Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sun visor used for light shielding in an automobile interior, and more specifically to a sun visor having sound absorption performance and a noise reduction effect.
Conventionally, a sun visor for shading is provided in the passenger compartment of an automobile so that the passenger's eyes are not dazzled by direct sunlight or lighting of an oncoming vehicle. This type of sun visor forms a sun visor core that has a design property by covering a skin material such as fabric or leather with a plate-shaped core material, and is fixed at a position near the front window of the automobile ceiling By inserting one side edge of the sun visor core through the supported shaft, the shaft is rotatably supported. When the sun visor is not in use, it is stored by rotating it to the storage position on the ceiling, and when it is in use, it is rotated downward about the support shaft so that it is positioned between the occupant and the front window. A part of the vehicle is blocked, and excessive light is prevented from entering the eyes of passengers and hindering driving.
Such a sun visor usually has a configuration in which the occupant has a part of the sun visor and is manually rotated, and even if force is applied by the occupant during the rotation operation, the visor is bent or deformed. It is necessary to have a certain degree of rigidity so that it does not occur. For this reason, the sun visor body (sun visor core) is made of a plate-like core material having a certain rigidity, such as a wood board, a thermoplastic resin molded body, or a resin particle foam molded body.
There are various materials and forming methods for forming the sun visor core. Of these various forming methods, a metal wire or the like is bent in advance so as to have a desired outer shape of the sun visor. A reinforcing plate is fitted between the frames, fixed to the frame with tape or the like, and the integrated frame and the reinforcing plate are sandwiched by slab urethane or the like serving as a cushion layer from both sides, and the outer side is vinyl chloride. In some cases, the cover material is covered with a pair of rectangular skin materials such as materials, and the skin materials are joined and cut together by high frequency welding or the like according to the outer peripheral shape of the sun visor.
The automotive sun visor 1 has a plate-
The inventors have conducted experiments and detailed analyzes using actual vehicles, and as a result, the sun visor is mainly composed of a sound-absorbing material having high air permeability, thereby reducing the sound field environment for the vehicle occupant. It has been found that it can be significantly improved, that is, it has an effect of reducing noise such as engine noise and wind noise entering the passenger compartment, and the sun visor can contribute to improvement of quietness in the passenger compartment.
In general, the installation position of the sun visor in the passenger compartment of an automobile is very close to the head of the passenger such as the driver sitting in the front seat, so that the sound absorbing sun visor has a relatively small projected area with respect to the passenger compartment of the automobile. Nevertheless, it has become clear that the occupant's sound field environment can be improved as much as possible by equipping the sun visor with sound absorbing performance.
However, sound absorption is not considered in the conventional sun visor, and the skin material and the cushion body used for the sun visor have low air permeability, and these are temporarily high air permeability. Even so, the core material was a plate-shaped core material with low air permeability, and sound waves were reflected on the surface, so that the sound absorbing property was extremely low.
In the present invention, a sun visor using a reinforcing plate and a metal frame as a core material, that is, a reinforcing plate such as a corrugated cardboard, as a core material, which has been conventionally performed among a number of sun visor manufacturing methods. The sun visor, which is formed by surrounding the outer periphery with a frame formed by bending a metal wire and covering the outside with a skin material such as fabric or leather, maintains the rigidity as a sun visor while maintaining the air permeability. An object of the present invention is to find an optimum configuration that can be enhanced and to provide an automobile sun visor having sound absorption performance.
Means of the present invention for solving the problem is a plate-like sun visor installed in a passenger compartment of an automobile for the purpose of anti-glare of an occupant, the frame body forming an outline of a substantially sun visor, and the frame body A plate-shaped core material that has a plurality of air holes in the surface and has an opening ratio defined by a ratio of the total area of each air hole to a projected area of 2 to 30%, An automobile sun visor comprising a highly breathable cushion body enclosing the outer side of the plate-shaped core member and a highly breathable skin material encapsulating the outside of the cushion body. Further, the air permeability (JIS L1096) of the cushion body applied here is 6 cc / cm 2 / second or more, and the air permeability (JIS L1096) of the skin material is 6 cc / cm 2 / second or more.
By configuring the sun visor to have a high air permeability as described above, noise such as engine noise that has entered the passenger compartment and wind noise generated during driving, particularly noise that has reached the position of the passenger's ears, can be obtained. The sound wave that is captured inside is converted into frictional heat with the cushion body that constitutes the sun visor and attenuates. As a result, the sun visor reaches the occupant with noise. Can be reduced as much as possible.
The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view in which a part of a
The
The
The plate-
The
In addition, the
The
The
The
The
The thickness of the sun visor according to the present invention, that is, the thickness from the skin material on the surface of the sun visor core to the skin material on the back surface of the sun visor core is suitably 10 mm or more. More preferably, the thickness is 15 mm or more.
As a manufacturing method of the
In order to perform the terminal treatment by the ultrasonic welding, it is suitable to mix low-melting fibers in the
Various accessories such as vanity mirrors and ticket holders can be appropriately added to the sun visor core in the present invention. In this case, in order not to lower the hole area ratio of the plate-like core material, the hole area ratio of the portion where no accessory is added is increased so that the overall sound absorption coefficient does not decrease.
The sun visor exhibits the most sound-absorbing property in the use position where the sun visor is pivoted and suspended around the support shaft, but also in the storage position along the ceiling, the ceiling interior material is a ventilation type with sound-absorbing properties. Further, due to the synergistic effect, the sound absorption is further improved, and a preferable combination is obtained.
Conventionally, it is used only in a limited number of situations, such as when anti-glare is required during driving, so it is used less frequently and gives a redundant impression when not in use. By adding a function as a sound absorber that absorbs noise that has entered the vehicle interior and contributes to the quietness of the interior of the vehicle, the vehicle sun visor can be used even during daily driving without anti-glare. It becomes possible to make the visor function significantly.
