Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 医療ユニットと、該医療ユニットを少なくとも部分的に封入し、ポリウレタン、ポリウレタン共重合体、フルオロポリマー、ポリオレフィン、エポキシ及びシリコーンゴムから成る群から選択される基材ポリマーで形成されるケーシングと、を含む埋込み型医療装置であって、
前記ケーシングは、前記基材ポリマーに共有結合したポリエチレンオキシド表面改質性末端基を有し、
前記ケーシングは、前記表面改質性末端基に結合した生物学的活性物質を有し、該生物学的活性物質が、微生物ペプチド剤、抗微生物剤、抗生物質、界面活性剤、非ステロイド系抗炎症剤、カチオン、含アミンオルガノシリコーン、ジホスホネート、脂肪酸及び脂肪酸塩から成る群から選択される埋込み型医療装置。 - 医療ユニットと、該医療ユニットを少なくとも部分的に封入し、基材ポリマー、及び該基材ポリマーに界面活性末端基として結合する生物学的改質剤で形成されるケーシングと、を含む埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記生物学的活性物質は、微生物ペプチド剤、抗微生物剤、界面活性剤、非ステロイド系抗炎症剤、カチオン、含アミンオルガノシリコーン、ジホスホネート、脂肪酸及び脂肪酸塩から成る群から選択される、請求項2に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記医療ユニットはペースメーカーリードである、請求項2に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記基材ポリマーは、ポリウレタン、ポリウレタン共重合体、エポキシ、フルオロポリマー、ポリオレフィン及びシリコーンゴムから成る群から選択される、請求項2に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記医療ユニットは外面を有する外殻を含み、前記ケーシングは前記外殻の前記外面に形成される、請求項2に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 少なくとも2種の異なる生物学的活性物質が前記基材ポリマーに結合する、請求項2に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 医療ユニットと、該医療ユニットを少なくとも部分的に封入し、基材ポリマー、及び該基材ポリマーの主鎖に結合す生物学的活性物質で形成されるケーシングと、を含む埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記生物学的活性物質は、微生物ペプチド剤、抗微生物剤、抗生物質、界面活性剤、非ステロイド系抗炎症剤、カチオン、含アミンオルガノシリコーン、ジホスホネート、脂肪酸及び脂肪酸塩から成る群から選択される、請求項8に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記医療ユニットはペースメーカーリードである、請求項8に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記基材ポリマーは、ポリウレタン、ポリウレタン共重合体、フルオロポリマー、ポリオレフィン、エポキシ及びシリコーンゴムから成る群から選択される、請求項8に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記医療ユニットは外面を有する外殻を含み、前記ケーシングは前記外殻の前記外面に形成される、請求項8に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 少なくとも2種の異なる生物学的活性物質が前記基材ポリマーの前記主鎖に結合する、請求項8に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 医療ユニットと、該医療ユニットを少なくとも部分的に封入し、表面改質性末端基を有する基材ポリマーで形成されており、前記表面改質性末端基に結合した生物学的改質剤を有するケーシングと、を含む埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記生物学的活性物質は、微生物ペプチド剤、抗微生物剤、抗生物質、界面活性剤、非ステロイド系抗炎症剤、カチオン、含アミンオルガノシリコーン、ジホスホネート、脂肪酸及び脂肪酸塩から成る群から選択される、請求項14に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記医療ユニットはペースメーカーリードである、請求項14に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記基材ポリマーは、ポリウレタン、ポリウレタン共重合体、フルオロポリマー、ポリオレフィン、エポキシ及びシリコーンゴムから成る群から選択される、請求項14に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記医療ユニットは外面を有する外殻を含み、前記ケーシングは前記外殻の前記外面に形成される、請求項14に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記表面改質性末端基はフルオロポリマー及び脂肪酸から成る群から選択される、請求項14に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記表面改質性末端基はオレイン酸及びリノール酸から成る群から選択される、請求項14に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 前記表面改質性末端基はポリエチレンオキシドである、請求項14に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
- 少なくとも2種の異なる生物学的活性物質が前記表面改質性末端基に結合する、請求項14に記載の埋込み型医療装置。
