Description

The present invention relates to a food washing apparatus used for washing food such as vegetables and seafood.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a food cleaning apparatus has been proposed in which an object to be cleaned such as vegetables is cleaned in a cleaning water tank (see Patent Document 1).
This food cleaning device is intended to wash away insects and foreign matter dirt adhering to vegetables, and supplies cleaning water into the cleaning tank by a water supply pipe, and overflows the supplied cleaning water from the upper opening, While spraying air and water into the washing tank at the same time by the injection nozzle to give the rotating water flow to the washing water, the heavy thing generated at the time of washing is collected by the strainer provided at the bottom drain outlet of the washing tank, and the intermediate thing is collected They were collected by a collection net and formed so as to overflow light specific gravity from the upper opening.

However, in such a conventional food cleaning apparatus, since the vegetables to be cleaned are directly put into the cleaning tank, it takes time to handle the objects to be cleaned, for example, it takes time to take out the vegetables after cleaning. was there.
In addition, since a cleaning method in which air and water are simultaneously jetted into the cleaning tank by the spray nozzle and a rotating water flow is given to the cleaning water in the cleaning tank, the water flow simply flows as a vortex.
For this reason, especially for chopped vegetables such as cut vegetables and chopped vegetables, the individual vegetables simply rotate in a spiral shape without being dispersed, and this does not provide a sufficient cleaning effect. there were.

This prior-art food cleaning device facilitates handling of objects to be cleaned such as loading and unloading operations by cleaning the objects to be cleaned such as vegetables in a storage bucket. By blowing air upward from the bottom of the cleaning tank, the object to be cleaned is rolled up and down so as to be broken up and down, and a sufficient cleaning effect can be obtained.

However, in this food washing apparatus, the storage bucket is manually moved in and out of the washing room.
In particular, when the storage bucket is taken out of the cleaning chamber, water is contained inside the storage bucket, so that it is difficult to lift the storage bucket with a woman's force until some water is removed. I left it.

According to the present invention, the storage bucket is lifted and lowered by using a mechanical drive from the storage state in the cleaning chamber to a certain inclination state, and then the storage bucket is manually reversed to take out the object to be cleaned from the storage bucket.
In the food washing apparatus according to the present invention, since an object to be cleaned such as vegetables can be cleaned in a storage bucket, handling of an object to be cleaned such as an input operation and an extraction operation can be facilitated.
In addition, since the air from the blower is blown upward from the bottom of the washing tank, the object to be washed can be swung up and down so that it can be broken up and down, and floating dust (especially insects, hair, etc.) generated by washing Can be removed by a filter bag mesh attached to the outlet of the drain pipe and the outlet of the recovery pipe, so that the cleaned water is circulated between the cleaning chamber and the filtration tank. , Improving the cleaning effect.

In particular, in the food washing apparatus of the present invention, the storage bucket is put in and out of the washing chamber while being supported by the support arm.

The most labor is required for lifting from the lowered position to the raised position, but since this operation is performed by a mechanical drive by the driving means, it can be easily performed by a female force.

As described above, when the storage bucket is rotated by the mechanical drive by the drive means to the raised position in the inclined state, the storage bucket can be drained at this position, and the subsequent work becomes easier. In the raised position, the storage bucket can be manually rotated to the reversal position with the locking portion at the top of the front end as the center, and the object to be cleaned in the storage bucket can be slid down and taken out.

As described above, the food cleaning apparatus of the present invention moves the storage bucket up and down using the mechanical drive from the storage state in the cleaning chamber to a certain tilted state, and then manually reverses the storage bucket, The object to be cleaned can be taken out of the container, and the storage bucket can be taken in and out and the object to be cleaned can be easily removed without requiring labor.

The water flow guide plate 58 has its lower end separated from the back screen 51 so as to return to the inside of the bucket again after raising a part of the water flow that has passed through the back screen 51 and has flowed out of the bucket to the outside of the bucket. The upper end side is inclined so as to be close to the back net portion 51.
Further, the upper edge of the water flow guide plate 58 is formed slightly above the back wall upper edge 22 which becomes the overflow water level, and the momentum of the overflowing water flow is buffered.

At the bottom of the cleaning chamber 20, a mud containing portion 28 defined by a partition wall 27 is formed, and an air ejection pipe 7 for causing the air from the blower 15 to be ejected upward in the cleaning chamber 20 to the mud containing portion 28. Is piped.
The partition wall 27 is detachably attached to the cleaning chamber 20.

