Description

Dish-washing machine
[ field of technology ]
The embodiment of the invention relates to a dish washer.
[ background Art ]
Many dishwashers on the market, in particular sink and table dishwashers, have a "fruit and vegetable washing" or "melon and fruit washing" function. And a special fruit and vegetable basket is attached. This is typically a simple plastic or metal basket without a sediment trap for loading only fruit and vegetables. If the washed fruits and vegetables carry more sediment, the eluted sediment may affect the function of the circulating pump and even cause damage to the circulating pump.
[ invention ]
It is an aim of embodiments of the present invention to provide an improved dishwasher.
The embodiment of the invention relates to a dish washer, which comprises a washing container, a fruit and vegetable basket positioned in the washing container, a first filter connected below the fruit and vegetable basket and a second filter connected below the fruit and vegetable basket, wherein the first filter is used for filtering washing liquid passing through the fruit and vegetable basket, and sediment particles are accumulated in the first filter in the process of flowing through the washing liquid through the first filter.
The fruit and vegetable basket holds fruits and vegetables to be cleaned, and sometimes the fruits and vegetables carry sediment, especially vegetables with roots. If the fruits and vegetables to be cleaned carry particles such as sediment, the washing liquid passing through the fruit and vegetable basket also contains the sediment particles. If the washing liquid with the sediment particles directly enters the water circulation system, the sediment particles cannot be effectively filtered by the filter positioned at the bottom of the washing container because of smaller size of the sediment particles, and the sediment particles can influence the performance of the circulating pump after entering the water circulation, so that the service life of the circulating pump is influenced.
By adopting the structure, the first filter is arranged below the fruit and vegetable basket, and the washing liquid flows to the first filter after flowing through the fruit and vegetable basket. Even though the washing liquid passing through the fruit and vegetable basket contains sediment particles, the sediment particles are filtered out by the first filter when the washing liquid flows to the first filter positioned below the fruit and vegetable basket, and the sediment particles are accumulated in the first filter, so that the washing liquid passing through the first filter is basically free of sediment particles. Therefore, the washing liquid after washing fruits and vegetables does not contain sediment particles when flowing to the water circulation system, so that the influence of sediment on the performance of the circulating pump can be reduced, the service life of the circulating pump is prolonged, the circulating washing liquid is cleaner, the washing effect of the fruits and vegetables is better, and the user experience is further improved.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the washing apparatus further comprises a second filter and a circulation pump provided at the bottom of the washing container, the second filter for filtering the washing liquid flowing to the circulation pump, and the first filter is located before the second filter in the flow direction of the washing liquid.
Therefore, the washing liquid for cleaning the fruits and vegetables flows through the first filter and then flows to the second filter, even if the washing liquid contains sediment particles, the washing liquid is filtered by the first filter when flowing to the second filter, the sediment particles are accumulated in the first filter, and the washing liquid flowing to the second filter is basically free of the sediment particles. The washing liquid is filtered twice when flowing to the circulating pump, so that sediment particles and other particles in the washing liquid are greatly reduced, the circulating pump is protected, and the washing effect is improved.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first filter is located between the fruit and vegetable basket and the second filter in a vertical direction. This facilitates the flow of wash liquid through the basket to the first filter and then to the second filter.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first filter is provided with a plurality of first filter holes, and the second filter is provided with a plurality of second filter holes, and the first filter holes have a smaller pore diameter than the second filter holes. Therefore, as the aperture of the first filtering holes is smaller than that of the second filtering holes, tiny particles such as silt particles can be gathered on the first filter when the washing liquid flows through the first filter, the content of the tiny particles in the washing liquid flowing to the second filter is reduced, the washing liquid flowing to the second filter is cleaner, the performance of the washing pump in a water circulation system is better protected, and the service life of the salt city washing pump is prolonged.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the inner diameter of the first filter is gradually reduced in the flow direction of the washing liquid. This facilitates the accumulation of silt particles in the first filter.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first filter has an inverted cone structure. This facilitates the accumulation of silt particles in the first filter.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the first filter is provided with a plurality of first filter holes, the density of which becomes progressively denser in the flow direction of the washing liquid. This is advantageous not only for the first filter to filter the washing liquid containing silt particles, but also for the silt particles to collect in the first filter.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the fruit and vegetable basket has a gap between the first filter and the washing liquid in the flow direction, through which gap the washing liquid flows out from the edge of the first filter.
