Claims (9)
- 内部に空洞を有する誘電体基板と、
前記空洞の第1の側に設けられた第1の導電性表面と、
前記第1の導電性表面に対して少なくとも部分的に直径的に対向した位置で前記空洞の第2の側に設けられた第2の導電性表面と、
前記空洞内で往復運動するように構成されている誘電体スタブとを具備している可変キャパシタ。 - 前記第1の導電性表面は接地平面である請求項1記載の可変キャパシタ。
- 前記第2の導電性表面はマイクロストリップパッチである請求項1記載の可変キャパシタ。
- 前記空洞は,4つの方形の側壁と、方形の頂面と、方形の底面とを有する方形体である請求項1記載の可変キャパシタ。
- 前記パッチは方形である請求項1記載の可変キャパシタ。
- 前記スタブは方形であり、4つの方形の側壁と、方形の頂面と、方形の底面とを有る方形体である請求項1記載の可変キャパシタ。
- 前記マイクロストリップパッチは回路トレースに結合されている請求項1記載の可変キャパシタ。
- 前記可変キャパシタはさらに前記空洞内において前記誘電体スタブを直線的に移動させる手段を備えている請求項2記載の可変キャパシタシステム。
- 前記誘電体スタブを移動させる手段は、電気機械的アクチュエータを備えている請求項2記載のシステム。
