Description

The present invention relates to a dishwasher equipped with a residue filter that increases the collection efficiency of leftovers and improves the flow of washing water.

As shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-284667 (Patent Document 1), a conventional dishwasher includes a washing tank in which a dish basket is placed, a washing nozzle for injecting washing water into the washing tank, and a washing tank A cleaning water storage section provided below, a cleaning pump that sucks the cleaning water stored in the storage section and supplies the cleaning nozzle with pressure, and a residual filter provided in the storage section are provided.

The residual filter has many filter holes with a diameter of about 1.5 mm to 2 mm on the surface. The solids such as leftovers are larger than the diameter of the filter holes and cannot pass through. For this reason, even if the solid content has a large surface area like wakame, if the solid content uniformly adheres to the surface of the residue filter, the area through which the cleaning water passes decreases, the amount of circulating water decreases, and the cleaning rate decreases. For this reason, even if there is a solid content of the residue, it is necessary not to reduce the flow of the washing water of the residue filter and to prevent the amount of circulating water from decreasing.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to prevent a residue from adhering to a filter hole and prevent a reduction in the circulating water amount of washing water.

The present invention provides a cleaning nozzle for injecting cleaning water into the cleaning tank, a cleaning water storage section provided below the cleaning tank, and suctioning the cleaning water flowing out from the outflow portion of the storage section into the cleaning nozzle. A dishwasher comprising a washing pump for supplying pressure and a residual filter provided at an outflow site and having fine filter holes for filtering washing water and separating the straw, near the bottom of the reservoir With respect to the main flow of washing water flowing toward the residue filter, the residue filter is tilted so that the front side of the residue filter is down and the front side is up, and there is a depression in the center of the residue filter. It is characterized by having.

Since the residue accumulates in the depression of the residue filter, the residue adhering to the other flat filtration portion is reduced, the clogging is greatly reduced, and the reduction of the circulation amount of the washing water can be prevented.

Examples according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

First, an outline of the dishwasher will be described with reference to FIGS.

The dishwasher includes a washing tub 2 inside a main body outer frame 1. The main body outer frame 1 is a steel plate such as stainless steel, and the cleaning tank 2 is formed of a heat-resistant synthetic resin. Although not shown, the front side of the main body outer frame 1 is provided with an upper door body and a lower door body that open and close an opening provided on the front side of the cleaning tank 2.

In the lower part of the cleaning tank 2, there is provided a rotatable cleaning nozzle 3 for spraying cleaning water. The cleaning nozzle 3 has an injection hole 4, and the tableware stored in the cleaning tank 2 is cleaned by the cleaning water sprayed from the injection hole 4. The cleaning nozzle 3 is rotated by the reaction of the cleaning water sprayed from the spray holes 4.

The washing tank 2 is provided with a tableware basket (not shown) on the upper side of the washing nozzle 3, and the tableware is stored in the tableware basket.

A front panel 5 is provided at the front lower portion of the main body outer frame 1. The front panel 5 includes various control devices for operating and controlling the operation of the dishwasher.

A storage portion 6 in which cleaning water is accumulated is provided at the bottom below the cleaning tank 2. The reservoir 6 is an L-shaped depression extending from the left side to the front side. The bottom of the cleaning tank 2 has a configuration in which the storage portion 6 is recessed and low, and the depth of the bottom where the cleaning nozzle 3 is provided is high.

The storage unit 6 is provided with a sterilization cassette 7 which can be removed at the left part. A heater 8 is provided on the front side of the reservoir 6 except for the right side portion. The heater 8 is covered with a heater cover 9 from above. The heater cover 9 has a large number of ventilation holes 10.

The heater 8 is a large component that occupies a considerable portion of the bottom area of the cleaning tank 2. Moreover, it must be connected to the power circuit side. The storage unit 6 on the front side has a large space in which the heater 8 is accommodated. Since it is on the opening side of the cleaning tank 2, it is easy to connect to the power circuit side.

The right portion on the near side of the reservoir 6 becomes an outflow portion 20 from which the washing water flows out. The reservoir 6 has a downward slope that is slightly inclined toward the outflow site 20. This downward slope facilitates the flow of wash water into the outflow site 20.

The outflow site 20 has an outflow port 21 through which washing water flows out at a substantially central position. The low part of the outflow portion 20 is inclined so as to be lowered toward the outflow port 21. The outlet 21 has a lattice 22 to prevent foreign matter from flowing in.