Thus, the sediment particles in the washing liquid are accumulated in the first filter even if the filtration speed of the liquid passing through the first filter is slowed. The washing liquid can flow out of the first filter from the edge of the first filter through the gap, and even if the filtering speed of the washing liquid passing through the first filter is low, the flowing-out speed of the washing liquid from the first filter is not influenced, so that the water circulation of the dish washing machine is facilitated.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the fruit and vegetable basket includes an inner fruit and vegetable basket for containing fruit and vegetable to be cleaned and an outer fruit and vegetable basket surrounding the inner fruit and vegetable basket, the inner fruit and vegetable basket being in fluid communication with the outer fruit and vegetable basket, the outer fruit and vegetable basket restricting wash liquid flowing out of the first filter through the inner fruit and vegetable basket.
Therefore, the washing liquid flowing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket flows to the outer fruit and vegetable basket and then flows to the first filter, the double-layer fruit and vegetable basket is not only beneficial to placing fruits and vegetables to be cleaned, but also can reduce the possibility that the washing liquid flowing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket directly passes through the inner fruit and vegetable basket to flow to the washing container without being filtered by the first filter, reduce the possibility that sediment particles enter the washing container, and be beneficial to protecting the circulating pump.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the outer fruit and vegetable basket includes a peripheral wall surrounding a circumference of the inner fruit and vegetable basket, and the washing liquid passing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket flows toward the first filter along the peripheral wall. Therefore, the peripheral wall of the outer fruit and vegetable basket can guide the washing liquid passing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket, so that the washing liquid passing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket is smoothly guided to flow to the first filter, the possibility that the washing liquid passing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket flows out of the first filter is reduced, and the situation that the washing liquid passing through the fruit and vegetable basket enters the water circulation system without being filtered by the first filter is avoided.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the outer fruit and vegetable basket further comprises a bottom section located below the peripheral wall and connected to the peripheral wall, the bottom section extending at least partially into the first filter, the washing liquid flowing along the bottom section towards the first filter.
The washing liquid passing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket flows to the bottom section along the peripheral wall, flows into the first filter after being guided by the bottom section, and at least part of the bottom section stretches into the first filter, so that the washing liquid can be better guided to the first filter, the washing liquid passing through the fruit and vegetable basket can flow to the water circulation system after being filtered by the first filter, and the washing liquid passing through the fruit and vegetable basket is prevented from entering the water circulation system without being filtered by the first filter.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the outer fruit and vegetable basket comprises a first through hole in fluid communication with the first filter, the first through hole being located in a bottom section of the outer fruit and vegetable basket through which washing liquid flowing through the fruit and vegetable basket flows to the first filter. Therefore, the washing liquid passing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket flows to the first filter through the first through hole after being guided by the outer fruit and vegetable basket, the possibility that the washing liquid passing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket flows to the outside of the first filter is reduced, and the possibility that sediment particles flow to the outside of the first filter is reduced.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first through hole has a pore diameter of not less than 2CM and not more than 6CM. This facilitates the passage of washing liquid from the through-hole into the first filter.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a center line of the through hole coincides with a center line of the first filter. This facilitates the flow of the washing liquid from the first through hole into the first filter, facilitating the circulation of the washing liquid.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the fruit and vegetable basket is integrally provided with the first filter. Therefore, after washing, when a user takes out the fruit and vegetable basket from the washing container, the first filter can be taken out together, and the first filter is cleaned, so that the flow of user operation can be simplified, the user operation is facilitated, and the user experience is further improved.

[ detailed description ] of the invention
For a further understanding of the objects, construction, features, and functions of the invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the dishwasher includes a washing container 1 and a basket 2 positioned in the washing container 1, the basket 2 being used to place fruits, vegetables, melons and fruits to be washed. The fruit and vegetable basket 2 can be used in a traditional dish washing machine to replace a bowl basket to wash fruits and vegetables, so that the traditional dish washing machine can not only wash tableware but also wash fruits and vegetables, and the fruit and vegetable basket 2 can also be used in a fruit and vegetable washing machine.
Fig. 2 to 4 are one embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 to 9 are another embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the structures of the fruit and vegetable basket 2 and the first filter are the same, and the connection modes of the spraying device 9 and the fruit and vegetable basket 2 are different.
