装置筺体の底部に基端部が枢支されたベース部材を備え、このベース部材の揺動端部側と装置筺体の底部との間にスタンド部材を介在させることにより装置筺体を所定の角度に起こした状態とする卓上・壁掛け兼用電子機器におけるベースの構造において、装置筺体の底部に壁掛け用支承部を突設し、前記ベース部材を前記装置筺体の底部に密着させることにより、前記ベース部材に前記壁掛け用支承部を収容する中空部を設けるとともに、前記ベース部材の揺動端部の内壁に、前記中空部に収容された壁掛け用支承部に対向する弾性係合片を設け、前記壁掛け用支承部に前記弾性係合片が係合する被係合部を設けたことを特徴とする卓上・壁掛け兼用電子機器におけるベースの構造。   A base member having a base end pivotally supported at the bottom of the device housing is provided, and a stand member is interposed between the swinging end side of the base member and the bottom of the device housing so that the device housing is at a predetermined angle.
