Description

The present invention relates to a joining structure of interior panels for forming an inner wall of a building, and more particularly to a joining structure of two gypsum boards using, for example, a gypsum board as an interior panel.

Recently, it is well known that gypsum boards, etc. that are excellent in processability and heat insulation are used as interior materials for buildings, but as an invention of the joining structure of interior panels using this gypsum board Are described in, for example, Patent Document 1 below.

Briefly, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, this interior panel joining structure has a plurality of interior materials that project to the inside of indoor pillars and walls and are called so-called corners. The plaster boards 1 and 2 are opposed to each other at their opposite end portions 1a and 2a from a substantially orthogonal direction, and a reinforcing member 3 made of a synthetic resin and bent into a substantially L-shaped cross section on the outer surface of the abutting portion. Is fixed to the fitted state from the outside to reinforce the triangular corner.

That is, the gypsum boards 1 and 2 have thick cardboards 4 and 5 integrally bonded to the inner and outer surfaces of the main body, respectively, in a mold so as to have a predetermined width. The height and the like are usually adjusted by cutting off the end portions 1a and 2a using a cutter or the like at the construction site.

On the other hand, the reinforcing member 3 is formed in a continuous and substantially L-shape integrally by extrusion molding, and the length thereof is the vertical length of the gypsum boards 1 and 2 at a construction site or the like. Depending on the situation, it is cut appropriately.

In addition, the reinforcing member 3 has double-sided adhesive tapes 6 and 7 on the inner surfaces of both pieces 3b and 3c extending from the central right-angled bent portion 3a to the left and right at the time of the extrusion. At the same time, it is bonded and fixed.

And in order to join the said gypsum boards 1 and 2, first, as shown in FIG. 5, the opposing edge parts 1a and 2a are faced | matched from the substantially orthogonal direction, and the thickness of one edge part 1a is the other edge part 2a. It is abutted in a stepped manner on the end surface 2b of the other end 2a at a position slightly shorter than the distance L. This is because when the length is adjusted with a cutter at the construction site, the end face 1b of one end 1a cannot be cut cleanly, and many relatively large uneven portions 8 ... remain on the end face 1b. This is because the uneven portion 8 is absorbed within the distance L.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, the protective paper on the surfaces of the double-sided tapes 6 and 7 is peeled off in advance, and the reinforcing member 3 is pressed from the outside into a fitted state along the butted triangular shape of both end portions 1a and 2a. The double-sided tapes 6 and 7 of the two pieces 3b and 3c are bonded and fixed to the outer surfaces of the ends 1a and 2a to reinforce the triangular corners of the two gypsum board ends 1a and 2a.

Next, putty is applied to the outer surface of the reinforcing member 3 or the step portions between the outer edges of both the pieces 3b, 3c and the both ends 1a, 2a, and the steps are eliminated.
JP-A-8-326183

However, in the conventional interior panel joining structure, as described above, when the facing ends 1a and 2a of the two gypsum boards 1 and 2 are brought into contact with each other, from the outer edge of the other end 2a. Although one end 1a is in a stepped state slightly retracted to absorb the convex portions 8, not all the convex portions 8 are necessarily absorbed, and some of the convex portions 8 Without being absorbed, there may be a slight protrusion from the outer surface of the other end 2a. Further, the cardboards 4, 5 protruding from the opposing end portions 1 a, 2 a in a burr shape may be sandwiched between the reinforcing members 3 to be convex.

For this reason, when the reinforcing member 3 is bonded to the outer surfaces of both end portions 1a and 2a via the adhesive tapes 6 and 7, as shown in FIG. There is a possibility that the bent portion 3a is bent and deformed, and the linearity in the vertical direction of the bent portion 3a is obstructed, so that the bent portion 3a is locally bent into a wave shape.

As a result, for example, when a vinyl cloth or the like is subsequently wound around these outer surfaces, the corrugated portion or the like appears and the quality of appearance is greatly deteriorated.

