Description

The present invention relates to a baby carrier used for holding an infant.

The method of holding an infant using a baby carrier includes piggyback, face-to-face with the infant, forward-facing to reverse the direction of the infant, and sideways to put the infant to sleep, and is selected according to the growth and usage situation of the infant. In addition, in order to support a plurality of holding methods with one baby carrier, it is common to change the mounting method to the user and to attach and detach various holding support members (Patent Documents 1 and 2). .

In the baby carrier described in Patent Document 1, the head support member that supports the back of the head is made detachable from the carrier body, and the head support member is selected to be attached or detached by the holding method. That is, the infant's head support is indispensable for the side, and the head support member is always attached, but the head support member is removed so as not to cover the face when facing forward. In addition, in the piggyback or face-to-face, the head support member can be firmly supported by wearing the head support member, and the head support member can be removed and held for a slightly grown infant. .

Moreover, in the baby carrier described in Patent Document 2, the backrest portion and the head support member are integrally formed.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-401 Japanese Patent No. 3403599

However, the baby carrier described in Patent Document 1 is troublesome to attach and detach the head support member. Moreover, since the baby carrier described in Patent Document 2 is formed integrally with the backrest portion and the head support member, it cannot be directed forward. Furthermore, further improvement in the stability of the holding state is desired in any baby carrier.

In view of the background art described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a baby carrier that can be converted into a form suitable for various holding methods by a simple operation.

Further, a safety belt (18) is provided at the opening / closing portion. The safety belt (18) is sewn to the two D rings (19) attached to the back pad (11) via the belt and the chest pad (13) and is locked to the D ring (19). In combination with the belt (20). The safety belt (18) can prevent unintentional opening of the connecting portions (14) and (15) and can adjust the waist size of the carrier body (10) according to the infant's physique.

Also, belt-like support members (21) and (21) are extended from the upper part of the back support part (11), that is, from the left and right side edges of the part that supports the infant's occipital region, and are provided at the middle part and the tip part in the longitudinal direction. Two pairs of fasteners (22a) and (22b) are attached. These support members (21) are locked to the shoulder belt (30) by passing the D-ring (35) of the shoulder belt (30) and stopping the fasteners (22a) (22b). As the fasteners (22a) and (22b), hooks by concave and convex fitting are used.

As described above, the carrier body (10) is formed in a bag shape that can be opened and closed on the left and right sides, and holds the torso of the infant, and supports the head from the rear and side. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in the backrest portion (11), a hard core plate (25) made of synthetic resin and a foam resin are provided between the inner cloth (24a) and the outer cloth (24b). A soft core material (26) having cushioning properties is sandwiched between the two. The hard core plate (25) is slightly curved inward so as to follow the roundness of the body, and is configured to support the infant firmly and softly from behind by overlapping the soft core material (26). . The soft core material (26) is sewn and fixed together with the inner cloth (24a) and the outer cloth (24b) at the periphery of the backrest portion (11), while the hard core plate (25) is attached to the backrest portion (11). It is detachably mounted in the formed storage chamber (27). The storage chamber (27) is provided with an outlet (28) that is opened and closed by a fastener at the upper end of the outer cloth (24b) of the backrest section (11), and the inner cloth (24a) and the outer cloth at the lower part. (24b) is sewn and formed into a bag shape having the sewn line (29) as a side portion or a bottom portion. The hard core plate (25) is inserted into the storage chamber (27) from the take-out port (28), and is disposed outside the soft core material (26).

The pair of left and right shoulder belts (30), (30) are formed by a wide band (31) having a cushioning property on the base end side sewn on the breast pad (13), while a flat band having a narrow tip end side. It is formed of a string (32). A buckle (33a) is attached to the strap (32) so that the attachment position can be freely changed by sliding, while a counterpart buckle (33b) is attached to the crotch part (12), and these buckles (33a) (33b) As a result of the connection, the front end sides of the shoulder belts (30) and (30) are secured to the carrier body (10). The buckle (33a) is detachably connected to either the right or left counterpart buckle (33b), and the shoulder belt (30) can be hung in parallel or crossed. A D-ring (35) for locking the support member (21) is attached near the base end of the shoulder belts (30), (30).

Next, a method for using the baby carrier (1) will be described.

<When using without a hard core>
In the forward facing shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the hard core plate (25) is taken out from the storage chamber (27) of the backrest portion (11). By removing the hard core plate (25), the back support section (11) becomes only soft materials such as the inner cloth (24a), outer cloth (24b), and soft core material (26), and the upper half can be bent freely. be able to. And it is prevented from being applied to the infant's face by bending, and it becomes possible to be forward-looking. In addition, since the support portion (21) is locked to the shoulder belt (30), the support portion (21) can be forward with high holding stability.

The bending position of the backrest (11) can be arbitrarily set.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4A, when folded at a low position (line A in FIG. 2) close to the connecting portion (14), the folded back rest portion (11) becomes lower than the infant's arm, and the conventional attachment / detachment is performed. It becomes the same state as removing the back support part of the formula.

Moreover, as shown to FIG. 4B, the backrest part (11) can also be bent in the high position (B line of FIG. 2) near the support member (11). In this case, the back support part (11) holds the infant at the chest height position, and the support member (21) locked to the shoulder belt (30) holds the shoulder to hold the support member (21) and the connecting part (14) (15 ), The infant's arm can be raised and held, so that the holding posture is highly stable and can be prevented from falling off the carrier body (10).

In either case, the upper half of the bent backrest (11) may be fastened to the lower half so that it does not jump up.

Moreover, it becomes easy to bend | fold by forming a bend line in the bending position of a backrest part (11). Examples of the folding line include a method of stitching the inner cloth (24a) or the outer cloth (24b), and hot pressing the soft core material (26).
<When installing a hard core>
In the holding method in which the infant's back head is supported by the back pad (11), the hard core (25) is attached.

5 is a holding method suitable for an infant before the neck slides, and it is preferable to attach a hard core (25) and firmly support the neck and the back of the head.

Even in the face-to-face and the piggyback (not shown) in FIG. 6, stable head support is achieved by mounting the hard core material (25). For infants that have grown to some extent, the hard core (25) can be removed, or the upper half of the backrest (11) can be folded. Further, the support member (21) can be used by being removed from the D ring (35). In this case, a storage pocket for storing the support member (21) and the backrest portion (11) may be provided as appropriate so that the support member (21) and the backrest portion (11) do not get in the way.

In addition, the detailed structure of each part of the baby carrier of this invention is not limited to the aspect mentioned above with illustration.

The storage chamber (27) of the hard core plate (25) uses the inner cloth (24a) and the outer cloth (24b) constituting the back rest section (11) as shown in the illustrated example, and the back rest section (11). It may be provided separately on the back of the. In either case, the hard core plate (25) can be mounted at an appropriate position. Further, the outlet (28) of the storage chamber (27) may be provided at the lower end or the left and right ends of the storage chamber (27). Further, the take-out port may be provided only with a slit, and if the flap is attached to cover the slit, the hard core plate (25) can be prevented from popping out.

The attachment position of the shoulder belts (30) and (30) may be such that the base end side is pulled out from the backrest portion (11).

The carrier body (10) may be an open type without the breast pad (13). Further, the method of locking the support member (21) to the shoulder belt (30) is also limited to the hook shown in the drawing, the hook may be replaced with a buckle, and the hook or buckle is attached to the shoulder belt, and the D ring ( It may be directly locked without using 35).
