Description

The present invention relates to a cardboard box for packaging made of, for example, paper cardboard.

In general, in this type of cardboard box, one or two sides (ends) of the cardboard are bonded and bonded with an adhesive such as hot melt to form a box, or a staple or the like is used. A means of “caulking” joining with metal nails is employed. (See Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-15520 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Hei 6-45106

However, in each of the above-mentioned joining means, the means for adhering with an adhesive has only a problem that the surface strength of the corrugated cardboard is stuck together, and the joining strength is weakened. The method of “caulking” joining with metal nails is a metal nail, and therefore, when used as a corrugated cardboard box for packaging, it causes a problem of damaging the packaged product. It was.
Further, in each of the above joining means, when the cardboard box is recycled (recycled), the adhesive or metal nails used in the joining means is the material (pulp) that is the raw material of the cardboard (box). Since it is completely different, it has caused problems such as various obstacles to the recycling (regeneration) process.
Therefore, in view of the problem of the joining means in the conventional corrugated cardboard box, the present invention can obtain a strong joint at the end of the corrugated cardboard and can process it as it is during recycling (regeneration). An object of the present invention is to provide a corrugated cardboard box that can be processed and does not interfere with the processing.
