Claims (19)

- 前記改善された薬物動態がTmaxの減少であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記改善された薬物動態がCmaxの増加であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記改善された薬物動態がTlagの減少であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記改善された薬物動態が吸収速度の上昇であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記極微針の長さが約0.5mmから約1.7mmまでであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記極微針が30ゲージ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記極微針が0mmから1mmまでの出口を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記極微針が、前記極微針を皮膚表面に対して垂直に配置する送達デバイス中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記極微針の針が極微針の針のアレイ中に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記アレイが3本の極微針を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の使用。

- 前記物質がリポ多糖もしくはBCG、またはそれらの合成誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の使用。
