a screen.

  In view of the above situation, the present inventor has completed the tatami mat according to the present invention as a result of intensive studies, and the feature thereof is that a tatami mat is pasted so as to straddle a plurality of tatami floors.   The method of attaching the tatami surface may be sewing, bonding, tackering or the like. These may be selected depending on the material and thickness of the floor and the type of rush.

  In this way, the tatami floors to which the tatami mats are attached may be connected in advance. This connection method may be a gummed tape, which may be attached only on the front side (the side on which the tatami mat is pasted), or the tatami edges may be fixed to the portion and the edges may be sewn together.

  Further, three or more tatami floors may be used and two or more folded portions may be provided. In this case, all the folded portions are valley folds on the front side, or alternately mountain folds and valley folds, but in the case of mountain folds, they must be joined on the back side.

  After attaching a tatami mat, you may provide an edge like a normal thin tatami mat. This edge can also be used in various colors in design.

  Moreover, although what kind of thing may be sufficient as a back surface, when using it as a folding screen or a screen, you may affix a sheet | seat or a tatami mat with a good back surface.

The tatami mat of the present invention has the following great advantages.
(1) Since they are connected, the tatami mats do not fall apart.
(2) Since it is connected and foldable, it can be used as a folding screen or screen when stood.
(3) Folds easily when folded.

FIG. 1 shows the tatami mat 1 according to the present invention slightly bent at its connecting portion and standing. Therefore, it can be used in the same way as folding screens and screens. The tatami mat part is woven in a pattern and has a different aesthetic from the traditional tatami mat.

  FIG. 3 shows another example of the floor 4 used in the present invention. Plastic cardboard 9 is pasted on both the front and back sides of a wooden board (insulation board). The thickness is 20 mm as a whole.

The manufacturing process of this example will be described.
1 Cut the two floors 4 into a predetermined size.
2 Place the edge 5 on the connecting side of the floor, and sew the parts other than the surface.
3 Stand the edges of the surface and sew them together. This connects the edges.
4 And fix the front side of the edge with a tucker.
5 Sewing the tatami mat on this.
6 Finally, sew edges on both sides.

  A tatami mat having a tatami mat attached so as to straddle a plurality of tatami floors, wherein the connecting portion of the tatami mat is positioned above the connecting portion of the tatami floor.   The tatami mat according to claim 1, wherein the tatami floors are also connected to each other.   The tatami mat according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the tatami mat is woven in a pattern.   The tatami mat according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the tatami floor is made by attaching plastic corrugated cardboard to both front and back surfaces of a wooden board and having a thickness of 25 mm or less.
