Description

The present invention relates to a work vehicle in which a meter panel portion is provided on an upper portion of a front panel of a driving portion, and an engine fuel tank is disposed on a front side of a vehicle body of the front panel.

Conventionally, as the work vehicle, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, first and second covers 28 and 29 (corresponding to a front panel), an instrument section 34 (meter panel section) provided on the upper portion of the first cover 28 And a fuel tank 24 was provided.

3,5)JP 2003-2239 A ([0013], [0014] stages, FIGS. 3 and 5)

In the work vehicle described above, a meter or the like is provided in the meter panel portion, and an electric wire connected to the meter or the like is disposed on the back side of the front panel. Conventionally, between the front panel and the fuel tank, The gap that exists naturally is used for the electric wire passage, and the electric wire passage becomes a bent passage, and a long electric wire is required. In addition, it is difficult to perform wiring work, and the assembly work efficiency is poor.

An object of the present invention is to provide a work vehicle capable of solving the problems related to the electric wires and the assembly work described above while avoiding complication of the fuel tank structure as much as possible.

In the first aspect of the invention, a work vehicle is provided with a meter panel portion at an upper portion of a front panel of an operation portion, and a fuel tank for an engine disposed on a front side of the vehicle body of the front panel,
An electric wire housing recess is provided in a corner portion on the lateral end side on the rear side of the fuel tank in a state of opening toward the rear of the vehicle body and toward the laterally outer side of the vehicle body, and the electric wire passes through the electric wire housing recess from below the fuel tank. The electric wire is arranged so as to reach the upper side, and a locking tool that acts as a stopper from the rear side of the vehicle body and the lateral side of the vehicle body is provided on the fuel tank so as to prevent the electric wire from coming out of the electric wire receiving recess. It is provided on the rear side.

That is, an electric wire passage is formed between the fuel tank and the front panel by the electric wire receiving recess of the fuel tank, the electric wire is shortened as much as possible, and the wiring work is easily performed. Wiring can be performed from the top to the top.

By providing the fuel tank with a groove-shaped wire receiving recess that opens toward the rear of the vehicle body, for example, the wire passage can be formed between the fuel tank and the front panel by the wire receiving recess. In the first aspect of the present invention, the electric wire passage is formed between the fuel tank and the front panel by the electric wire receiving recess opened toward the vehicle body rearward side and the vehicle body laterally outward side of the fuel tank, and the electric wire receiving recess of the fuel tank is formed. And the stopper action on the electric wire by the tank wall facing the outer side of the vehicle body and the stopper action on the electric wire of the locking device make it difficult for the electric wire to come off from the electric wire passage. In comparison, the structure of the fuel tank can be simplified in terms of the shape of the wire receiving recess, etc., while an electric wire passage can be formed between the fuel tank and the front panel, and the electric wire is stabilized so that it does not move easily. It can arrange | position in the state.

Therefore, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the electric wires can be arranged from the lower side to the upper side with the shortest possible length so that the electric wires can be advantageously wired from the aspect of the electric wire length, and the wiring work is facilitated. The assembly work can be done efficiently. In addition, the fuel tank is provided with the electric wire housing recess but does not have a very complicated structure, and can be obtained at a relatively low cost from the viewpoint of manufacturing the fuel tank.

According to the second aspect of the invention, in the configuration of the first aspect of the invention, the electric wire is disposed from the fuel tank front side to the rear side of the fuel tank through the lower side of the fuel tank. .

That is, the electric wire is disposed in a bent state so as to be wound around the lower end side of the fuel tank. In this case, the electric wire is easily bent away from the fuel tank on the rear surface side of the fuel tank due to the bending, but can be arranged in a state in which the separation is suppressed by the stopper action of the locking tool.

Therefore, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the electric wire is arranged so as to be wound around the fuel tank, but is arranged in a compact state in which it is not greatly separated rearward from the fuel tank by the stopper action of the locking tool. can do.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first or second aspect of the present invention, a screw member for tightening the fastener is insert-molded on the attachment portion to which the stopper of the fuel tank is secured. The fixing seating surface of the mounting portion is formed as a flat surface.

That is, since the fixing seating surface of the mounting portion is formed as a flat surface, even if the screw member is slightly displaced in the direction along the surface of the fixing seating surface, the screw member does not protrude from the mounting portion. The screw member can be insert-molded.

Therefore, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the screw member is held by the fuel tank, and the locking tool can be fastened to the fuel tank only by attaching the fastening tool to the screw member. The screw member can be insert-molded so as not to be lifted from the mounting portion, and the screw member can be firmly held by the fuel tank.