At least one fruit and vegetable basket 2 can be arranged in the washing container 1. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-4, the fruit basket 2 may include an upper fruit basket that may be used in place of an upper bowl basket where the upper fruit basket is mounted. If a user needs to clean fruits and vegetables, the upper bowl basket can be directly taken down and replaced by the upper fruit and vegetable basket; in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-9, the fruit basket 2 may include a lower fruit basket that may be used in place of a lower bowl basket that is mounted in place of the lower bowl basket. When a user needs to clean fruits and vegetables, the lower bowl basket can be replaced by the fruit and vegetable basket 2; in yet another implementation, an upper fruit basket and a lower fruit basket may be provided in the dishwasher, and a user may select the upper fruit basket and/or the lower fruit basket as desired.
As shown in fig. 1, the dishwasher includes a second filter 4 and a circulation pump 5 at the bottom of the washing tub 1, the second filter 4 being located upstream of the circulation pump 5, and washing liquid filtered by the second filter 4 flows to the circulation pump 5. The second filter 4 may include a plurality of filter layers, such as a coarse filter layer and a fine filter layer. The second filter 4 is provided with a plurality of second filtering holes (not shown), and when the washing liquid flows through the second filter 4, some impurities having a smaller diameter than the second filtering holes are accumulated on the second filter 4. Wherein the direction indicated by the arrow is the direction of the flow of the washing liquid.
Since the fruit and vegetable to be cleaned sometimes carry with it sediment, the sediment, if entering the water circulation system, not only will clog the spraying device 9, but also will cause damage to the circulation pump 5 located at the bottom of the washing container 1. The silt particles are particularly small, and some silt particles are smaller than the aperture of the second filtering holes of the second filter 4, and when the washing liquid passes through the second filtering holes of the second filter 4, part of silt passes through the second filtering holes of the second filter 4 and flows to the circulating pump 5, so that the performance and the service life of the circulating pump 5 are adversely affected.
In order to reduce damage of the circulating pump 5 and the spraying device 9 by the silt particles, a first filter 3 is arranged below the fruit and vegetable basket 2 and is used for filtering the washing liquid flowing out of the fruit and vegetable basket 2, so that the washing liquid flowing to the circulating pump 5 is filtered by the first filter 3 and the second filter 4 in advance. The first filter 3 has a plurality of first filter holes 6, the first filter holes 6 have a smaller pore diameter than the second filter 4, and the first filter 3 has a smaller pore diameter than the diameter of the silt particles. During the process of flowing through the first filter 3, the sediment particles can be accumulated in the first filter 3, so that the possibility that the sediment particles enter the water circulation system to damage the spraying device 9 and the circulating pump 5 is reduced.
The fruit and vegetable basket 2 and the first filter 3 are integrally arranged. The first filter 3 is detachably connected to the lower part of the outer basket 2, and the first filter 3 can be taken out of the washing container 1 together with the outer basket 2.
As shown, the first filter 3 is located between the basket 2 and the second filter 4 in a vertical direction or in a direction of flow of the wash liquid. The first filter 3 is located before the second filter 4 in the flow direction of the washing liquid, i.e. the first filter 3 is located upstream of the second filter 4, and the washing liquid flows through the first filter 3 before flowing to the second filter 4.
The washing liquid is sprayed to the fruit and vegetable basket 2 through the spraying device 9, flows to the first filter 3 after passing through the fruit and vegetable basket 2, flows to the second filter 4 after being filtered by the first filter 3, and then flows to the circulating pump 5. When the washing liquid flows through the first filter 3, the sediment particles do not pass through the first filter 3, and the sediment particles sink and gather in the first filter 3 due to self gravity, so that the washing liquid filtered by the first filter 3 basically does not contain the sediment particles. The washing liquid flowing to the second filter 4 is the washing liquid filtered by the first filter 3, the sediment particles are filtered, the content of the sediment particles can be greatly reduced after the washing liquid flowing to the circulating pump 5 is filtered twice, the possibility of sediment particles and other particle pollution in the circulating washing liquid is reduced, and the service performance of the circulating pump 5 can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, the inner diameter of the first filter 3 is gradually reduced in the flow direction of the washing liquid, which is advantageous for the accumulation of silt in the first filter 3. In one embodiment, the first filter 3 has an inverted cone-shaped structure, and the inner diameter of the first filter 3 gradually decreases from top to bottom.
The first filter 3 is provided with a plurality of first filter holes 6, and the aperture of the first filter holes 6 is very small. The first filter 3 may adopt a filter layer in which the first filter holes 6 have the same density and the first filter holes 6 are uniformly distributed. In another embodiment, the first filter 3 may also employ a filter layer in which the density of the first filter holes 6 is changed along the flow direction of the washing liquid, i.e., the first filter holes 6 are arranged more densely or more sparsely along the flow direction of the washing liquid.
