Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a roller skate having a shoe forming a sole and a wheel frame (cart) fixed to the sole by screws, the wheel frame having front and rear axle receptacles.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Roller skates with rollers positioned on a pair of front and rear axles typically include a wheel frame with an impact (stop) plate that can be secured to the sole of the shoe, and receptacles for the two axles ing. The two axles are supported by the receptacle via an axle support member. The wheel frame must be adapted to the specific shoe size, and therefore it is necessary to provide individual wheel frame sizes at least for various shoe size ranges. Different wheel frame sizes require different production tools, so that not only the corresponding production costs but also the maintenance of fairly expensive inventory must be considered.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, the present invention designs a roller skate of the type described at the outset so that manufacturing and inventory storage costs can be significantly reduced without the need to adapt the wheel frame to a specific shoe size. Have the problem of
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, a wheel frame includes a rail, and two axle receptacles are arranged on the rail so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction, and a screw passing through the rail has the axle receptacle as a sole. The above-mentioned problem is solved by coupling to.
[0005]
With such a configuration, the two receptacles for the front and rear axles are connected to each other via the rails and are formed of separate members that can adjust the distance between each other along the rails. Can be adapted to specific shoe sizes in a simple way. The rail need only be cut to a suitable length and connected to an axle receptacle. Since the receptacle for the axle is fixed to the sole by a screw passing through the rail, the receptacle is fixed to the shoe sole together with the rail by the screw. This simplifies installation because the position of the axle receptacle relative to the shoe is inevitably determined by the screw hole in the shoe sole. Further, since the rail and axle receptacles are connected to the wheel frame and screws are used to fix the wheel frame to the sole of the shoe, the installation cost is hardly increased compared to the integrated wheel frame. The rails of the wheel frame extend between the two axle receptacles, and the axle receptacles are supported so that they do not twist, so it is possible to maintain sufficient spacing with mounting screws in the area of the two receptacles it can.
[0006]
Since the axle receptacle and the rail are coupled so as not to be twisted, the sliding guide between the receptacle and the rail is ensured. Since the rail securely engaged with at least one longitudinally extending groove of the axle receptacle can be firmly tightened with a screw between the sole and the receptacle, and in this case, if the screw is tightened It is very easy to install because there is no free play of the receptacle on the rail. Furthermore, receptacle members that can be manufactured with relatively simple manufacturing tools are formed as a result of the longitudinal grooves of the receptacle.
[0007]
The axle receptacle can be made of plastic, and the rail is usually made of metal. The receptacles for the front and rear axles can be designed to accommodate, thereby reducing manufacturing and inventory storage costs. Further, the receptacles for the front and rear axles are formed as separate members, and it is only necessary to connect an appropriate receptacle to the rails of the wheel frame. Therefore, it is possible to selectively provide wheel frames having different axles. To create an advantageous situation. Furthermore, the three-point support structure of the roller skate can be achieved with a pair of front axle rollers and a single rear axle roller, and this three-point support structure is also used in the curve, particularly with the front steering shaft. If it is possible, it enables good running (operation).
