前記電動機速度が低速域においては前記速度検出手段による速度検出値に基づいて、高速域においては前記オブザーバによる電動機速度の演算推定値に基づいて、中速域においては前記速度検出値および前記電動機速度の演算推定値に基づいて前記電動機速度合成値を出力する速度合成手段を備えたことを特徴とする速度制御装置。
