Description

The present invention relates to, for example, an attachment that is detachably connected to a distal end portion of an extension pipe, and a vacuum cleaner that includes the attachment.

Conventionally, the attachment shown in FIG. 13 is known (see Patent Document 1).

Such an attachment is provided with a brush body 2 rotatably provided at a distal end portion of an air duct tube 1 detachably connected to a distal end portion of an extension tube (not shown). The brush body 2 is rotatable around an axis 3 and is urged counterclockwise by a spring 4. Even if the angle formed by the air duct tube 1 and the floor surface Y changes when the air duct tube 1 is moved back and forth (left and right in FIG. 13) by this energization, all the hairs of the brush body 2 are changed. The tip 5a of the brush 5 is always in contact with the floor surface Y.
JP 2000-279352 A

However, in such an attachment, when the bristle brush 5 is strongly pressed against the floor surface Y and the floor surface Y is rubbed back and forth, the air duct 1 is pulled to the hand side (rightward in FIG. 13). At this time, a strong force is applied in the left direction to the tip portion 5 a ′ of the bristle brush 5 ′ at the right end, and the brush body 2 rotates clockwise against the urging force of the spring 4. For this reason, the tip 5a of the bristle brush 5 at the left end is lifted from the floor surface Y, and there is a problem that the floor surface cannot be rubbed strongly with the entire bristle brush applied to the floor surface.

An object of the present invention is to provide an attachment that can apply the entire bristle brush to the floor surface and rub the floor surface strongly.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is an air channel tube having a rear portion detachably connected to a tip portion of a dust collecting hose or a tip portion of an extension tube communicated with a dust collecting chamber of a cleaner body. An attachment having a brush disposed so as to surround the outer periphery of the front end portion of the air duct and a brush body provided to be tiltable with respect to the air duct,
When the brush body is tilted by a predetermined angle with respect to the air duct, when the air duct is pulled toward the hand side, the brush body is locked, and the air duct is moved forward from the locked state. And locking means for releasing the lock.

According to this invention, even if the bristle brush of the brush body is strongly applied to the floor surface and the attachment is moved back and forth, the front end portion of the bristle brush on the front and back sides of the brush body does not float from the floor surface, and the entire bristle brush Can be rubbed against the floor.

Hereinafter, an attachment according to the present invention and an example of a vacuum cleaner provided with the attachment will be described with reference to the drawings.

A dust collection hose 12 communicates with a dust collection chamber 15 provided in the cleaner body 11.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, if the suction port body 40 is removed from the attachment 20 connected to the distal end portion of the extension pipe 14, the attachment 20 is moved in the left-right direction (front-rear direction), thereby causing dust on the surface to be cleaned. It can be used as an auxiliary suction port for sucking water. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, if a suction port body 40 is connected to the attachment 20, dust can be sucked from a suction opening (not shown) of the suction port body 40.

The suction port body 40 has a rotating tube portion 41 that rotates in the front-rear direction at the rear portion, and the rotating tube portion 41 communicates with a suction chamber (not shown) of the suction port body 40. A rotating tube (not shown), a locking claw K protruding upward (in FIG. 3), and a pair of power supply terminal pins P1 and P2 protruding upward are provided.

The locking claw K locks the connection between the rotating tube and the air channel tube 21 of the attachment 20. When the extension tube 10 is tilted forward in a state where the extending tube 10 is raised approximately 90 degrees, the rotating tube 10 The button 42 provided on the portion 41 is pressed against the rear end of the protruding portion 43 of the suction port body 40, and the lock by the locking claw K is released. Then, the suction port body 40 is detached from the attachment 20 by pulling the extension pipe 14 upward.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the attachment 20 includes an air passage tube 21 connected to the distal end portion of the extension tube 14, and a brush body 30 rotatably attached to the distal end portion of the air passage tube 21. It has.