The present invention has been devised in view of the technical problem of the conventional joining structure of interior panels, and when the reinforcing member is fixed to the abutting end portions of both gypsum boards, the end surface of the opposing end portion is previously provided. It aims at providing the junction structure which can check the formed convex part by visual recognition.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the opposing end portions of the pair of panels are butted from substantially orthogonal directions, and the reinforcing member is formed by bending the outer surface of the corner portion of the butted end portion into a substantially L-shaped cross section. In the interior panel joining structure that reinforces the joint between both panels by fixing
A plurality of window holes for visually recognizing the facing end surface of the butted end portion from the outside are formed in at least one piece centered on the bent portion of the reinforcing member.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that each of the plurality of window holes is formed in both pieces on both sides centering on the bent portion of the reinforcing member.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, each window hole of the reinforcing member is formed at a position close to the bent part, and the bonding is performed between the hole edge of each window part and the outer edge of the one part. It is characterized in that a flat surface portion is formed.

The invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that the size of each of the window holes is set to a size in which a work tool can be inserted.

According to invention of Claim 1, when fixing a reinforcement member to the corner part of the butt | matching edge part of both panels, for example, one end surface of the butt | matching edge part is looked into from each window hole of one piece part, and both end surfaces For example, a convex portion that cannot be absorbed by the level difference is checked, and, for example, a mark is provided there. After finishing all markings, the reinforcing member is once removed from the abutting end, and the protruding parts with the markings are cut off with a cutter or the like. Thereafter, the reinforcing member is attached and fixed again to the corner portion of the butted end portion with an adhesive or the like.

Thereby, the occurrence of bending deformation of each piece of the reinforcing member fixed to the abutting end is reliably prevented, and the linearity of the bent portion can be maintained. As a result, the appearance quality of the interior material can be improved.

In addition, when the putty is applied between the outer edge of both pieces and the outer surface of each end after fixing the reinforcing member, the putty is also applied to the inside of each window hole and the edge of the hole. Can be obtained.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the window holes are formed in both the pieces, the visibility of the convex portion can be further improved and the coating property of the putty can be further strengthened.

Moreover, since the window holes are provided in both pieces, when the reinforcing member is attached to the corner portion of the butt end, the surface to be visually checked can be always checked even if the reinforcing member is attached upside down. The fixing work of the reinforcing member becomes easy.

According to the invention described in claim 3, in particular, since the bonding flat portion is formed between the hole edge of each window portion and the outer edge of the piece portion, for example, a sufficient bonding area by a double-sided adhesive tape is ensured. Can do.

As a result, it is possible to prevent the adhesive strength from being lowered and improve the reinforcing strength.

According to invention of Claim 4, since the magnitude | size of each said window hole was set to the magnitude | size which a work tool can insert, in the state which fixed the reinforcement member to the corner part of a butt | matching edge part from the beginning, By inserting a tool such as a cutter from the hole, it is possible to cut away the convex portion of the end face as it is.

For this reason, the fixing work of the reinforcing member is facilitated, and the working efficiency can be improved.

Moreover, since each window hole is a relatively large hole into which a work tool can be inserted, it is easy to put putty into the stepped space from each window hole, and the space portion is made smaller. Is possible.

Moreover, since the adhesion area of putty with the hole edge of each window hole becomes large, the adhesiveness of this putty becomes favorable.

Hereinafter, each embodiment of the joining structure of the interior panel according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the joining structure in the first embodiment is made by abutting gypsum boards 11 and 12, which are a plurality of panels, with opposed end portions 11 a and 12 a from substantially orthogonal directions. On the outer surface of the abutted corner portion, a synthetic resin long plate-like reinforcing member 13 bent in a substantially L-shaped cross section is fixed to the fitted state from the outside to reinforce the triangular corner. .

