Description

The present invention relates to a shoelace end treatment tool used when the length of a shoelace is cut to adjust the length.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a shoelace end treatment tool used for adjusting the length by cutting an end of a shoelace, a first tubular body is passed through the shoelace, and then the second tubular body is passed through the first tubular body. There is known a method of covering a tubular body and fastening the first tubular body with the second tubular body to fix it to a shoelace (see Patent Document 1). In the first tubular body, a cut is provided at the end, the end is curved outward, a non-slip tooth is provided on the inner surface, and a convex portion and a thread are provided on the outer surface. On the other hand, the inner surface of the second tubular body is provided with a concave portion and a screw thread corresponding to the convex portion. Further, Patent Document 1 has another shoelace end treatment tool, in which an adhesive tape having a non-slip projection provided on an adhesive surface is wound around the outer periphery of the shoelace, and a cutting line is provided. An adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the tubular body, and a shoelace is positioned and fixed to the inner surface to which this adhesive is applied. Further, an adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the rolled plate-like elastic body. A shoelace is fixed to the inner surface to which is applied.

By the way, in the case of the end processing tool for shoelaces using the first tubular body and the second tubular body, the first tubular body is not fixed to the shoelace when it is passed through the shoelace, and the second tubular body. It cannot be fixed to the shoelace without covering the body. Therefore, when the second tubular body is put on the first tubular body, the first tubular body easily deviates from a place where the shoelace is to be fixed, or the first tubular body comes off from the tip of the shoelace. It is not possible to use it easily. Also, an adhesive is applied to the inner surface of a shoelace end treatment tool or a tubular body having a cutting line, and an adhesive tape provided with a non-slip projection on the adhesive surface is wound around the outer periphery of the shoelace. An end treatment tool for shoelaces that fixes the inner surface to which the adhesive is applied to the shoelace, and further, an adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the rolled plate-like elastic body, and the inner surface to which the adhesive is applied is applied to the shoelace. The end treatment tool for shoelaces to be fixed to the strap has a disadvantage that it is difficult to finely adjust the fixing portion of the shoelace because the adhesive is used for the portion to be fixed to the shoelace and cannot be fixed efficiently. there were.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a shoelace end treatment tool that can easily cover a cut end portion of a shoelace and can be securely fixed to the cut end portion of the shoelace. And

In order to achieve this object, an end treatment tool for shoelaces according to the present invention is an end treatment tool for shoelaces used for adjusting the length of a shoelace by cutting the end portion of the shoelace. A metal plate core material that can be fixed to the cut end of the shoelace, and a cap member that can be placed on the core material, and the core material is folded in two, The cutting end portion of the shoelace is sandwiched and fixed to the cutting end portion. The core material is configured to be fixed mainly to a cloth shoelace. Here, the core material is fixed to the cut end portion of the shoelace, and then the cap member is covered. In the shoelace end processing tool of the present invention, for example, after cutting the shoelace, the core material can be fixed to the cut end and the cap member can be covered. It is also possible to cover the cap member after fixing the core material to the cutting end adjacent to the shoelace separation part and cutting the separation part. Therefore, it can be easily and reliably fixed to the cut end portion of the shoelace. Further, since the cut end portion of the shoelace is covered with the core material and the cap member, the cut end portion of the shoelace is prevented from being unwound.

The core material is formed of a metal plate. For example, the core material is folded into two parts by using a finger (including further folding the pre-folded core material), thereby sandwiching the cut end portion of the shoelace. Since it is comprised so that it can fix to a part, it can fix to a shoelace safely and easily, without using a special tool or an adhesive agent.

If the cap member is made of an elastic material such as rubber and covered with the core material so that the core material fixed to the cut end of the shoelace is tightened, the fixed state of the core material to the shoelace is further enhanced. Can act on. Further, by forming the cap member with an elastic material, the shoe body can be safely used without damaging the shoe body and without danger of cutting hands even when handling the shoelace after attachment.

Note that the cap member may be formed in a decorative shape or the like (including patterns and characters) to add fashionability to the shoe.

As described above, the shoelace end treatment tool of the present invention covers the cut end portion of the shoelace only by fixing the core material to the cut end portion of the shoelace and covering the core material with the cap member. And can be securely fixed to the shoelace.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a partially broken plan view of a state in which an end treatment tool 1 for shoelaces according to the present invention is attached to a shoelace 3, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line 2-2 of FIG.

The shoelace end treatment tool 1 is used, for example, when the end of a woven shoelace 3 used for athletic shoes is cut to perform post-processing of the cut end 5. The core member 7 can be fixed to the cut end 5 and the cap member 9 can be put on the outer periphery of the core member 7. The length of the shoelace end treatment tool 1 (the length of the cap member 9) is desirably 2 cm to 2.5 cm.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing a state in which a core material 7 is attached to a portion to be the cut end portion 5 of the shoelace 3 and an unnecessary portion of the shoelace 3 is cut.

The core material 7 uses a plate made of a lightweight rust-proof metal (for example, aluminum, aluminum alloy, etc.), is bent at the center by press molding or the like, and is formed into a half-folded V-shape. 11 and 11 are connected by a bending portion 10. Each fixing piece 11 has a shape in which a rectangular tip is formed in an arc shape or a semicircular shape.

