Abstract
【解決手段】 側部が定位置での保護回路基板30の裏面と当接するようにモールド100に支持ピン310、320を設けるステップと、保護部位の前段面が端子面と密着するように保護部位を移動させるステップと、モールド100内に樹脂を注ぎ込むステップとを備えることを特徴とする樹脂モールディング型二次電池の形成方法と共に、成形樹脂からなる部分に前記保護回路基板30と平行するように前記保護回路基板30のベアセル10と対向する一面に、一定の区間に亘って接するピンホールが形成されることを特徴とする樹脂モールディング型二次電池が開示される。

Claims (10)
- ベアセルと保護回路基板とをモールドに設けるステップと、
支持ピンの側部が定位置における前記保護回路基板の裏面と当接するように、前記モールドに前記支持ピンを設けるステップと、
保護部位に圧力を加えて、前記保護部位の前段面を前記モールドに形成された通孔を介して移動させることにより、前記前段面を前記保護回路基板の外向面に形成された外部入出力端子面と密着させるステップと、
前記モールド内に樹脂を注ぎ込むステップと、を備えてなることを特徴とする樹脂モールディング型二次電池の形成方法。 - 前記保護部位の前段面が前記端子面と密着するようにするステップは、
前記端子面に対応する前記モールドに形成された通孔に柱形状のコアを挿入して、前記保護部位を形成し、前記保護部位の裏面側に圧力を加えて、前記通孔を介して前進させて、前記モールドの他の内側面より突出させることにより、前記端子面と密着するようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂モールディング型二次電池の形成方法。 - 前記支持ピンを設けるステップは、前記支持ピンを前記モールドの外側から前記モールドの所定位置に形成されたピンホールを介して内側に挿入する方式で設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂モールディング型二次電池の形成方法。
- 前記支持ピンの少なくとも1つには、縦断面から見て、前記モールドに対して内側の端部に、前記保護回路基板に向かう方へ傾斜した傾斜部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の樹脂モールディング型二次電池の形成方法。
- 前記支持ピンの少なくとも1つには、縦断面から見て、前記モールド内側の端部に段が形成されて、前記保護回路基板の後面と当接する部分が薄く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂モールディング型二次電池の形成方法。
- 前記支持ピンは、前記保護回路基板の各長辺に少なくとも2つが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂モールディング型二次電池の形成方法。
- ベアセルと保護回路基板とがこれらの間の空間を満たす成形樹脂により結合されてなされる樹脂モールディング型二次電池において、
前記成形樹脂からなる部分に、前記保護回路基板と平行して、当該保護回路基板のベアセルと対向する一面と一定の区間に亘って接するように、ピンホールが形成されることを特徴とする樹脂モールディング型二次電池。 - 前記ピンホールは、成形樹脂からなる部分の互いに平行する2つの側壁に、同じレベルで、かつ、複数で形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の樹脂モールディング型二次電池。
- 前記ピンホールの入口は、円形、あるいは、半円型からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の樹脂モールディング型二次電池。
- 前記ピンホールの少なくとも1つは、ピンホールが形成された方向の縦断面の終端部が前記保護回路基板に向けて斜めに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の樹脂モールディング型二次電池。
