その一面に前記操作歯車に噛合う刻み目を有し、操作歯車に巻掛けられてその引き側の垂下部分が移動操作部をなし、他方の側が押出しレバーの案内面を通って下に垂下され止め操作部をなす操作帯

操作歯車の下の空間内で案内手段に案内されて移動操作部の刻み目に向かって往復運動自由で、その前側面に操作帯の刻み目に噛合う掛り歯面を備えその後側に押出しレバーの押当て面を備える止め片
