Conventional technology

Conventionally, a ceiling is formed by fixing the upper portions of a number of suspension bolts to a ceiling slab that forms an underground space and attaching a ceiling panel to a ceiling base supported by suspension of the suspension bolts.

In general, sufficient measures are taken for water leakage in underground spaces, but they are not perfect. For this reason, when water leaks from the ceiling slab, the water leaks to the top surface of the ceiling.

By the way, in the conventional ceiling structure in the underground space, the measures for water leakage from the ceiling slab are insufficient, and when the ceiling panel is a water-permeable panel, the panel is It penetrates and stains the bottom of the ceiling.

In addition, when the ceiling panel is a metal non-permeable panel, there is a risk of water leakage from the connection portion of the ceiling panel.

An object of the present invention is to provide a ceiling structure capable of effectively draining water leaked from a ceiling slab to the ceiling upper surface, and preventing dripping of the water leak without causing the ceiling to become dirty. Is to provide.

In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, the ceiling is supported by a ceiling base supported by being suspended by a slab, a parting edge is provided at a portion in contact with the wall surface of the ceiling, and the ceilings are arranged in parallel. A heel portion that supports a peripheral edge portion that faces the opening of the rim portion, and a ridge portion whose bottom surface is the same as or slightly lower than the upper surface of the ceiling on the opening side from the ridge portion, are orthogonal to the ceiling panel. The lower parting edge extending in the direction and one of the lower parting edge parallel to the ceiling panel are opened at both ends, and both ends of the other part are communicated with one of the ceiling parts. Leakage dropped on top surface There is preferred to prevent water leakage from the contact portion of the instrument to be attached to the opening and opening.

As described above, by providing a flange on the parting edge, forming a drainage hole in a part of the bottom surface of the flange, and inclining the bottom surface of the flange toward the drainage hole, from the slab to the top surface of the ceiling The dripping water can be collected at the edge of the edge, and the collected water can be drained from the drainage hole to prevent the ceiling from being contaminated by water leakage or leaking from the ceiling panel connection. Can be prevented.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 3, the plurality of ceiling panels 21 are arranged so as to be orthogonal to the field edge 12, and the insertion piece 21f is inserted into the adjacent connection groove 21e and screwed into the field edge 12 from the lower surface of the outward mounting piece 21d. The outward mounting piece 21 d is fixed to the field edge 12 by tightening the tapping screw 22.

Further, the plurality of ceiling panels 21 are attached in an inclined shape having a gentle downward slope from one end to the other end in the length direction.

Of the plurality of ceiling panels 21 forming the ceiling 20, the ceiling panels 21 on both sides employ the ceiling panels 21 from which one of the flanges 21b is removed.

A parting edge 30 in the form of a square frame is provided at a portion in contact with the wall surface W of the ceiling 20. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the parting edge 30 is divided into an upper parting edge 31 and a lower parting edge 32, and the upper parting edge 31 is inserted into the field edge 12 from below by the tapping screw 33. 12 is fixed. On the other hand, the lower parting edge 32 is connected to the upper parting edge 31 via a clip 34.

Here, as shown in FIG. 7, when the upper parting edge 31 and the lower parting edge 32 are composed of a plurality of upper parting edges 31 and lower parting edges 32, the end faces of the upper parting edge 31 and the end faces of the lower parting edge 32 Are connected to each other via the joint tool 35.

As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, a plurality of presser pieces 36 that hold the outer peripheral edge of the ceiling 20 are formed on the inner surface of the lower surface of the upper parting edge 31 at intervals in the length direction of the upper parting edge 31. Yes.

On the other hand, the lower parting edge 32 is provided with a flange 37 facing the lower surface of the outer peripheral edge of the ceiling 20 and a flange 38 on the outer side of the flange 37, Is provided with a support piece 39 for supporting the outer periphery of the lower surface of the ceiling 20. A seal member 40 is provided between the upper surface of the flange portion 37 and the outer peripheral portion of the lower surface of the ceiling 20.

The flange portion 38 is positioned higher than the flange portion 37, and the bottom surface thereof is the same as or slightly lower than the upper surface of the panel body 21 a in the ceiling panel 21.

