The top surface of the cover plate 4 is either flush with the upper surface of the flexible material floor 2 or slightly lower than the upper surface of the flexible material floor 2. The top surface of the cover plate 4 is provided with a plurality of filtering holes 4-1, sewage flows into the body 1 through the filtering holes 4-1, so that impurities with large volume in the sewage are filtered by the filtering holes 4-1, and the floor drain is ensured not to be blocked.
The bottom of the body 1 is provided with a water seal structure, and sewage flowing into the body 1 flows into the water seal structure through a drainage through hole 1-1 arranged at the bottom of the body 1. The water seal structure is positioned in the mouthpiece 5, the mouthpiece 5 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the body 1, and a gap between the inner wall of the mouthpiece 5 and the outer wall of the water seal structure is a water outlet 6. The bottom of the mouthpiece 5 is inserted into the pipe of the sewage pipe network, so as to form a socket connection with the pipe of the sewage pipe network, and the socket connection can refer to the structural form of the existing socket pipe, which is not described herein again. After overflowing to the water outlet 6, the sewage flowing into the water seal structure is discharged to a sewage pipe network through the water outlet 6. The water seal structure comprises an outer water seal structure 7 and an inner water seal structure 8 arranged in the outer water seal structure 7. The top edge of the inner water seal structure 8 extends outwards to form a first flanging 8-1, a first supporting block 7-1 is arranged on the inner wall of the outer water seal structure 7, and the first flanging 8-1 is erected on the first supporting block 7-1, so that the inner water seal structure 8 is hung in the outer water seal structure 7. The top of the outer water seal structure 7 is open, the bottom is closed, and the side wall is provided with an overflow port 7-2. The top and the bottom of the inner water seal structure 8 are both open, and the side surface is closed. A water seal gap is formed between the side wall of the outer water seal structure 7 and the side wall of the inner water seal structure 8, and sewage flowing into the water seal structure overflows from the overflow port 7-2 to the water outlet 5 through the water seal gap.
In this embodiment, the water seal structure is fixed in the mouthpiece 5 by a thread structure 12. The thread structure 12 comprises an annular thread block 12-1 arranged on the bottom surface of the body 1, and a first thread is arranged on the inner wall of the annular thread block 12-1. The body 1 is connected and fixed with a concrete ground structure layer for paving the flexible material floor through the anchoring piece 9 arranged on the bottom surface, and the invention can be more firmly fixed with the ground through the structural design of the anchoring piece 9.
Example 2