The air jet pipe 7 is connected to the blower 15 via an air pipe 70, and horizontal pipes 71 and 72 extending in the left-right direction of the cleaning chamber 20 are arranged in the front and rear. The four vertical pipes 73 extending in the front-rear direction of the cleaning chamber 20 are connected, and the rear side pipe is connected to the air pipe 70.
Air nozzles 7a and 7b are provided so as to project upward from the upper surfaces of the horizontal pipes 71 and 72 and the vertical pipes 73 and 73 so as to face the cleaning chamber 20 from the through hole 29 formed in the partition wall 27. Yes. The diameter of the through hole 29 is formed larger than the diameter of the air nozzles 7a and 7b.
In this case, the air nozzle 7 a protruding from the horizontal pipes 71 and 72 is substantially vertical so as to raise the bubbles along the front mesh part 50 and the rear mesh part 51 of the storage bucket 5 mounted in the cleaning chamber 20. It is erected.
Further, the air nozzle 7b protruding from the vertical pipes 73 and 73 is slightly inclined forward (approximately 5 to 10 degrees forward from the vertical) so as to face the flow direction of the water flow.

In order to use the food washing apparatus 1 of this embodiment, first, the washing water is stored in the washing chamber 20 in a full tank state, and the washing water does not overflow from the overflow port 3a into the filtered water tank 3. Store.
And the cut vegetable as a to-be-cleaned object is thrown into the inside of the accommodation bucket 5, and is accommodated.

Next, the circulation pump P and the blower 15 are operated, and the operation of the circulation pump P causes the cleaning water in the filtered water tank 3 to flow into the cleaning chamber 20 through the water supply pipe 34 and the cleaning water in the cleaning chamber 20. Is returned to the filtered water tank 3 through the drain pipe 30 and the washing water overflowing from the upper left edge 21 and the upper back edge 22 of the washing chamber 20 is collected by the collecting section 23 and then filtered through the collecting pipe 38. The washing water is circulated back to the inside.
At the same time, by the operation of the blower 15, bubbles are ejected upward from the air nozzles 7 a and 7 b of the air ejection pipe 7 into the cleaning chamber 20, and the upward bubbles generate a vertical flow in the cleaning chamber 20. Then, the cut vegetables can be beaten in the storage bucket 5 and floated up and down so as to be broken.

In this manner, while the cut vegetables are being washed in the storage bucket 5, the washing water is circulated between the washing chamber 20 and the filtered water tank 3. , Hair, warks, food waste) flows into the filtered water tank 3 together with the washing water through the drain pipe 30, and flows into the filtered water tank 3 from the recovery unit 23 through the collecting pipe 38 together with the overflowed washing water.
At this time, since the filtering bag-like meshes 40, 40 are attached to the outlet 32 of the drain pipe 30 and the recovery outlet 39 of the collecting pipe 38, insects and foreign matters are contaminated in the filtering bag-like mesh 40, 40. The cleaning water collected and cleaned circulates between the cleaning chamber 20 and the filtered water tank 3, and by repeating this circulation, insects and foreign matters can be almost completely removed.
It should be noted that dust having a large specific gravity, such as mud produced by washing, sinks in the washing chamber 20 and enters the mud container 28 through the through hole 29 of the partition wall 27, and no washing water flows here. It is possible to prevent the minute from flying up in the cleaning chamber 20.

In addition, when the water supply ports 35 and 35 of the water supply pipe 34 are branched to the left and right so as to face the left and right side surfaces of the cleaning chamber 20, the water flow from the water supply ports 35 and 35 (arrow M in FIG. 4) is washed. The flow of colliding with the left and right side surfaces of the chamber 20 and returning to the inside can be generated.
Further, if the inlets 31, 31 of the drain pipe 30 are formed to branch left and right so as to face the left and right side surfaces of the cleaning chamber 20, the cleaning water flows into the drain pipe 30 from the left and right side portions of the cleaning chamber 20. Can be generated (arrow N in FIG. 5).
By such a water flow, a flow in the left-right direction is added to the flow in the cleaning chamber 20, and the cleaning effect can be improved.