As shown in FIG. 3, a drain hole 41 is provided in a part of the bottom surface of the flange portion 38 in the lower parting edge 32 having a rectangular frame shape, and the bottom surface of the flange portion 38 is inclined downward toward the drain hole 41. doing. Reference numeral 42 denotes a drain pipe connected to the drain hole 39.

When the water leakage occurs in the slab 1 and drops, the water leakage is received on the upper surface of the ceiling 20.

At this time, since the plurality of ceiling panels 21 arranged in parallel forming the ceiling 20 are inclined with a downward slope from one end to the other in the length direction, when the amount of leaked water increases, the water leakage Flows along the inclination of the ceiling panel 21, flows into the flange 38 of the lower parting edge 32, and is collected in the flange 38. Further, since the bottom surface of the flange portion 38 is inclined toward the drain hole 41, the water leaked into the flange portion 38 flows along the inclination of the bottom surface of the flange portion 38 and reaches the drain hole 41. It flows down from 41 to the drain pipe 42 and is appropriately drained.

As described above, the water leaking from the slab 1 to the upper surface of the ceiling 20 is collected in the flange 38 of the lower parting edge 32, and flows down from the flange 38 to the drain hole 41 and drains from the drain pipe 42. Even when the amount of water is large, the leakage can be smoothly drained, and the inconvenience of leaking from the connection portion of the ceiling panel 21 forming the ceiling 20 to the lower surface side of the ceiling 20 and dropping into the underground space is caused. It can be completely prevented.

Further, since the ceiling panel 21 is formed of a bent metal thin plate product, it is possible to completely prevent the occurrence of inconvenience that water leaked onto the upper surface of the ceiling 20 penetrates into the ceiling panel 21 and the lower surface is soiled. it can.

As shown in the embodiment, the parting edge 30 is divided into an upper parting edge 31 and a lower parting edge 32, and the upper parting edge 31 is provided with a pressing piece 36 that presses the outer periphery of the upper surface of the ceiling 20. It is possible to prevent the outer peripheral portion from being lifted and to obtain a stable mounting state on the ceiling 20.

In addition, since the lower parting edge 32 can be attached via the clip 34 after the upper parting edge 31 is attached, the parting edge 30 can be easily attached.

FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of a ceiling structure according to the present invention. In this embodiment, a rectangular opening 50 for mounting a fixture such as a lighting fixture is formed in the ceiling 20 formed by a plurality of ceiling panels 21, and a rectangular frame shape is formed on the inner periphery of the opening 50 in contact with the outer periphery of the fixture 51. An instrument parting edge 60 is provided.

The instrument parting edge 60 is divided into an upper parting edge 61 and a lower parting edge 62, and the upper parting edge 61 is screwed to the field edge 12. A plurality of presser pieces 63 are formed on the outer periphery of the lower surface of the upper parting edge 61 at intervals so as to press the end of the ceiling panel 21 facing the opening 50.

The lower parting edge 62 is connected to the upper parting edge 61 by a clip 64. The lower parting edge 62 is formed with a flange 66 having a support piece 65 for supporting an end of the ceiling panel 21 facing the opening 50, and a flange 67 on the opening 50 side of the flange 66. A seal member 68 is provided between the facing surfaces of the flange 66 and the ceiling panel 21.

The flange portion 67 is positioned higher than the flange portion 66, and the bottom surface of the flange portion 66 is at the same height as the top surface of the panel body 21 a in the ceiling panel 21 or a slightly lower position.

In the lower parting edge 62 having a rectangular frame shape, one of a flange part 67 of the lower parting edge 62 extending in a direction orthogonal to the ceiling panel 21 and one of the collar part 67 of the lower parting edge 62 parallel to the ceiling panel 21 is at both ends. Opened, both ends of the other flange 67 communicate with the flange 67 of one lower parting edge 62.

As described above, by providing the instrument parting edge 60 on the inner periphery of the instrument mounting opening 50 in contact with the instrument 51, the leakage of water flowing toward the instrument 51 along the upper surface of the ceiling panel 21 is caused in the instrument parting edge 60. Water can be collected at the flange portion 67 of the lower parting edge 62 and drained from the opening of the flange portion 67 to the upper surface of the ceiling panel 21.

For this reason, it is possible to prevent leakage of water from the connection surface between the parting edge 60 for the instrument and the instrument 51 to the lower surface side of the ceiling 20.
