Abstract
【解決手段】 サンゴ化石に塩酸を適量加えて溶解し、pHを7以下に調整後、塩化マグネシウムと水を適量加えて容量を調整した。この溶液に炭酸ナトリウムを適量加え、30〜50℃で1日以上培養後、生成した沈殿物を洗浄、乾燥し、カルシウムとマグネシウムをそれぞれ20%以上、10%以上含有し、かつ、ヒ素と重金属をそれぞれ2ppm以下、20ppm以下のドロマイトを製造する。

ヒ素や重金属を一切、含んでいないといえる。
(1)サンゴ化石10gに塩酸を適量加えて溶解し、メンブランフィルターで濾過をして不純物を取り除いた。ろ液を水酸化ナトリウムでpHを4から6に調整し、塩化マグネシウムを溶解した。これにMilli-Q水を加えて容量を調整し、サンゴ化石とマグネシウム濃度がそれぞれ15〜25g/L、300〜400mMになるよう調整した。この溶液をA液とする。(2)A液に0.4Mの炭酸ナトリウムを滴下し、よく攪拌後、40℃で1日以上静置した。(3)生成した沈殿物をメンブランフィルターでろ過し、Milli-Q水でよく洗浄し、150℃で乾燥してドロマイト結晶を得た。
(1)サンゴ化石10gに塩酸を適量加えて溶解し、メンブランフィルターで濾過をして不純物を取り除き、塩化マグネシウムを溶解した。これにMilli-Q水を加えて容量を調整し、サンゴ化石とマグネシウム濃度がそれぞれ15〜25g/L、300〜400mMになるよう調整した。この溶液をA液とする。(2)A液に0.4Mの炭酸ナトリウムを滴下し、よく攪拌後、40℃で1日以上静置した。(3)生成した沈殿物をメンブランフィルターでろ過し、Milli-Q水でよく洗浄し、150℃で乾燥してドロマイト結晶を得た。
(1)サンゴ化石10gに塩酸を適量加えて溶解し、メンブランフィルターで濾過をして不純物を取り除いた。(2)これをイオン交換樹脂に通してカルシウムとマグネシウムだけを吸着させ、これを溶離し、カルシウム溶液と、マグネシウム溶液を調整する。これにMilli-Q水を加えて容量を調整し、サンゴ化石とマグネシウム濃度がそれぞれ15〜25g/L、300〜400mMになるよう調整した。この溶液をA液とする。(2)A液に0.4Mの炭酸ナトリウムを滴下し、よく攪拌後、40℃で1日以上静置した。(3)生成した沈殿物をメンブランフィルターでろ過し、Milli-Q水でよく洗浄し、150℃で乾燥してドロマイト結晶を得た。
なお、上記実施例では、ろ過にメンブランフィルター(0.45μm)を用い、水としてMilli-Q水を用い、乾燥温度を150℃としたが、ろ過としては、吸引ろ過、ろ紙ろ過、限外ろ過を用いることができ、水として、蒸留水、イオン交換水(脱イオン水)、天然水、水道水を用いることができ、乾燥方法として、天日乾燥、スプレードライ、凍結乾燥を用いてもよい。

- カルシウム含有物を適量の酸で溶解させ、pHが7以下のカルシウム溶液を調製した後、
このカルシウム溶液にマグネシウム剤を加えてカルシウム・マグネシウム溶液を調製し、
次に、このカルシウム・マグネシウム溶液に炭酸源を加えた後、30〜50℃で1日以上培養し、
しかる後に、生成した沈殿物を洗浄、乾燥させることを特徴とするドロマイトの製造方法。 - 請求項1において、前記カルシウム含有物として、サンゴ化石、海砂、有孔虫殻、サザエ殻、ウニ殻、ホタテ殻、ハマグリ殻、アサリ殻、牛骨、魚骨、いか甲羅、牡蠣殻、真珠貝殻、卵殻、塩化カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、酸化カルシウム、クエン酸カルシウム、乳酸カルシウム、酢酸カルシウム、リン酸3カルシウム、ステアリン酸カルシウムのうち少なくとも1つを用いることを特徴とするドロマイトの製造方法。
- 請求項1において、前記カルシウム含有物として、天然から産出されたカルシウム原料を用いることを特徴とするドロマイトの製造方法。
- 請求項1において、前記カルシウム含有物としてサンゴ化石を用いることを特徴とするドロマイトの製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし4において、前記カルシウム溶液に前記マグネシウム剤を加えて前記カルシウム・マグネシウム溶液を調製する際、水を加えて容量を調整することを特徴とするドロマイトの製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかにおいて、前記マグネシウム剤として、塩化マグネシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウム、クエン酸マグネシウム、乳酸マグネシウム、酢酸マグネシウム、リン酸3マグネシウム、およびステアリン酸マグネシウムのうちの少なくとも1つを用いることを特徴とするドロマイトの製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかにおいて、前記マグネシウム化合物として塩化マグネシウムを用いることを特徴とするドロマイトの製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかにおいて、前記炭酸源として、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸アンモニウム、炭酸ガスのうちの少なくとも1つを用いることを特徴とするドロマイトの製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかにおいて、カルシウムおよびマグネシウムをそれぞれ20%以上、10%以上含有し、かつ、ヒ素(Asとして)および重金属(Pbとして)の含有量がそれぞれ2ppm以下、20ppm以下であることを特徴とするドロマイトの製造方法。