The gypsum boards 11 and 12 are formed in a plate shape whose main body is, for example, approximately 10 mm thick and whose vertical length is set to a length of about 1.8 to 2.75 m. Fixed thick cardboards 14 and 15 are integrally provided, and the length in the vertical direction and the width are determined by a cutter at a construction site according to, for example, pasting, exiting corner, entering corner, and the like. The end portions 11a and 12a are cut off or adjusted as a joint using the like.

On the other hand, the reinforcing member 13 is integrally formed in a long and substantially L-shape by extrusion molding, and the length thereof is the vertical length of the gypsum boards 11 and 12 at a construction site or the like. Depending on the situation, it is cut appropriately.

In addition, the reinforcing member 13 has double-sided adhesive tapes 16 and 17 on the inner surfaces of both pieces 13b and 13c extending left and right from a substantially right-angled bent portion 13a at the time of extrusion molding along the longitudinal direction. At the same time, it is bonded and fixed.

Further, the reinforcing member 13 has a plurality of viewing window holes 20 penetratingly formed in one piece portion 13b facing the end surface 11b of the one side end portion 11a.

The window hole 20 is formed at a position close to the bent portion 13a, and is positioned in front of the one end surface 11b when the reinforcing member 13 is fixed to the corner portion of the butted end portions 11a and 12a. And are continuously formed in a line in the vertical direction at predetermined intervals at positions sufficiently close to each other in the vertical direction. Further, the size of the window hole 20 is set to about 10 mm in diameter, and the size of the window hole 20 is set such that the distal end portion of a cutting tool such as a cutter enters and can be cut.

Further, a bonding flat portion 21 is formed between the hole edge of each window hole 20 of one piece 13b and the outer edge 13d. That is, the bonding flat portion 21 is a space to which one end surface of the double-sided adhesive tape 17 is bonded, and thereby a large bonding area can be secured. However, the width of the flat portion 21 is set to a size that allows at least a relatively wide adhesive tape 17 to be bonded without increasing the material cost of the reinforcing member 13 more than necessary.

Further, the other piece 13b is formed in a flat shape as a whole, and a space for sufficiently adhering the double-sided adhesive tape 16 is secured.

Therefore, according to this embodiment, in order to join the two gypsum boards 11 and 12, first, as shown in FIG. 1, the opposed end portions 11a and 12a are butted from the substantially orthogonal direction, and the one end portion 11a is joined. At the position of the distance L slightly shorter than the thickness of the other end portion 12a, the end surface 12b is butted against the end surface 12b of the other end portion 12a.

As described above, when the length is adjusted by the cutter at the construction site, the end surface 11b of one end portion 11a cannot be cut cleanly, and many relatively large uneven portions are formed on the end surface 11b. This is because the concavo-convex portions 18 are absorbed within the distance L.

Thereafter, as an example of the fixing structure, as shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing member 13 is temporarily temporarily fixed to the corner portions of the butted end portions 11 a and 12 a, and in this state, one end surface 11 b is attached from each window hole 20. The protrusion 18 that cannot be absorbed by the step is checked and marked there.

After all the marks have been attached, the reinforcing member 13 is once removed from the butted ends 11a, 12a, and the protrusions 18 with the marks are cut off with a cutter or the like. Thereafter, the protective paper on the surfaces of the double-sided adhesive tapes 16 and 17 of the reinforcing member 13 is peeled off, and the pieces 13b and 13c of the reinforcing member 13 are pressure-bonded to the outer surfaces of the corner portions of the butted ends 11a and 12a. It is attached and fixed via the adhesive tapes 16 and 17.

This reliably prevents the bending deformation of the pieces 13b and 13c of the reinforcing member 13 fixed to the butt end portions 11a and 12a, thereby maintaining the linearity of the bent portion 13a. .

Subsequently, putty is applied to the outer surface of the reinforcing member 13 and the step portions of the pieces 13b and 13c and the end portions 11a and 12a, and the entire outer surface is flattened while filling the step space in the corner portion. After smoothing, an interior member such as a vinyl cloth is wound around the outer periphery.

