Description

The present invention relates to a toy or entertainment appreciation article that allows a doll, fish model or other figure to move or dance in a transparent liquid in a translucent container and enjoy the movement.

When moving a figurine in a liquid, it moves in a relatively relaxed manner, unlike on the ground or in the air. Such a toy is fun as a toy just by looking at its swinging motion.

An example of a toy that moves a figure in a liquid is described in Japanese Patent Application No. 59-124909 (Japanese Utility Model Application No. 61-39597). In this toy, a fish-shaped object is floated and accommodated in a container filled with water, and is connected to a weight attached with a permanent magnet by a thin string. The weight is provided so as to be able to go around at the bottom of the container filled with water. A coil for generating alternating magnetic field lines is provided on the outside of the container below the bottom. The alternating magnetic force generated by the coil causes the fish-shaped object to swim.

However, such a toy has a poor expressive power because it only rotates the weight, and the enjoyment as a toy has not been sufficiently obtained.

An object of this invention is to provide the toy which can implement | achieve various and pleasant movement with a simple mechanism.

In order to achieve the above object, a toy according to the present invention includes a liquid storage portion that stores a liquid therein, a figurative that has a specific gravity smaller than that of the liquid and is stored in the liquid storage portion, and is stored in the liquid storage portion. And a magnetic body configured to be movable in the vertical direction, a wire member stretched between the figure and the magnetic body, and an electromagnetic mechanism acting on the magnetic body. When the magnetic field is not formed, the magnetic body is pulled up by buoyancy due to the figurative object. When the electromagnetic mechanism is energized, the magnetic material descends, and the figure descends against its buoyancy. The figurative object and the magnetic body return to their original positions according to the buoyancy of the figurative object when the energization of the electromagnetic mechanism is released. As a result, the figure can move up and down, and returns to its original position according to the buoyancy, allowing natural movement.

In the toy described above, it is desirable to include a control device for causing a pulse current to flow through the electromagnetic mechanism. Since the movement of the object is created by the pulse current, it is possible to realize more diverse movements by reducing the power consumption, combining the pulse current, and changing the pulse width.

In the toy described above, it is preferable that a plurality of the wire members and the magnetic bodies are connected to a plurality of positions of the figurative object so that the plurality of magnetic bodies can move at different timings. By moving these magnetic bodies at the same time, or by moving only one or alternately, it is possible to realize more various movements.

In the toy described above, it is desirable that the gap between the line members is wider in the vicinity of the magnetic body than in the vicinity of the figure. Thereby, the figure can be moved not only in the vertical direction but also in the horizontal direction by moving the magnetic body connected to one of the linear members or by alternately moving both magnetic bodies.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the toy which can implement | achieve various and pleasant movement with a simple mechanism and structure can be provided.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

<1. Composition of toys>
FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a configuration example of a toy according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing how the toy is assembled. This toy includes a container body 11 that accommodates the figurative 2, magnetic bodies 31 and 32, thin wires or string members 41 and 42, and a base portion 12 that accommodates coils 51 and 52, which are electromagnetic mechanisms, and the driving device 6. It is equipped with. The container main body 11 and the upper surface of the base portion 12 constitute a liquid storage portion in the present invention.

<1-1. Liquid container>
The container body 11 has a cylindrical shape with one end closed. More specifically, the upper end in the figure is closed in a dome shape, and the lower end in the figure is open. The upper surface of the base portion 12 is fixed to the open portion in a watertight manner via an O-ring 8 (FIG. 2).

The container body 11 has a translucent part so that the movement of the internal model 2 can be seen, and preferably the whole has a translucency. The translucent part is preferably colorless and transparent or colored and transparent.

The liquid stored in the liquid storage section is preferably colorless and transparent or colored and transparent, and is preferably chemically stable and resistant to spoilage, such as preservative-containing water or ethanol.

<1−2.形象物>
<1-2. Figurative>
The figurative 2 may imitate a doll, a cute character, a fish, a dolphin or other aquatic organism, a diver, or the like as shown in FIG. 1, and the figurative 2 is accommodated in the liquid storage portion. The figurative 2 preferably has a specific gravity smaller than that of the liquid stored in the liquid storage portion, and is made of, for example, expanded polystyrene or an ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) resin formed in a hollow shape. Styrofoam may be filled into the hollow space. The figurative 2 may be completely immersed in the liquid, or may be in a state of floating on the liquid surface when it is accommodated in a liquid accommodating portion together with a substance having a lower specific gravity (such as air).

The figurine 2 can be provided with a portion simulating a tail or a fin so as to be swingable with respect to the body or the main body. Such tails and fins can be swayed steadily by moving the main body portion in the liquid without being particularly driven.