Further, when the water flow guide plate 58 is provided on the outer surface of the back mesh portion 51 of the storage bucket 5, a part of the water flow that passes through the back mesh portion 51 and flows out of the bucket to the outside of the bucket is It can be applied to the inner surface, raised along the slope, and allowed to flow back into the bucket again.
In the cleaning chamber 20, since the cleaning water flows from the front (left side in FIG. 1) to the back (right side in FIG. 1) as a whole, the cut vegetables stay in a state where the cut vegetables stick to the back mesh part 51 of the storage bucket 5. Sometimes.
On the other hand, when the water flow is generated from the outside of the bucket to the inside of the bucket by the water flow guide plate 58 as described above, the cut vegetables attached to the back net portion 51 can be peeled off, and the washing of the cut vegetables is promoted. The effect can be improved.

Further, in the air ejection pipe 7, the air nozzle 7 a is erected substantially vertically so as to raise the bubbles along the front mesh part 50 and the rear mesh part 51 of the storage bucket 5 mounted in the cleaning chamber 20. Therefore, air bubbles can be bathed from below on the cut vegetables staying in the state of sticking to the front mesh part 50 and the back mesh part 51 of the storage bucket 5, and the stuck cut vegetables can be peeled off.
Further, since the air nozzle 7b is inclined and protruded slightly forward so as to face the flow direction of the water flow, the water flow and the bubbles collide with each other, and the flow in the cleaning chamber 20 is caused to flow in the front-rear direction. Flow is added and the cleaning effect can be improved.

Thus, in the food washing apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, the washing water is stirred up and down, left and right, and back and forth in the washing chamber 20, and the object to be washed (cut vegetables) in the storage bucket 5 is randomly floated. Therefore, effective cleaning can be performed.

The storage bucket 5 is put into and out of the cleaning chamber 20 while being supported by the support arm 6.
In this case, when the air cylinder 63 is operated at the lowered position where the accommodation bucket 5 supported by the support arm 6 is accommodated in the cleaning chamber 20, the accommodation bucket 5 supported by the support arm 6 is tilted from the lowered position (substantially). Ascend to the ascending position rotated up to 60 degrees).
Then, at this raised position, the wing nut 56a is removed, and the accommodation bucket 5 supported by the support arm 6 is rotated to the reverse position (the Z position in FIGS. 1 and 6). The object to be cleaned can be easily taken out without requiring labor.

As described above, the storage bucket 5 is moved up and down using the mechanical drive by the air cylinder 63 from the lowered position where the storage bucket 5 is stored in the cleaning chamber 20, and then the storage bucket 5 is inverted manually to store the storage bucket 5. The object to be cleaned can be taken out of the container, and the storage bucket 5 can be taken in and out and the object to be cleaned can be easily taken out without requiring labor.

In this embodiment, when the object to be cleaned is cleaned, the food cleaning device 1 is turned on while the storage bucket 5 storing the object to be cleaned is in the lowered position, and the cleaning operation is performed by the timer. When the process ends, the air cylinder 63 is operated to raise from the lowered position to the raised position.
Then, after the object to be cleaned is taken out from the storage bucket 5 at the reverse position, when the storage bucket 5 is manually returned to the raised position and the switch is turned off, the air cylinder 63 is lowered and returned to the lowered position.
Next, after a new object to be cleaned is accommodated in the accommodating bucket 5, the switch is turned on again, and thereafter the object to be cleaned is successively washed by the same operation.
By combining such switch ON / OFF and timer control, it is possible to make the cleaning finish uniform while reducing labor.

Next, FIG. 8 is an overall perspective view of the food washing apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
In the second embodiment, two food cleaning apparatuses 1 and 1 formed in the same manner as the food cleaning apparatus 1 of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 is used as the sterilization apparatus A, and the other food washing apparatus 1 is used as the washing apparatus B.

In the cleaning device B, the cleaning chamber 20 is formed as a water cleaning chamber 80, and in the sterilization device A, the cleaning chamber 20 is formed as a sterilization chamber 81.
The flushing chamber 80 accommodates washing water (tap water), and the sterilization chamber 81 accommodates electrolytic hyponitrous water.

As the electrolytic hyponitrous acid contained in the sterilization chamber 81, the saline hypoelectrolyte is made weakly alkaline by electrolyzing saline with a diaphragm, and the saline is divided into an anode chamber and a cathode chamber partitioned by a diaphragm, respectively. It is possible to use electrolyzed hyponitrous acid that has been made weakly alkaline by electrolysis by mixing acidic electrolyzed water generated in the anode chamber and alkaline electrolyzed water generated in the cathode chamber.

