Abstract
【解決手段】 局所的配給システムがラパマイシンまたはその他の適当な薬物、物質または化合物により被覆されていて、経皮的で経内腔的な冠動脈血管形成術の後の新脈管内膜過形成の治療および予防のために内腔の中を通して配給される。この薬物または物質の局所的配給はこれらの作用効果を高めると共に全身系的な毒性を低下する。

(1)人間の脈管壁部におけるステント内の内膜過形成を治療するための薬物配給装置において、
一定の内腔内医療装置を備えており、この内腔内医療装置が一定の開窓型の構造を有する一定のステントを含み、このステントが開口部を伴う一定の実質的に管状の装置を定めている複数の帯域部分および連結部分を有しており、さらに
抗増殖性および抗炎症性を有しており、脈管壁部内の単核細胞の化学走性タンパク質の量の減少を含む人間の脈管の病巣における病態生理学的作用を目的とする多様な作用を有していて、ステント内の内膜過形成の治療のために前記内腔内医療装置に放出可能に取り付けられている一定の治療的投薬量の薬剤を備えており、この薬剤が一定の多層の非侵食性の高分子被膜の中に組み込まれていて前記帯域部分および連結部分に固定されており、この非侵食性の高分子被膜が前記薬剤を含む第1の層および一定の拡散バリアとして作用する第2の層を含み約1ミクロン乃至約20ミクロンの範囲内の一定の厚さを有しており、前記第1の層が約8ミクロン乃至約12ミクロンの範囲内の一定の厚さを有しており、前記第2の層が約1ミクロン乃至約2ミクロンの範囲内の一定の厚さを有している薬物配給装置。
(2)前記薬剤がラパマイシンを含む実施態様1に記載の薬物配給装置。
(3)前記薬剤が一定の高親和性でサイトゾルのタンパク質であるFKBP12に結合してラパマイシンと同じ薬理学的特性を有する類似体および同類体を含む実施態様1に記載の薬物配給装置。
(4)前記薬剤が一定の細胞周期のG1期において選択的に作用する細胞周期阻害因子を含む実施態様1に記載の薬物配給装置。

Claims (4)
- 人間の脈管壁部におけるステント内の内膜過形成を治療するための薬物配給装置において、
一定の内腔内医療装置を備えており、この内腔内医療装置が一定の開窓型の構造を有する一定のステントを含み、このステントが開口部を伴う一定の実質的に管状の装置を定めている複数の帯域部分および連結部分を有しており、さらに
抗増殖性および抗炎症性を有しており、脈管壁部内の単核細胞の化学走性タンパク質の量の減少を含む人間の脈管の病巣における病態生理学的作用を目的とする多様な作用を有していて、ステント内の内膜過形成の治療のために前記内腔内医療装置に放出可能に取り付けられている一定の治療的投薬量の薬剤を備えており、この薬剤が一定の多層の非侵食性の高分子被膜の中に組み込まれていて前記帯域部分および連結部分に固定されており、この非侵食性の高分子被膜が前記薬剤を含む第1の層および一定の拡散バリアとして作用する第2の層を含み約1ミクロン乃至約20ミクロンの範囲内の一定の厚さを有しており、前記第1の層が約8ミクロン乃至約12ミクロンの範囲内の一定の厚さを有しており、前記第2の層が約1ミクロン乃至約2ミクロンの範囲内の一定の厚さを有している薬物配給装置。 - 前記薬剤がラパマイシンを含む請求項1に記載の薬物配給装置。
- 前記薬剤が一定の高親和性でサイトゾルのタンパク質であるFKBP12に結合してラパマイシンと同じ薬理学的特性を有する類似体および同類体を含む請求項1に記載の薬物配給装置。
- 前記薬剤が一定の細胞周期のG1期において選択的に作用する細胞周期阻害因子を含む請求項1に記載の薬物配給装置。
