クランクを二つにし互いに噛み合う様にスライド溝を設け、スライド溝で結合し伸縮自在に動く様に組み合わせる。踏み込み負荷が小さい時はペダル側クランクはスライドせずクランクの回転半径は小さく運動量が少なくて済む、踏み込み負荷が大きい時はクランクが負荷の大きさを感知して負荷に対して自動的に必要量スライドして伸びて長くなりクランクの回転半径を大きくして踏み込み負荷を軽減する。負荷がかかった際に踏み込みの早い時点でペダル側クランクをスライドさせ伸ばすため湾曲した形状のクランクとした。負荷を感知しなくなるとスライドして伸びたペダル側クランクはバネの力で元の位置に引き戻される。負荷に対してクランクが伸縮自在に可変する。
本発明が作動するときは発進させる際や登坂などペダルに大きな負荷がかかる時や急に発生する踏み込み負荷に対してクランクが瞬時に負荷の大きさを感知して自動的に必要量スライドしてペダル側クランクが伸びて長くなりクランクの回転半径が大きくなり踏み込む力が少なくても動かせるように負荷を軽減し運転を楽にする。以上を特徴とする自転車用負荷軽減装置ある。Two cranks are provided and slide grooves are provided so that they engage with each other. (ロ) クランクの一部にバネ(4)を取り付けスライドして伸びて長くなったペダル側クランクを元の位置に戻す。
(ハ) 負荷がかかった際に踏み込みの早い時点でペダル側クランクをスライドさせ伸ばすため湾曲した形状のクランクとした。
本発明は以上のような構成で、これを使用するときは、従来のクランクと同じように組み立て取り付ける。使用中の自転車は従来のクランクを本発明の負荷軽減装置クランクに交換することで使用できる。バネはスライド溝内部に取り付ける事もできる。 一組の自転車用負荷軽減装置は左右の二本で構成される。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