As shown in FIG. 6, bearing recesses 22A and 22B and arcuate shapes centering on the bearing recesses 22A and 22B are provided on the outer surfaces of both side walls 21A and 21B at the tip of the air duct 21. The guide grooves 23A and 23B are formed, and concave portions 24a and 24b that are recessed outward are formed at the lower ends (left ends in FIG. 6) of the guide grooves 23A and 23B. The bearing recesses 22A and 22B have an oval shape extending in the direction in which the recesses 24a and 24b are recessed.

A casing portion 25 is formed on the side of the air duct 21 (upper portion in FIG. 6). A pair of female connectors for power feeding (not shown) and a locking claw K are provided in the casing portion 25. A locking portion (not shown) for locking to (see FIG. 3) is provided. The bottom wall portion 26 of the casing portion 25 is provided with a hole H1 into which the locking claw K is inserted and holes H2 and H3 into which the terminal pins P1 and P2 are inserted.

Then, the locking claw K of the suction port body 40 is inserted into the hole H1 of the attachment 20, and the terminal pins P1, P2 of the suction port body 40 are inserted into the holes H2, H3 of the attachment 20, as shown in FIG. When the suction port body 40 is connected to the attachment 20, the locking claw K engages with the locking portion of the attachment 20 to lock the connection, and the terminal pins P 1 and P 2 are connected to the female connector of the attachment 20. It has become.

As shown in FIG. 7, the brush body 30 includes a U-shaped frame 31, a U-shaped side wall 32 integrally formed inside the frame 31, and hairs planted on the lower surface 31 </ b> A of the frame 31. A brush (brush) 33 and the like are included. The opposite side walls 32A and 32B of the side wall 32 are inserted into shafts 34A and 34B that are rotatably inserted into the bearing recesses 22A and 22B of the air duct 21 and the guide grooves 23A and 23B of the air duct 21. Guide shafts 35A and 35B are provided. The guide shafts 35A and 35B are movable along the guide grooves 23A and 23B.

As shown in FIG. 5, the shafts 34 </ b> A and 34 </ b> B of the brush body 30 are inserted into the bearing recesses 22 </ b> A and 22 </ b> B of the air passage tube 21, and the brush body 30 is pivotally supported by the air passage tube 21. Yes. The guide shafts 35A and 35B of the brush body 30 are inserted into the guide grooves 23A and 23B of the air duct 21, and the guide shafts 35A and 35B are guided by rotating the brush body 30 about the shafts 34A and 34B. It moves along the grooves 23A and 23B.

When the shafts 34A and 34B of the brush body 30 move along the bearing recesses 22A and 22B, and the guide shafts 35A and 35B engage with the recesses 24a and 24b of the guide grooves 23A and 23B, the brush body 30 is moved to the shafts 34A and 34B. The rotation around 34B becomes impossible. That is, the brush body 30 is locked. The recesses 24 a and 24 b of the guide grooves 23 </ b> A and 23 </ b> B and the shafts 34 </ b> A and 34 </ b> B of the brush body 30 constitute locking means for locking the brush body 30 to the air duct 21.
[Operation]
Next, the operation of the attachment 20 and the vacuum cleaner 10 configured as described above will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, the dust collecting hose 12 is connected to the connection port 10 </ b> A of the cleaner body 11, the extension tube 14 is connected to the hand operation tube 13, and the attachment 20 is connected to the tip of the extension tube 14. Further, the suction port body 40 is connected to the attachment 20.

When the switch 13a of the operation unit 13A of the hand operation tube 13 is operated, the electric blower 17 is driven. By driving the electric blower 17, the dust collection chamber 15 becomes negative pressure, and this negative pressure acts on the dust collection hose 12, the extension pipe 14, the attachment 20 and the suction port body 40, and dust is sucked together with air from the suction port body 40. It will be done.

The sucked dust and air are sucked into the dust collecting filter 16 of the cleaner body 11 through the attachment 20, the extension pipe 14 and the dust collecting hose 12. Then, dust is collected by the dust collection filter 16.

When cleaning the floor surface with a brush, the drive of the electric blower 17 is stopped, and then the extension pipe 14 is erected as shown in FIG. It pushes from the protrusion part 43 of 40, and the locking of the latching claw K is cancelled | released. Then, the suction port body 40 is removed from the attachment 20 by pulling the extension pipe 14 upward.