Thus, since the linearity of the bending part 13a is maintained, the external appearance quality of the interior member can be improved.

In addition, as described above, each window hole 20 is a relatively large hole into which a work tool can be inserted, and therefore, from each window hole 20 to the inside of the stepped space, that is, the both ends 11a and 12a. It becomes easy to put putty into the stepped space portion due to displacement, the space volume can be reduced by the putty filled in the space portion, and the hole edge of each window hole 20 can be filled in a plane. Therefore, as described above, the finish when the final vinyl cloth is pasted is very good.

Moreover, since the adhesion area of putty with the hole edge of each window hole 20 becomes large, the strong adhesiveness of this putty can be obtained.

As another example of the fixing structure, as described above, without temporarily fixing the reinforcing member 13, the protective paper on the surfaces of the double-sided tapes 16 and 17 is peeled off from the beginning in advance, and the reinforcing member 3 is attached to both ends. It adheres and fixes to each outer surface of each edge part 11a and 12a via each adhesive tape 16 and 17 along the butting triangle corner shape of 11a and 12a.

In this fixed state, a cutter is inserted from each window hole 20, and each convex portion 18 of the end face 11b is cut out as it is. At this time, of course, the cardboards 14 and 15 and the like that protrude into the burr shape are also removed.

Thereafter, putty is applied to the outer surface of the reinforcing member 13 or the step portions between the outer edges of both the pieces 13b and 13c and the both ends 1a and 2a, and the steps are eliminated.

Thus, since each convex part 18 can be excised through each window hole 20 in the state which fixed the reinforcement member 13, the fixation operation | work of the reinforcement member 13 becomes easy and this work efficiency can be aimed at. .

Moreover, since each said window hole 20 is continuously formed in the up-down direction, it becomes possible to visually recognize any convex part 18 of the said end surface 11b easily.

Further, by forming a vertical stripe or a horizontal stripe incision on the inner surface of the reinforcing member 13 other than the flat portions 21 and 23 to which the adhesive tapes 16 and 17 of the both pieces 13b and 13c are bonded, the putty is placed in the internal space. When the inside is filled, the putty enters the cut portion, whereby the adhesion can be further improved.

3 and 4 show a second embodiment, in which the window hole 22 of the reinforcing member 13 is formed in the other piece 13c in addition to the one piece 13b.

The arrangement and size of the window holes 22 are the same as those of the first embodiment, and a large adhesion area is ensured between the hole edge of the window holes 22 and the outer edge 13e of the other piece 13c. A flat surface portion 23 is formed.

Therefore, according to this embodiment, since the window holes 20 and 22 are provided in the both pieces 13b and 13c, an easy check by visually recognizing the convex portion 18 and a cutting with a cutter can be performed more easily. A larger effect than the joining structure of the first embodiment can be obtained.

Further, since the window holes 20 and 22 are provided in the both pieces 13b and 13c, when the reinforcing member 13 is attached to the corner portion of the abutting end portions 11a and 12a, the reinforcing member 13 is attached upside down. Since the visual recognition target surface can always be checked, the fixing work of the reinforcing member 13 is facilitated.

Further, since the two flat portions 21 and 23 can sufficiently secure the bonding area by the double-sided adhesive tapes 16 and 17, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the bonding strength and improve the reinforcing strength.

Further, the large window hole 20 has the same effects as the first embodiment, such as easy insertion of putty into the internal space.

The present invention is not limited to the configuration of each of the above embodiments. For example, the size of the window holes 20 and 22 can be further increased according to the cutting tool, or the formation position can be changed. The panel is not limited to the plaster board, and various ceramic boards such as rock wool, non-combustible materials, and the like can also be applied.

Further, the size of the gypsum board is not limited, and can be arbitrarily changed depending on the construction location and size.

Furthermore, as a method for bonding the reinforcing member 13, in addition to the double-sided adhesive tape, an adhesive may be separately applied to the inner surface of the reinforcing member 13 in advance.
