Claims (19)

  1. 免疫調節物質の送達による免疫系に関する一般的または特異的効果によって治療または予防をするのに使用するための医薬の製造のための免疫調節物質の使用であって、真皮中での前記物質の吸収を得るために前記真皮に前記物質を選択的に送達するのに適切な長さおよび出口を有する1本または複数の極微針を通して前記物質を皮内に注射または注入することを含むことを特徴とする、医薬の製造のための免疫調節物質の使用。
  2. 前記真皮中での前記物質の吸収が、皮下投与と比較して改善された全身的薬物動態を生じることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
  3. 前記改善された薬物動態が生物学的利用能の増加であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用。
  4. 前記改善された薬物動態がTmaxの減少であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用。
  5. 前記改善された薬物動態がCmaxの増加であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用。
  6. 前記改善された薬物動態がTlagの減少であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用。
  7. 前記改善された薬物動態が吸収速度の上昇であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用。
  8. 前記極微針の長さが約0.5mmから約1.7mmまでであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
  9. 前記極微針が30ゲージ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
  10. 前記極微針が0mmから1mmまでの出口を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
  11. 前記極微針が、前記極微針を皮膚表面に対して垂直に配置する送達デバイス中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
  12. 前記極微針の針が極微針の針のアレイ中に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
  13. 前記アレイが3本の極微針を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の使用。
  14. 前記アレイが6本の極微針を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の使用。
  15. 前記物質が免疫賦活剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
  16. 前記物質が免疫抑制剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
  17. 前記物質が、インターフェロン、インターロイキン、抗炎症剤、腫瘍標的化合物、および細菌細胞壁成分またはその合成誘導体からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
  18. 前記物質がリポ多糖もしくはBCG、またはそれらの合成誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の使用。
  19. 前記物質がα−インターフェロンであることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の使用。