Below the outlet 21 is a washing pump (not shown) via a suction water duct (not shown).
It communicates with the suction side. The discharge side of the cleaning pump communicates with the nozzle water duct 23. The cleaning nozzle 3 is supplied with high-pressure cleaning water pressurized by the cleaning pump through the nozzle water duct 23, and the cleaning water is jetted from the injection holes 4 with a high force.

Next, the residual filter which is the main part of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The residual filter 30 is detachably supported by the filter support portion 31 shown in FIG. Since the place where the residual filter 30 is placed is the front side (opening portion) of the cleaning tank 2, it can be easily removed by opening the upper / lower door body. Since it is placed below the tableware basket, the residue filter 30 can be attached and detached without moving the tableware basket.

The filter support portion 31 is inclined so that the left side (front side with respect to the flow direction of washing water) is down and the right side (front side with respect to the flow direction of washing water) is up. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 3, the residual filter 30 is placed with an inclination so that the front side is down and the front side is up with respect to the main flow of cleaning water described later.

The residual filter 30 is formed of a stainless steel plate having a large number of filter holes. A thin stainless steel plate having a thickness of about 0.5 mm is used. The diameter of the filter holes is a small hole of about 1.5 mm, and the intervals between the filter holes are formed at a small pitch of about 2 mm. The filter holes are formed by pressing.

The residue filter 30 has a rectangular shape as a whole, and has a recessed portion 31 that falls substantially in the center. The depressed recess 31 has a rectangular shape with a vertical / horizontal width of about 50 mm and a depth of about 15 mm.

The depressed recess 31 is formed by pressing. The press burr formed by the press working of the filter hole is pressed to form the depression 31 so that it comes to the back side (lower side). By finishing the press burr on the back side, the finish of the depression recess 31 is improved. Further, the residue remaining in the depressed recess 31 is not caught by the press burr, and the residue can be easily discarded.

The residual filter 30 has an edge portion 32 on the periphery. The edge portion 32 is molded with a synthetic resin. By covering the periphery of the residual filter 30 with the edging portion 32, the corners of the thin stainless steel plate are eliminated, and the handling is safe.

The handle 33 is integrally formed of the same synthetic resin as the rim portion 32. The residue filter 30 is set on the filter support 31 so that the handle 33 comes to the opening on the front side of the cleaning tank 2. Since the handle 33 of the residue filter 30 is located at the opening, it is easy to remove the residue filter 30 and does not hinder the rotation of the cleaning nozzle 3.

The residual filter 30 has a weight 34 for preventing it from rising to the right end side (the front side with respect to the flow direction of the cleaning water). The weight 34 is integrally molded with the same synthetic resin as the rim portion 32. By this weight 34, the filter 30 is not lifted during the operation of the dishwasher and does not come off from the filter support portion 31, so that the operation trouble is suppressed.

The residue filter 30 is flat around the depressed recess 31. The total area of the filter holes of the residual filter existing in the flat portion excluding the depressed recess 31 is larger than the flow area of the outlet 21.

In a state where the residual filter 30 is set on the filter support portion 31, the outflow port 21 is positioned below the sagging recess 31, and the sagging recess 31 and the outflow port 21 face each other. The sagging recess 31 is lowered downward by about 15 mm, but since the outflow portion 20 is inclined so as to be lowered toward the outflow port 21, the bottom of the sagging recess 31 does not contact the outflow portion 20.

The total distribution area of the outlet 21 is S1 as shown in FIG. The total circulation area is an area only at the outlet 21 excluding the lattice 22. The annular peripheral circulation total area is S2. The annular peripheral circulation total area refers to the total area of the annular peripheral circulation formed by the upper and lower gaps between the bottom peripheral edge of the drop recess 31 and the outlet 21. The peripheral distribution total area S2 is larger than the distribution total area S1. When the depressed concave portion 31 is filled with scissors, the washing water does not pass through the depressed concave portion 31, so that the washing water flows from the peripheral circulation to the outlet 21.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described mainly from the viewpoint of operation.

Prior to the cleaning operation, cleaning water is supplied. The fixed amount of water supply is about 2.8 liters. Before the cleaning operation is performed, the supply water level of the cleaning water stored in the storage unit 6 is almost full of the storage unit 6. That is, the supply water level of the cleaning water is almost the same height as the depth side of the cleaning tank 2 in which the cleaning nozzle 3 is provided. The cleaning water level (circulating water level) of the cleaning water during the cleaning operation is lower than the feed water level.

The flow of the cleaning water during the cleaning operation will be described in relation to the residue filter 30.

