The disposable wearing article according to claim 1, wherein the belt-shaped member is temporarily fixed on a surface of a rising flap.   The disposable wearing article according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the belt-shaped member is a stretchable member, a non-stretchable member, or a combination of these members.   The disposable wearing article according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the belt-like member is provided on at least one of a front part and a back part.   The disposable wearing article according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the belt-shaped member is provided in a crotch portion.   The disposable wearing article according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the temporary fixing material is a mechanical fastener.