As shown, the fruit and vegetable basket 2 adopts a double-layer structure, and comprises an inner fruit and vegetable basket 21 and an outer fruit and vegetable basket 22 surrounding the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21. The inner fruit and vegetable basket 21 is in fluid communication with the outer fruit and vegetable basket 21, and a plurality of through holes in fluid communication with the outer fruit and vegetable basket 22 are arranged on the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21 at intervals. The inner fruit basket 21 and the outer fruit basket 22 are detachably connected together. The upper parts of the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21 and the outer fruit and vegetable basket 22 are both open, so that fruits and vegetables can be conveniently taken and placed.
Wherein, the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21 is used for placing fruits and vegetables to be cleaned, and a plurality of through holes which can be in fluid communication with the outer fruit and vegetable basket 22 are arranged at the periphery and the bottom of the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21.
The outer fruit and vegetable basket 22 includes a peripheral wall 23 surrounding the periphery of the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21, and a bottom section 24 located below the peripheral wall 23 and connected to the peripheral wall 23. The peripheral wall 23 is not provided with holes, the washing liquid cannot pass through the peripheral wall 23, and the washing liquid containing the sediment particles cannot pass through the peripheral wall 23 to enter water circulation because the washing liquid possibly contains a small amount of sediment particles after washing fruits and vegetables. The peripheral wall 23 has a flow guiding effect on the washing liquid, which flows along the peripheral wall 23 to the bottom section 24 and then to the first filter 3 via the inner fruit and vegetable basket 2.
The bottom section 24 has an inverted cone shape, and the inner diameter of the bottom section 24 gradually decreases in the direction from the peripheral wall 23 to the first filter 3, i.e., in the flow direction of the washing liquid. As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the bottom section 24 extends at least partially into the first filter 3, so that the washing liquid passing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21 can be well guided to the first filter 3, avoiding that the washing liquid containing silt particles flows to the area outside the first filter 3.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the lower end of the bottom section 24 is provided with a first through hole 25 communicating with the first filter 3 and the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21, the first through hole 25 being located above the first filter 3. The first through hole 25 is located at the center of the bottom section 24, and the center line of the first through hole 25 coincides with the center line of the first filter 3; the first through hole 25 may also be located at other positions of the bottom section 24. The aperture of the first through hole 25 is not less than 2CM and not more than 6CM.
The bottom section 24 also has a flow guiding effect on the washing liquid, the washing liquid passing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21 flows along the peripheral wall 23 and the inner surface of the bottom section 24 to the through holes, and then flows to the first filter 3 through the through holes, so that the washing liquid with a small amount of sediment particles washed by fruits and vegetables is guided to the first filter 3 by the outer fruit and vegetable basket 2 and then enters the water circulation system, and the possibility that the sediment particles enter the water circulation system is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, the fruit and vegetable basket 2 has a gap 8 between the first filter 3 and the flow direction of the washing liquid, and the outer fruit and vegetable basket 2 is not attached to the first filter 3. When the washing liquid is guided to the first filter 3, the sediment particles will sink to the bottom of the first filter 3 due to the heavier sediment particles. A small portion of the washing liquid flows out through the first filter holes 6 of the first filter 3 and another portion out from the edges of the first filter 3 via the gaps 8.
When the dish washer cleans fruits and vegetables, the fruits and vegetables are placed in the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21, and the outer fruit and vegetable basket 21 is sleeved outside the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21. The spraying device 9 sprays washing liquid to the fruit and vegetable basket 2 to wash fruits, the washing liquid passing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21 is guided by the peripheral wall 23 of the outer fruit and vegetable basket 22 to the bottom section 24, then guided to the first through hole 25 by the bottom section 24, flows to the first filter 3 through the first through hole 25, and after being filtered by the first filter 3, sediment particles are accumulated in the first filter. A part of the washing liquid then flows out through the first filter holes 6 of the first filter 3, and another part flows out from the edge of the first filter 3 through the gap 8 by the washing liquid. So that the washing liquid flowing out of the first filter 3 flows to the second filter 4 at the bottom of the washing container 1, is filtered again by the second filter, flows to the circulating pump 5, and then flows to the fruit and vegetable basket 2 through the spraying device 9 to form water circulation.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, a spray device 9 is provided on the fruit and vegetable basket 2, the spray device 9 being connected to the fruit and vegetable basket 2 and spraying a washing liquid onto the fruit and vegetable basket 2, the washing liquid being applied to the fruit and vegetable to be washed by means of the spray device 9.
