Description

The present invention relates to a renovation sash in which a new sash frame is attached to an existing sash frame remaining in a building frame, and a sash renovation method in which a new sash frame is attached to an existing sash frame.

In this renovated sash, the new sash frame is inserted into the existing sash frame remaining in the building frame, and the new sash frame's new upper frame, lower frame, and vertical frame exteriors constitute the existing sash frame. The new sash frame is fixed to the existing sash frame, while being positioned in the indoor outer direction by abutting against the outdoor side surfaces of the existing upper frame, lower frame and vertical frame.

In the above-described conventional refurbished sashes, the outdoor portions of the newly installed upper frame, lower frame, and vertical frame are in contact with the outdoor portions of the existing upper frame, lower frame, and vertical frame. It is inserted and installed in the existing sash frame toward the indoor side.
For this reason, when the new sash frame is attached to the existing sash frame from the indoor side, it is necessary to move the new sash frame through the existing sash to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame.
However, if the new sash frame is almost vertically oriented and attempts to pass through the existing sash frame vertically, the outdoor part of the new vertical frame interferes with the existing vertical frame. It must pass through the existing sash as a diagonal posture and move to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame, which is very troublesome and difficult.
Moreover, as described above, when the new sash frame is moved to the outdoor side, the new sash frame protrudes to the outdoor side larger than the existing sash frame, and a case where the surface lattice is attached to the outdoor side portion of the existing sash frame or adjacent to it. When there is no large space on the outside of the existing sash frame (building frame), as in the case where buildings are close to each other, it interferes with the face lattice and adjacent buildings, and the new sash frame is made more room than the existing sash frame. Because it cannot move to the outside, the new sash frame cannot be installed from the indoor side.

The object of the present invention is to position and install the new sash frame in the direction of the outside of the room, and the work of moving the new sash frame from the indoor side through the existing sash frame to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame is simple and easy to do. Another object of the present invention is to provide a refurbished sash and a method of refurbishing a sash that can move to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame even when there is no wide space on the outdoor side of the existing sash frame.

The refurbished sash of the present invention is a refurbished sash in which a new sash frame is attached to an existing sash frame remaining in a building frame.
The left and right dimensions of the new sash frame are smaller than the left and right opening dimensions of the existing sash frame, and a vertical attachment is attached to the outdoor side of the new vertical frame constituting the new sash frame,
This vertical attachment is a modified sash characterized by being in contact with the outdoor side surface of the existing vertical frame constituting the existing sash frame and positioned in the indoor outside direction.
It is preferable that the vertical attachment is attached with a screw extending from the inside of the new sash frame to the outside in the left-right direction.

The method for refurbishing a sash according to the present invention is such that a new sash frame whose left and right opening dimensions are smaller than that of the existing sash frame is passed through the existing sash frame in the vertical direction from the indoor side of the existing sash frame remaining in the building frame. Move to the outside of the sash frame,
In that state, attach the vertical attachment to the outdoor part of the new vertical frame that constitutes the new sash frame,
Thereafter, the new sash frame is inserted into the existing sash frame facing the indoor side, so that the vertical attachment comes into contact with the outdoor side surface of the existing vertical frame constituting the existing sash frame, and the new sash frame is moved in the indoor outer direction. The sash is renovated and the new sash frame is fixed to the existing sash frame.

According to the present invention, with the vertical attachment attached to the newly installed sash frame, the vertical attachment is brought into contact with the outdoor side surface of the existing vertical frame by being inserted into the existing sash frame from the outdoor side toward the indoor side. The sash frame can be positioned and attached in the indoor exterior direction.
The newly installed sash frame without the vertical attachment can be moved from the indoor side to the outside of the existing sash frame through the existing sash frame in an up-and-down manner, and the operation of moving the new sash frame can be easily performed. easy.
Therefore, the new sash frame can be easily attached from the indoor side.
Further, even when there is no wide space on the outdoor side of the existing sash frame, the new sash frame can be moved to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame.
Therefore, the existing sash frame can be attached from the indoor side even when there is a plane lattice on the outdoor side of the existing sash frame or when adjacent buildings are close to each other and there is no wide space.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the existing sash frame 10 remains in the sash mounting opening 2 of the building frame 1.
The existing sash frame 10 is formed by rectangularly forming an existing upper frame 11, an existing lower frame 12, and left and right existing vertical frames 13.
A new sash frame 20 is inserted into and attached to the existing sash frame 10.
The new sash frame 20 has a new upper frame 21, a new lower frame 22, and left and right new vertical frames 23 formed into a rectangular frame.

The horizontal dimension of the new sash frame 20, that is, the dimension L 1 between the left and right outer portions of the left and right new vertical frames 23 is the left and right opening dimension of the existing sash frame 10, that is, the left and right inner sides of the existing vertical frame 13. smaller than the dimension L 2 between parts.
A vertical attachment 30 is attached to the outdoor side portion 23 a of the left and right new vertical frames 23. Preferably, it can be attached from the inside of the new sash frame 20.
For example, the screw 31 is screwed and attached from the inside of the new sash frame 20 toward the outside in the left-right direction.
The vertical attachment 30 abuts on the outdoor side surface 13a of the existing vertical frame 13, and positions the new sash frame 20 in the indoor outside direction.

As such, the new sash frame 20 with the vertical attachment 30 removed is shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 3C in an up-and-down manner from the indoor side of the existing sash frame 10. It is possible to move to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame 10 through the existing sash frame 10.
In addition, since the new sash frame 20 moves to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame 10 in a substantially vertical orientation, the new sash frame 20 is installed even when the surface lattice 3 is attached to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame 10 and there is no wide space. The frame 20 can be moved from the indoor side portion of the existing sash frame 10 to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame 10 through the existing sash frame 10.