<1−3.磁性体>
<1-3. Magnetic material>
Oscillating plates 33 and 34 are provided on the upper surface of the base portion 12, that is, on the lower portion of the liquid storage portion. The swing plates 33 and 34 are both flat and can be swung up and down by being pivotally supported on the upper surface of the base portion 12 near one end thereof. Magnetic bodies 31 and 32 are fixed near the free end, which is the other end of the swing plates 33 and 34, and can move up and down as the swing plates 33 and 34 swing.

The magnetic bodies 31 and 32 are preferably flat and may be magnetized (eg, permanent magnets) or may be magnetically attracted to the magnets (eg, magnetic metals such as iron). .

The magnetic bodies 31 and 32 and the oscillating plates 33 and 34 themselves may have a specific gravity greater than the contained liquid. In this case, when the coils 51 and 52 are not energized, the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 and the swing plates 33 and 34 can be pulled up to a predetermined position by the buoyancy applied to the object 2.

On the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 and the swing plates 33 and 34, the blindfold plate 7 is fixed to the base portion 12. The purpose of the blindfold plate 7 is to visually hide the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 and the swing plates 33 and 34 from the outside, but it is desirable to provide a gap or a hole to pass the threads 41 and 42. Alternatively, the blindfold plate 7 itself may be a plate-like net.

The swing plates 33 and 34 can swing up and down, but the downward movement is restricted by the upper surface of the base portion 12, and the upward movement is restricted by the blindfold plate 7. The method for restricting the swing range of the swing plates 33 and 34 is not limited to this, and a stopper may be provided at the pivotal support portion for the base portion 12 of the swing plate.

<1-4. Thin wire member>
The figurative 2 is tied to the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 by yarns 41 and 42 which are wire members, respectively. More specifically, the other end (free end) of the swing plate 33 to which the magnetic body 31 is fixed and the other end of the swing plate 34 to which the magnetic body 32 is fixed are connected. These threads 41 and 42 are connected to different positions of the figure 2. In particular, when left and right or front and back can be defined in the figurative 2 (for example, when imitating a fish), the threads 41 and 42 are fixed at substantially target positions on the left and right of the figurine 2.

The interval between the threads 41 and 42 is wider in the vicinity of the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 than in the vicinity of the figure 2.

The yarns 41 and 42 are preferably transparent, thin, or inconspicuous in the liquid, but are not particularly limited, and any fishing line such as a fishing line teg can be used. Although a thing with small elasticity is used here, there may be elasticity.

<1−5.コイル>
<1-5. Coil>
Electromagnetic coils 51 and 52 are provided inside the base portion 12, that is, outside the liquid storage portion. The coils 51 and 52 can exert a magnetic action on the movable ranges of the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 in the liquid storage portion. Therefore, it is desirable that the coils 51 and 52 are fixed to the wall surface of the liquid storage portion from the outside. In this embodiment, it is fixed to the upper end of the base part 12 from the inside of the base part. In addition, the upper surface of the base part 12 is comprised with a nonmagnetic material so that magnetic force may not be shielded.

In the present embodiment, the coils 51 and 52 are provided outside the liquid storage portion in order to avoid the problems of liquid leakage and leakage. However, if there is no such problem, the coils 51 and 52 may be provided in the liquid storage portion. good. In addition, the present invention is not limited to the one using the coils 51 and 52, but may be a magnet coupled with a driving mechanism that moves the magnet up and down to attract or separate from the corresponding magnetic body in the liquid storage portion, and other magnetic mechanisms. May be.

The coils 51 and 52 are connected to a control circuit 6 that controls the current flowing through these coils. The control circuit 6 in this embodiment can flow a pulse current to the coils 51 and 52 at arbitrary timings. In particular, it is desirable that a pulse current can be supplied to the coils 51 and 52 at different timings under the control of the control circuit 6 and a pulse current can be supplied to the coils 51 and 52 simultaneously. It is desirable to arrange a spacer 61 between the coils 51 and 52 and the control circuit 6 so as to keep a gap between the coils 51 and 52 at a constant distance and to block electrical and magnetic influences. The spacer 61 is preferably made of an insulating material such as hard rubber.

The control circuit 6 is connected to a power source such as a dry battery 62, for example.

In the present embodiment, the number of the magnetic bodies 31 and 32, the threads 41 and 42, and the coils 51 and 52 is two, but is not limited to this, and may be three or more, for example. When three sets are provided, it is preferable that the third thread is fixed to the figure 2 at a position shifted forward or backward from the threads 41 and 42.

<2. Operation of toy>
Next, the basic operation of the toy will be described.

