Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 第1成分と第2成分を含む原料ガスを圧縮し、それによって第1圧力を有する圧縮原料ガスを形成する圧縮機と、
圧縮原料ガスを圧縮ガス中の第1成分の少なくとも一部が凝縮するのに十分な温度まで冷却する冷却機と、
冷却された圧縮原料ガスを第1の蒸気部および第1の液体部に分離し、第1蒸気部を膨張機中で第2圧力に膨張させて膨張した流れを形成する第1分離機と、
膨張した流れを第2液体部および第2蒸気部に分離し、第2蒸気部が冷却機中で圧縮原料ガスを冷却する第2分離機とを含む装置。 - 前記第2蒸気部を受容して原料ガスから第2成分を取り出す圧力スイング吸着ユニットをさらに含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1液体部を第2分離機に送り、第2液体部が主として第2成分を含む請求項2に記載の装置。
- 圧縮機および膨張機が互いに機械的に連結している請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記第1成分がC2〜C5炭化水素を含み、第2成分が水素を含む請求項3に記載の装置。
- 圧力スイング吸着ユニットが水素圧力スイング吸着ユニットを含む請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記圧縮機が原料ガスを約470psia〜約510psiaの圧力に圧縮し、前記膨張機が圧縮原料ガスを約380psia〜約420psiaの圧力に膨張させる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 圧縮機と膨張機間の原料ガスの圧力差を使用して、原料ガスの第1成分の少なくとも一部が凝縮するのに十分な温度まで原料ガスを冷却し、それによって部分的に減損した原料ガスを生成させ、圧力スイング吸着ユニットを用いて、部分的に減損した原料ガスから第2成分を取り出す装置。
- 前記圧力差が約70psiaから約130psiaである請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第1成分がC2〜C5炭化水素を含み、前記第2成分が水素を含む請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記部分的に減損した原料ガスを原料ガスの冷却用冷媒として使用する請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力スイング吸着ユニットが水素圧力スイング吸着ユニットである請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記原料ガスを圧力P0から圧力P1に圧縮し、さらに前記原料ガスを圧力P1からP2へ圧縮すること
前記原料ガスを圧力P2で原料ガスの第1成分の少なくとも一部を凝縮させるのに十分な温度まで冷却すること、
前記冷却された原料ガスを、第1分離機中で第1蒸気部と第1成分を含む第1液体部に分離し、第1蒸気部を膨張機中で圧力P1に膨張させ、それによって冷却された膨張生成物を生成させること、
前記冷却された膨張生成物を第2分離機中で第2成分を含む第2蒸気部と第1成分を含む第2液体部に分離し、前記第2蒸気部が原料ガスを冷却するための冷却を提供する、第1成分と第2成分を原料ガスから分離する方法。 - 圧力P0が約大気圧〜約200psiaである請求項13に記載の方法。
- 圧力P1が約200psia〜約700psiaである請求項14に記載の方法。
- 圧力P2が約400psia〜約800psiaである請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1成分がC2〜C5炭化水素を含み、前記第2成分が水素を含む請求項13に記載の方法。