When the new sash frame 20 is moved to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame 10 as described above, the vertical attachment 30 is attached to the outdoor side portions 23a of the left and right new vertical frames 23, and then the new sash frame 20 is attached to the outdoor side. Is inserted into the existing sash frame 10 toward the indoor side, and the vertical attachment 30 is brought into contact with the outdoor side surface 13a of the existing vertical frame 13 and positioned in the indoor side direction.
Then, the new sash frame 20 is fixedly attached to the existing sash frame 10.

As described above, when a grid is attached to the outdoor portion of the existing sash frame 10 or when an adjacent building is close to the outdoor portion of the existing sash frame 10, there is no large space. The newly installed sash frame 20 can be attached from the indoor side of the sash frame 10.
That is, the new sash frame 20 can be attached if there is a space slightly larger than the dimension (expected dimension) of the new sash frame 20 in the indoor outer direction in the outdoor side of the existing sash frame 10.

Although the attachment of the vertical attachment 30 will be described in detail, the present invention is not limited to this.
The dimension of the indoor vertical direction of the new vertical frame 23 is larger than that of the existing vertical frame 13. When the new vertical frame 23 is attached as will be described later, the outdoor portion of the new vertical frame 23 is located outside the outdoor side surface 13 a of the existing vertical frame 13. Protruding.
A screw hole 32 is formed in the inner side portion 30a in the left-right direction of the vertical attachment 30, and a vertical airtight member 33 is provided in the outer side portion 30b in the left-right direction. The screw hole 32 faces in the left-right direction.
The outdoor side 23a of the new vertical frame 23 is provided with a hole 34 and an outwardly facing piece 35 facing the left and right outer surfaces. When the indoor side part of the vertical attachment 30 is brought into contact with the outwardly facing piece 35, the hole 34 and the screw hole 32 coincide. I have to do it.
Thus, the vertical attachment 30 is brought into contact with the outwardly facing piece 35 from the inside of the new sash frame 20, and the screw 31 is screwed into the screw hole 32 from the hole 34 so that the vertical attachment 30 is removed from the inside of the new sash frame 20. Easy to install.
When the vertical attachment 30 is brought into contact with the outdoor side surface 13a of the existing vertical frame 13, the vertical airtight member 33 is in contact with the vertical inner surface 2a of the sash mounting opening 2 and completely covers the outdoor side portion of the existing vertical frame 13. I am trying not to.

Next, the attachment of the new sash frame 20 will be described, but the attachment is not limited to this attachment, and any attachment can be made.
An upper frame base material 40 is attached to the existing upper frame 11.
The new upper frame 21 is brought into contact with the upper frame base material 40 via a spacer 41 and fixed with screws 42.

The upper airtight material 49 is attached to the upper inner surface (upper frame 4). ) To completely cover the indoor side portion of the existing upper frame 11 so that it cannot be seen.

The existing lower frame 12 is substantially crank-shaped with an indoor side horizontal plate 12a, a vertical plate 12b, and an outdoor side horizontal plate 12c, and rails 14 are provided near the indoor side and the outdoor side of the outdoor side horizontal plate 12c, respectively. It is provided.
Then, the rail 14 near the outdoor side is cut and removed, and a mounting auxiliary member 15 is attached to the rail 14 near the indoor side with a screw 16.
The newly installed lower frame 22 is substantially crank-shaped with an indoor side horizontal plate 22a, a vertical plate 22b, and an outdoor side horizontal plate 22c, and the indoor side horizontal plate 22a is fixed to the mounting auxiliary member 15 with screws 17, A new lower frame 22 is mounted on the existing lower frame 12.

The installation of the above-described new sash frame 20 will be specifically described with reference to FIG.
The new sash frame 20 is framed, and the upper attachment 45 is attached to the new upper frame 21.
In this state, as shown in FIG. 3A, the newly installed sash frame 20 is set in a vertically oriented posture slightly inclined with respect to the vertical from the indoor side, and the lower part is dropped into the existing sash frame 10.
Then, the upper part of the new sash frame 20 is pushed in the direction of the arrow, and is moved to the outdoor side of the existing sash frame 10 as a substantially vertical vertical posture as shown in FIG.
Here, the movement from the existing sash frame 10 to the outdoor side may be a case where the new sash frame 20 protrudes completely outside the existing sash frame 10 or as shown in FIG. The indoor side portion of the frame 21 may remain in the existing upper frame 11 and only the outdoor side portion may protrude.
That is, when the vertical attachment 30 is attached to the new vertical frame 23, the vertical attachment 30 may be protruded to the outdoor side from the outdoor side surface 13 a of the existing vertical frame 13.

In the state of FIG. 3B, the vertical attachment 30 is attached from the inside of the new sash frame 20 to the outdoor portion 23 a of the new vertical frame 23.
Then, the new sash frame 20 is inserted into the existing sash frame 10 from the outdoor side toward the indoor side, and the vertical attachment 30 is brought into contact with the outdoor side surface 13a of the existing vertical frame 13 as shown in FIG. Located in the outward direction.
3C shows a state in which the upper attachment 45 is in contact with the outdoor side surface 11b of the existing upper frame 11.

Thereafter, the new upper frame 21, the new lower frame 22, and the new vertical frame 23 are fixedly attached to the existing upper frame 11, the existing lower frame 12, and the existing vertical frame 13 as described above.
In addition, illustration of the vertical attachment 30 is abbreviate | omitted in FIG. In addition, the new sash frame 20 is moved to the outside of the existing sash frame 10 without attaching each base material and attachment auxiliary member, but after these are attached to the existing sash frame 10, the new sash frame 20 is moved to the outdoor side. You may do it.