The spraying device 9 and the fruit and vegetable basket 2 are integrally arranged. The spray device 9 can be removed from the washing container 1 together with the fruit and vegetable basket 2, which facilitates the switching between fruit and vegetable basket 2 and bowl basket.
The spraying device 9 comprises a spraying portion 10 and a water inlet pipe 11 communicating with the spraying portion 10. The washing liquid enters the spraying part 10 through the water inlet pipe 11, and the spraying part 10 sprays the washing liquid to the fruit and vegetable basket 2.
The spraying device 9 is connected to the fruit and vegetable basket 2, in particular the water inlet pipe 11 is connected to the outer fruit and vegetable basket 22.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2-4, the fruit basket 2 may be an upper fruit basket, which may be switched with an upper bowl basket. The water inlet pipe 11 is connected to one surface of the peripheral wall 23 of the outer fruit and vegetable basket 22 far away from the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21, and the water inlet pipe 11 is positioned at the outer side of the fruit and vegetable basket 2.
In another embodiment shown in fig. 5-9, the fruit and vegetable basket 2 may be a lower fruit and vegetable basket, which may be switched with a lower bowl basket. The outer basket 22 has a first through hole 25 in fluid communication with the first filter 3, the first filter 3 having a second through hole 26 corresponding to the first through hole 25, the inlet pipe 11 passing through the first through hole 25 and the second through hole 26. In one embodiment, the centerlines of the first and second vias 25 and 26 are in a straight line.
As shown in fig. 9, the aperture of the first through hole 25 is larger than the aperture of the water inlet pipe 11, and the water inlet pipe 11 is installed in the first through hole 25. There is still a space between the inlet pipe 11 and the first through hole 25, through which the washing liquid flowing through the inner fruit and vegetable basket 21 flows along the peripheral wall 23 and the bottom section 24 to the first through hole 25 and through the first through hole 25 to the first filter 3.
The second through hole 26 has a diameter substantially the same as that of the inlet pipe 11. The water inlet pipe 11 passes through the second through hole 26 and is sealingly connected to the second through hole 26. The washing liquid does not flow out through the second through holes 26.
Wherein the spraying part 10 can comprise a spray arm or a spray header, and the water spraying area of the spraying part 10 does not exceed the fruit and vegetable basket 2. In one embodiment, the outer diameter of the spraying part 10 is not larger than the outer diameter of the fruit and vegetable basket 2, so that the spraying part 10 can well wash the fruits and vegetables to be washed.
The dishwasher further comprises a water supply pipe 12, the water supply pipe 12 being in fluid communication with the spraying device 9. The circulation pump 5 is fluidly connected to the water inlet pipe 11 via a water supply pipe 12, and in turn, the washing liquid via the circulation pump 5 flows through the spraying portion 10 to the fruits and vegetables to be washed.
The spraying part 10 is arranged above the fruit and vegetable basket 2, and the washing liquid is sprayed to the fruit and vegetable basket 2 from top to bottom through the spraying part 10. In one embodiment, the spray portion 10 is located above the center of the fruit and vegetable basket 2, with the centerline of the spray portion 10 coinciding with the centerline of the fruit and vegetable basket 2. In another embodiment, the spraying portion 10 may be located at other positions above the fruit basket 2.
Because the spraying part 10 is positioned above the fruit and vegetable basket 2, the washing liquid can not flow to the spraying part 10 after washing fruits and vegetables, and even if the washing liquid after washing fruits and vegetables contains a small amount of sediment particles, the nozzle of the spraying part 10 can not be blocked, so that the risk that the sediment particles block the spraying part 10 is reduced.
The washing liquid flowing out of the spraying part 10 flows to the fruit and vegetable basket 2 from top to bottom, the washing liquid passing through the fruit and vegetable basket 2 is guided by the outer fruit and vegetable basket 22 to flow to the first filter 3, filtered by the first filter 3, flows to the second filter 4, filtered by the second filter 4, flows to the circulating pump 5, and flows into the water inlet pipe 11 through the water supply pipe 12 by the circulating pump 5 to flow to the spraying part 10, so that water circulation is formed.
The invention has been described with respect to the above-described embodiments, however, the above-described embodiments are merely examples of practicing the invention. It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. On the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention.
