Claims (7)
- 周囲に複数の略軸方向のスロットを有するディスク(31)と、前記スロット内に保持される根元部を有しており、ガス(F)の流れの径方向内側を規定するプラットフォーム(34)、並びに該プラットフォーム(34)から前記ディスクの周囲に向かって延びる上流および下流の径方向壁部(35、36)を有する複数のブレード(33)と、前記プラットフォームおよび前記ディスクの周囲によって画定されるブレード間キャビティ(37)と、ブレード間空間を封止する封止装置とを備えており、前記封止装置が、径方向内方に広がり且つ二つの隣接するブレードのプラットフォームの壁部に接して前記キャビティ(37)内に配置される縁部(12、13、14、15)を有するライナ(10)の形態で作られている、ターボ機関ブレードホイールであって、各ライナ(10)が、その上流および下流の広がった縁部(12)の一つに弾性ゾーン(18)を有し、該縁部に隣接する径方向壁部(35)が、径方向平面に対して傾斜している内側面(39)によってプラットフォーム(34)に結合されており、前記弾性ゾーン(18)は、前記ホイールが回転するのを停止した場合には径方向内方へスライドし、遠心力下では、前記弾性ゾーン(18)における封止を改善すべく、該弾性ゾーン(18)から離れた径方向壁部(36)に向かって前記ライナ(10)を軸方向に移動させるために、径方向外方へスライドし得るように、前記内側面の縁部に支承されることを特徴とする、ターボ機関ブレードホイール。
- 弾性ゾーンから離れている径方向壁部(36)が、遠心力の作用下でライナ(10)の軸方向の動きを制限するための当接部(42)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホイール。
- 弾性ゾーン(18)に隣接する側壁部(36)が、前記弾性ゾーンの内方へのスライド移動を制限するための当接部(42)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のホイール。
- 弾性ゾーン(18)が、ライナ(10)の同じ広がり縁部(12)に切り込まれている二つのノッチ(16、17)によって周方向に画定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のホイール。
- 弾性ゾーン(18)が、上流縁部に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のホイール。
- タービンブレードホイールであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のホイール。
- 傾斜面(39)の角度αが、ターボ機関の回転軸に対するプラットフォームの傾斜よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のホイール。
