また図7、図8、図10は第二〜第四例を示しており、ケーシング1の周辺の一部(例えば、騒音がひどい背面1a、吸込口2等の部位)又は全部に吸音材10及び/又は遮音材100を設けた構成であり、望ましくは、第一吸音壁Bとの組み合わせで、騒音を略々完全に防止することを意図する。また図8〜図9−2は第三、第四例は、第二吸音壁Cを板状に形成した構成であり、また図示しないが折曲げ部位(廻込み部)を省略し、小型化、低コスト化等を図りつつ、吸込量の拡大を図る。さらに図11の第四例は、前記図1、図7と図8の例の折衷構造であり、それぞれの特徴と、設置場所に対応できること、汎用性の拡充が図れる等の特徴がある。また図12の第五例は、吸込開口6がケーシング1の背面1aに形成されており、この背面1aから空気を吸込み、迂回通路52(ケーシング1の周辺に形成)を介して吸込口2に導く構成である。そして、この例では、第一吸音壁Bの吸込開口6を、ケーシング1の背面1aに形成する構成であることから、第二吸音壁Cを、ケーシング1の背面1aに設ける。尚、この第一吸音壁Bと第二吸音壁Cとの間に吸込通路51を形成する。また第二吸音壁Cの構成と、その使用態様、又はこの例における空気の流れ、また騒音防止等の特徴等は、何れも前述の各例に準ずる。   7, 8, and 10 show second to fourth examples. Claims (8)

吸込口と吐出口を備えたケーシング内に羽根車を設け、またこの羽根車を駆動するモータを前記ケーシングに設けた送風機を囲繞する送風機用の低騒音装置であって、
この低騒音装置は、前記ケーシングとの間に適宜の間隔を有するように配設した第一吸音壁と、この第一吸音壁と間隔を有するように設けた前記モータ側に設けた第二吸音壁とで形成し、この第一吸音壁は前記吸込口と吐出口に対して開口する吸込開口と吐出開口を備え、また第一吸音壁は、硬性の内外壁体と、この内外壁体に囲繞された吸音材で構成するとともに、この第一、第二吸音壁に設けた間隔は、前記吐出口からの排気面積に略対応する開口面積を形成し、前記内壁体に当該第一、第二吸音壁の吸音の向上を司る吸音手段を設けたことを特徴とする送風機用の低騒音装置。