Since the upper surface of the heater cover 9 is lower than the bottom side of the cleaning tank 2 where the cleaning nozzle 3 is provided, most of the cleaning water flows from the bottom side of the cleaning tank 2 to the upper surface of the heater cover 9. The washing water that has flowed to the upper surface passes through the vent hole 10 of the heater cover 9, flows near the bottom of the reservoir 6, flows into the residue filter 30, and flows over the heater cover 9 to leave the residue filter 30. Divided into flows. The flow near the bottom of the reservoir 6 is referred to as the main flow of washing water.

Moreover, the flow of the cleaning water that flows from the depth side of the cleaning tank 2 to the left side of the storage unit 6, flows through the bottom of the storage unit 6, and flows into the residual filter 30 passes through the vent hole 10 as described above. Join the bottom of the stream and join the mainstream.

Furthermore, there is also a flow of washing water that flows into the residue filter 30 immediately from the bottom side of the washing tank 2.

The residual filter 30 is installed against the mainstream flow as described above. That is, the residual filter 30 is inclined so that the front side is down and the front side is up with respect to the flow of the cleaning water (main flow of the cleaning water). Since the flow rate of the washing water is fast on the front side, the solid residue remains on the front side as it climbs the hill. For this reason, the front portion is provided with a flat portion in a distance range where the residue does not stagnate. Since the recessed part 31 is provided in the rear part of this flat part, the solid content of the residue is collected as it falls. The volume of the depressed recess 31 is sufficient to store the solid content of the residue left in one washing operation, but it is desirable that the volume be sufficiently large.

In particular, since the solid residue accumulates in the lower portion of the depressed recess 31, the height of the side surface of the depressed recess 31 is effective as a portion through which the washing water passes. However, if the height of the side surface cannot be sufficiently secured due to mounting space or manufacturing problems, the flat portion of the residual filter excluding the depressed recess 31 is used as a washing water passage portion. By making the total area of the filter holes in the flat part larger than the flow area of the outlet 21, the washing water passes through the residual filter without stagnation. For this reason, the smooth flow of the washing water that passes through the residue filter is maintained even when the solid residue remains in the depression 31.

By increasing the gap between the bottom surface of the sagging recess 31 of the leftover filter and the outlet 21, the flow of washing water to the outlet 21 is improved. That is, as described above, the annular peripheral total circulation area S2 is larger than the total distribution area S1 of the outlet 21. When the depressed recess 31 is filled with ridges, even if the washing water does not pass through the depressed recess 31, the peripheral circulation total area S2 of the peripheral circulation is larger than the total circulation area S1 of the outlet 21, so that from the peripheral circulation to the outlet 21. The flow of to flows well.

Further, it is desirable that the side surface portion of the recessed portion 31 of the residue filter is inclined more than the other side surface portion with respect to the flow direction of the water flow so that the solid residue hardly gets over the side wall. Thereby, when the amount of the washing water collected in the reservoir 6 increases, it is possible to prevent the solid residue from falling and flowing out of the recess 31.

Increasing the inclination of all the side surfaces (four surfaces) of the depression concave portion 31 of the residual filter also deteriorates the drawing press workability of the depression concave portion 31, but improving the workability of the depression concave portion 31 by loosening the inclination of the two surfaces. .

Further explanation will be given on the collection of the residue in the depression.

There is a tendency to reduce the amount of washing water to save resources. The difference in water level between the water level at the time of water supply and the circulating water level at the time of washing increases because the ratio of the amount of water retained in the circulation path increases. By keeping the upper surface of the leftover filter at the lower surface of the circulating water level according to the circulating water level, the entire surface of the leftover filter is used effectively.

By collecting the residue in the depression, it is possible to prevent the residue filter from being totally blocked by the solid leftovers contained in the washing water. That is, the residue filter is provided with a depression to collect the solid residue in one place, so that the residue is dispersed and the solid residue remains on the entire surface of the residue filter. Thereby, the water permeability of washing water was improved.

When there is plenty of washing water and there is a lot of return water, the water level at the residue filter becomes high, so the residue floats in the washing water and clogging is difficult to occur, and an air lock phenomenon of the washing pump occurs. It ’s difficult.

However, the amount of washing water tends to decrease due to resource saving. For this reason, the amount of washing water decreases, the amount of return water of washing water also decreases, and even if clogging occurs in the residual filter, the circulating water amount of the cleaning water decreases rapidly, and the amount of water flowing in from the residual filter is reduced. This causes a difference in the amount discharged from the cleaning pump, lowers the water level of the residual filter section, and makes it easier to entrain air. However, since the residual solid matter that obstructs the passage of the cleaning water is collected in the depression recess provided in the residual filter, the cleaning water passes through the other part (flat part), so the cleaning pump winds the air. It is possible to prevent the air lock phenomenon.