<2-1. When no pulse current is passed>
When no current is passed through the coils 51 and 52, the coils 51 and 52 are not excited and do not act on the magnetic bodies 31 and 32. In this case, the figure 2 is pushed upward by buoyancy, and the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 and the swing plates 33 and 34 are pulled up to the limit position by the blindfold plate 7.

<2-2. When pulse current is applied simultaneously>
When currents of the same magnitude are simultaneously supplied to the coils 51 and 52, the coils 51 and 52 are simultaneously excited to pull the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 downward at the same time and with the same strength. As a result, a tensile force is transmitted to the figurine 2 through the threads 41 and 42, and the figurine 2 is pulled downward against the buoyancy.

Here, when the pulse width (the length of time during which the current flows) is sufficiently large, the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 and the swing plates 33 and 34 reach the lower limit position defined by the upper surface of the base portion 12. Can move. Therefore, the figurine 2 reaches the lowest point of its operating range. When the energization is released, the figure 2 returns to the original position together with the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 by buoyancy.

When the pulse width is small, the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 and the swing plates 33 and 34 do not reach the lower limit position, and thus the magnetic force of the coils 51 and 52 declines. Therefore, after the figure 2 is pulled down halfway. The magnetic bodies 31 and 32 return to their original positions by buoyancy.

The size of the pulse width necessary for the magnetic bodies 31 and 32 and the swing plates 33 and 34 to reach the lower limit position depends on the resistance in the liquid of the figure 2 and the swing plates 33 and 34, It differs depending on the buoyancy of the object 2 and the like and the strength of the coils 51 and 52.

When a current having a small pulse width is continuously applied a plurality of times, the figure 2 reciprocates up and down in small increments. When the resistance in the vertical direction with respect to the fluid is different between the front and rear of the attachment positions of the threads 41 and 42 with respect to the figure 2, the smaller resistance moves up and down. Therefore, for example, if the front surface of the attachment position of the threads 41 and 42 is reduced to make the front resistance smaller than the rear, the front will move up and down more greatly than the rear, so that the figurine 2 can move the entire body vertically. Looks like they are swaying. When the pulse interval is short, the next pulse comes before the figure 2 returns to the original position due to buoyancy and moves further downward, so that it moves downward stepwise.

<2-3. When pulse current is applied at different timings>
When a pulse current is passed through only one of the coils 51 and 52, only one of the magnetic bodies is drawn downward. As a result, only one of the left and right threads of the figure 2 is pulled, and the other thread is not pulled. Here, since the distance between the threads 41 and 42 becomes wider as it goes downward, for example, pulling only the right thread results in pulling the figure 2 not only downward but also to the right. Accordingly, the figurine 2 moves in the lower right direction. In addition, since the threads 41 and 42 are attached to the left and right symmetrical positions of the figure 2, for example, pulling only the right-hand thread results in the figure 2 tilting to the right.

When a short pulse current is alternately supplied to each of the coils 51 and 52, the figure 2 moves (1) to the lower right, (2) returns to the original position, (3) moves to the lower left, (4) The operation of returning to the original position is repeated. If the pulse interval is shortened, (1) move to the lower right, (2) pull to the left while returning to the original position, (3) pull to the right while returning to the original position ... repeat. In any case, the figure 2 moves to the left and right. Therefore, it is possible to perform an operation in which the figurine 2 denies something by shaking the entire body to the left and right.

Furthermore, when a short pulse current is continuously applied to one of the coils 51 and 52 a plurality of times, for example, when only the right yarn is pulled a plurality of times, the figure 2 moves to the right and moves to the right. Moves up and down while tilting. When the pulse interval is short, the next pulse comes before the figure 2 returns to its original position due to buoyancy and moves further downward, so that it moves to the right and tilts to the right. It starts to move downward.

<2-4. When the above operations are combined>
By combining the above operations, a variety of operations can be realized. Such control of the pulse current can be performed by the control device 6.

In the above-described toy, a switch operated by a user or a viewer, a sensor for detecting ambient sounds and light, or other input device may be provided. An example is shown in FIG. The toy shown in FIG. 3 includes a pair of switches 71 and 72 that can be operated by the user. When one of the switches is pressed, the control circuit 6 starts to operate, and the figure 2 starts dancing along with a music output from a small speaker 73 mounted in the base portion 12 according to a predetermined dance pattern. Another switch may provide different dance patterns with different music.

The toy of FIG. 3 further includes a sound sensor that can sense the voice of the user. When this sensor senses a voice or a predetermined sound, the control circuit 6 starts generating a pulse current, the figure 2 starts dancing according to a predetermined operation pattern, and the music or the voice of the figure 2 is output from the speaker 73. The sound that imitates is output.