Further, an anti-slip projection 13 for biting into the shoelace 3 is formed at the center or almost the center of the surface (inner surface) 12 in contact with the shoelace 3 of the fixed piece 11. Furthermore, an attachment claw 15 for biting into the shoelace 3 is formed at the tip edge of the fixed piece 11 and bent toward the inner surface 12 side. The core material 7 can be securely fixed to the shoelace 3 by the anti-slip protrusion 13 and the attachment claw 15. Note that the anti-slip protrusion 13 and the attachment claw 15 are formed when the metal plate is press-molded.

When the core material 7 is fixed to the shoelace 3, first, the core material 7 is arranged on the outer periphery of the shoelace 3 so that the shoelace 3 is sandwiched between the one fixing piece 11 and the other fixing piece 11. In this case, the separation part 14 of the shoelace 3 is protruded from the tip part (attaching claws 15 and 15) of the core material 7. Next, the outer surface 16 of the core material 7 is folded so as to be crushed with fingers, and the anti-slip protrusion 13 and the attachment claw 15 are bitten into the shoelace 3. Thereby, the shoelace 3 can be clamped by the fixing pieces 11 and 11 and the core material 7 can be fixed to the shoelace 3 so as not to come off. Further, when the core material 7 is fixed to the shoelace 3, the detachment portion 14 of the shoelace 3 is projected from the tip portion of the heart material 7. In this state, the separation part 14 of the shoelace 3 is cut with scissors or the like (the cutting part 14 of the shoelace 3 may be cut before the core material 7 is fixed). When the core material 7 is fixed to the shoelace 3, the core material 7 is in a state in which the portions of the attachment claws 15 and 15 of the outer surface 16 are narrowed (a state where the tip is bent and thinned). Installation can be performed smoothly. Moreover, when fixing the core material 7 to a kind of shoelace wider than the width of the core material 7, it is preferable that the width is reduced by pulling the shoelace by hand. Thus, by adjusting the width of the shoelace itself, the core material 7 can be fixed to shoelaces having various width dimensions.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram when the cap member 9 is attached to the core material 7.

The cap member 9 is made of a material having elasticity, such as rubber, in a cylindrical shape or a substantially cylindrical shape. The cap member 9 is closed in a substantially spherical shape and has an opening at the rear end. The diameter dimension of the cap member 9 is formed so as to be smaller than the width dimension when the core material 7 is folded. When the cap member 9 formed in this way is covered from the tip of the core material 7 fixed to the shoelace 3, the cap member 9 is extended so as to spread in the width direction of the core material 7. In this case, since the cap member 9 acts so as to contract, the cap member 9 is fixed to the core material 7 by the contraction force of the cap member 9, and the shoelace 3 is firmly clamped by the core material 7. Become.

The cap member 9 can also be formed of an elastic plastic material. Moreover, although the front end portion of the cap member 9 has been described as being closed, the cap member 9 may be configured by opening the front end portion.

The shoelace end treatment tool 1 configured as described above can be easily used by anyone because it is only necessary to attach the core member 7 to the cut end portion of the shoelace 3 and cover the cap member 9.

FIG. 5 is a partially broken plan view of a state in which another shoelace end treatment tool 17 according to the present invention is attached to a shoelace 19, and FIG. 6 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line 6-6 of FIG.

Another shoelace end treatment tool 17 is a cut end portion by cutting the end portion of a shoelace 19 made of cloth, leather or the like, which is formed in a round or substantially round cross section used for leather shoes, for example. 21 is composed of a core member 23 that can be fixed to the cut end 21 of the shoelace 19 and a cap member 25 that can be covered so as to cover the outer periphery of the core member 23. Yes. The length of the shoelace end treatment tool 17 (the length of the cap member 25) is desirably 2 cm to 2.5 cm.

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of another shoelace end treatment tool 17 according to the present invention.

The core material 23 is processed by press molding or the like using a plate made of a lightweight rust-proof metal (for example, aluminum, aluminum alloy, etc.), and is provided on the left and right via a bent portion 26. It is composed of a pair of substantially semicircular fixed pieces 27, 27. Further, the core material 23 is formed such that the front end portion is slightly narrowed or curved radially inward, and the rear end portion is slightly warped outward. By forming the rear end portion of the core material 23 so as to be slightly warped outward, a catch portion 29 is formed at the rear end portion of the core material 23. Note that notches 30 and 30 are formed at the front and rear ends of the central portion (bending portion 26) of the core material 23.

Further, a central portion or a substantially central portion of a surface (inner surface) 31 that contacts the shoelace 19 of the fixed piece 27 is formed on the core material 7 of the shoelace end treatment tool 1 for biting into the shoelace 19. An anti-slip protrusion 32 having the same shape as the anti-slip protrusion 13 is formed.

The cap member 25 is formed in a cylindrical shape or a substantially cylindrical shape with a material having elasticity such as rubber, the tip is closed in a substantially spherical shape, and an opening is formed in the rear end. Further, the cap member 25 is formed with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter in a state in which the core material 23 is folded, for example. When the cap member 25 formed in this way is covered from the tip of the core material 23 fixed to the shoelace 19, the cap member 25 is stretched so as to swell in the radial direction. In this case, since the cap member 25 acts to contract, the cap member 25 is fixed to the core material 23 by the contraction force of the cap member 25, and the shoelace 19 is firmly clamped by the core material 23. Become. Further, since the cap member 25 is contracted so that the portion near the opening is stretched by the catching portion 29 of the core member 23 and the opening portion holds the catching portion 29, the cap member 25 comes out of the core member 23. Can be surely prevented.

The shoelace end treatment tool of the present invention is used when adjusting the length of the shoelace end, and can be easily used because the cut end can be easily covered. .