Further, in this embodiment, the storage bucket 5 of the sterilization apparatus A and the storage bucket 5 of the cleaning apparatus B are formed so as to be simultaneously raised and submerged.
Also in this embodiment, in the state where the storage buckets 5 and 5 are supported by the support arm 6, the washing bucket 80 and the sterilization chamber 81 are taken in and out as in the first embodiment.

In this embodiment, a motor block 91 is used as a driving means for the support arm 6.
In this case, a portal frame 90 is provided so as to straddle the sterilization apparatus A and the cleaning apparatus B, and a motor block 91 (a hoist may be attached) is attached to the portal frame 90, and a chain 93 of the motor block 91 is supported by a support arm. In this way, both the buckets 5 and 5 are simultaneously raised and submerged by the operation of the motor block 91.

In the present embodiment, in the sterilization apparatus A, objects to be cleaned that are smaller than the eyes of the storage bucket 5 such as cut vegetables, chopped vegetables, and shredded vegetables are stored in the mesh bag and stored in the storage bucket 5. It is accommodated in the sterilization chamber 81 and sterilized.
In the cleaning apparatus B, the object to be cleaned after sterilization processing by the sterilization apparatus A is stored in the storage bucket 5 while being stored in the mesh bag, and this is stored in the water washing chamber 80 and cleaned. (Including cooling rinse treatment).

And the state which lifted the storage buckets 5 and 5 of the sterilization apparatus A and the washing | cleaning apparatus B simultaneously in the removal / insertion work with respect to the storage bucket 5 in the said sterilization apparatus A, and the removal / insertion work with respect to the storage bucket 5 in the said washing | cleaning apparatus B Then, the cleaned object to be cleaned is taken out from the storage bucket 5 of the cleaning apparatus B while being stored in the mesh bag, and the cleaning object is stored in the mesh bag from the storage bucket 5 of the sterilization apparatus A. The container B is transferred to the storage bucket 5 of B, and a new article to be cleaned is stored in the storage bag 5 of the sterilization apparatus A in a mesh bag.

That is, in the state where the storage buckets 5 and 5 of the sterilization apparatus A and the cleaning apparatus B are simultaneously lifted, the object to be cleaned is taken out from the storage bucket 5 of the cleaning apparatus B while being stored in the mesh bag. This cleaned object to be cleaned is subsequently dewatered (drained) by appropriate means, and this dewatering process may be performed while the object to be cleaned is placed in a mesh bag. The cleaning object may be taken out from the mesh bag.
Thus, in the storage bucket 5 of the cleaning apparatus B that has been emptied by taking out the cleaned object to be cleaned, the object to be cleaned taken out from the storage bucket 5 of the sterilization apparatus A is stored in the mesh bag. Transfer and change.
In addition, a new object to be cleaned accommodated in the mesh bag is placed in the accommodation bucket 5 of the sterilization apparatus A that has been emptied by the transfer.

In this manner, a new object to be cleaned is put into the storage bucket 5 of the sterilization apparatus A, and the cleaning object taken out from the storage bucket 5 of the sterilization apparatus A is transferred to the storage bucket 5 of the cleaning apparatus B. Thereafter, the storage buckets 5 and 5 are simultaneously lowered and submerged in the sterilization chamber 81 and the rinsing chamber 80.

In this way, cut vegetables or the like as the objects to be cleaned are accommodated in the mesh bag and sterilized and cleaned, so that the objects to be cleaned are not scattered in the sterilization chamber 81 and the rinsing chamber 80. The labor and time required for collecting objects to be cleaned can be greatly reduced.
In addition, since the storage buckets 5 and 5 of the cleaning device B and the sterilization device A are simultaneously lifted and lowered by the lifting and lowering device 9, the objects to be cleaned are simultaneously put in and out while being stored in the mesh bag in the lifted state. The labor and time required for taking in and out things can be greatly reduced.

In the second embodiment, the support structure of the storage bucket 5 with respect to the support arm 6 and the vertical rotation structure of the support arm 6 are the same as those of the first embodiment except that the motor block 91 is used as the driving means. is there.

In the present invention, it is preferable that several types of mesh sizes of the storage buckets are prepared in accordance with the size of the objects to be cleaned (for example, the difference between the vegetable hole object and the scraped object).
Moreover, in this invention, the thing of the shape as it is, such as leafy vegetables, root vegetables, and seaweeds, or the thing cut-processed or scratched, etc. can be used as the object to be cleaned.