Thereafter, the electric blower 17 is driven and the attachment 20 is moved back and forth as shown in FIG. 2 to rub the floor surface with the brush body 30 of the attachment 20.

As shown in FIG. 8, the extension tube 14 is inclined with respect to the floor surface (surface to be cleaned) Y by a predetermined angle (for example, about 40 degrees). Due to this inclination, as shown in FIG. 9, the guide shafts 35 </ b> A and 35 </ b> B of the brush body 30 come into contact with the lower portions of the guide grooves 23 </ b> A and 23 </ b> B of the air duct 21.

Then, when the attachment 20 is moved in the right direction indicated by the arrow R1 with the extension pipe 14 tilted as shown in FIG. 8, the bearing recesses 22A and 22B of the air passage pipe 21 have an oval shape. As shown in FIG. 10, the brush body 30 moves relatively to the left with respect to the air duct 21, and as shown in FIG. 11, the guide shafts 35A, 35B of the brush body 30 are recessed portions 24a of the guide grooves 23A, 23B. , 24b. Due to this engagement, the brush body 30 cannot rotate about the shafts 34A and 34B. That is, the brush body 30 is locked.

For this reason, when the bristle brush 33 is pressed strongly against the floor surface Y and the attachment 20 is moved in the right direction (R1 direction), a strong force in the direction of arrow F1 is applied to the bristle brush 33A at the right end of the brush body 30. However, the brush body 30 does not rotate clockwise (in FIG. 10) about the shafts 34A and 34B. Therefore, the tip 33Ba of the bristle brush 33B at the left end (front side) of the brush body 30 does not float from the floor surface Y, and the entire bristle brush 33 can be rubbed in contact with the floor surface Y. .

Further, when the bristle brush 33 is strongly pressed against the floor surface Y with the extension pipe 14 tilted as shown in FIG. 10 and the attachment 20 is moved forward (leftward in FIG. 10), the bearing of the air passage pipe 21 is obtained. Since the recesses 22A and 22B have an oval shape, the brush body 30 moves relatively to the right with respect to the air duct 21 as shown in FIG. 8, and the lock of the brush body 30 is released. Even if a strong force in the direction of the arrow F2 is applied to the bristle brush 33B at the left end of the brush body 30 by the forward movement of the attachment 20, the guide shafts 35A and 35B abut against the lower portions of the guide grooves 23A and 23B. Therefore, the brush body 30 does not rotate counterclockwise (in FIG. 8) about the shafts 34A and 34B.

For this reason, the front end portion 33Aa of the bristle brush 33A on the right end (rear side) of the brush body 30 does not lift from the floor surface Y, and the entire bristle brush 33 is rubbed against the floor surface Y. it can.

Thus, even if the bristle brush 33 of the brush body 30 is strongly applied to the floor surface Y and the attachment 20 is moved back and forth, the front end portions 33Aa and 33Ba of the bristle brushes 33A and 33B on the front and rear sides of the brush body 30 are still on the floor surface. The entire bristle brush 33 can be pressed against the floor surface Y and rubbed without being lifted from Y.

The attachment 120 shown in FIG. 12 has a seal member 127 made of rubber, for example, for preventing dust from entering the holes H2 and H3 into which the power supply terminal pins P1 and P2 are inserted.

The seal member 127 is provided with slits S1 and S2 at positions facing the holes H2 and H3 of the bottom wall portion 126, and the terminal pins P1 and P2 of the suction port body 40 are connected to the holes through the slits S1 and S2. It can be inserted into the holes H2 and H3. Since the other structure is the same as that of the attachment 20, the description thereof is omitted. If a predetermined gap is provided between the sealing member 127 and the holes H2 and H3 of the bottom wall portion 126, the sealing member 127 is inserted into the holes H2 and H3 and the terminal pins P1 and P2 when the terminal pins P1 and P2 are inserted. It is possible to prevent pinching with P2.
