Description

The present invention relates to an indicator lamp, and more particularly to an indicator lamp that is used as a handrail, a fence, or a guide guide and emits light to notify a place.

People can move in peace if they know where the railings and stairs are, even in the dark. If you install handrails and fences that also serve as lights in places that are prone to darkness such as night houses and offices, movie theaters, theaters, halls, low-traffic roads, shrines, temples, etc., it will not always be sufficiently bright lighting But just knowing where it is is safe enough.
There has been reported an invention aiming at displaying letters and signs by lighting a fluorescent lamp by providing a light-shielding tubular body cut out of letters and signs with the idea of emitting handrails (in Japanese) (See Patent Document 1).
However, even if such a fluorescent lamp or the like is not used to show sufficient brightness as a lighting device, the light emission of the handrail does not necessarily have to be sufficiently bright as described above, and the position can be visually recognized. It is sufficient for safety and guidance purposes. When it is used in a house or office at night, or in a movie theater or theater, there is a problem that too bright is not suitable for the installation location. Further, in order to cause the fluorescent lamp to emit light inside the handrail, a corresponding voltage is required, and there is a problem that it cannot be handled by a low-voltage power source such as a battery. Furthermore, in this example, since the light-shielding tubular body formed by cutting out characters and signs is formed, there is a problem that processing is complicated and expensive.

As described above, the method of making the outer periphery of the handrail have a light-shielding configuration by cutting out characters, etc., and displaying it by inserting a fluorescent lamp or the like inside is necessary, although the display contents such as characters can be sufficiently visually recognized. There was a problem that it was too bright and not necessarily suitable for the installation location.
The present invention solves this problem by making the whole emit light, but it is never too bright, but its position can be sufficiently confirmed, it can be used even at relatively low voltages, handrails, fences, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide an indicator lamp that can be used for a low cost.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the indicator lamp according to claim 3 of the present invention is the indicator lamp according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the hollow tube-shaped member holds the substrate therein. It has a groove or a step.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the indicator lamp according to claim 4 of the present invention is the indicator lamp according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the light emitting element is a light emitting diode (LED) element. It is characterized by.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the indicator lamp according to claim 5 of the present invention is the indicator lamp according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the light emitting element installed on the substrate is It is characterized by being installed at a predetermined interval in the length direction of the hollow tubular member.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the display lamp according to claim 6 of the present invention is the display lamp according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the light emitting elements of different colors are formed on the substrate. It is characterized by being installed in a mixed manner.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to shine the hollow tube-shaped member from the inside with a relatively simple configuration, and a handrail or a fence that can obtain sufficient visibility even when the light emission illuminance of the light emitting element is relatively low. An indicator lamp that can be used for the above can be realized at a relatively low cost.
In addition, by forming the hollow tube-shaped member into a thin hollow cylinder, it is possible to realize a safe indicator light that is easy to grasp as a handrail.

In addition, since a groove or a step for holding the substrate is provided inside the hollow tube-shaped member, the substrate does not move inside the hollow tube-shaped member, and the position of the light emitting element on the substrate does not change. Therefore, relatively uniform brightness can be obtained in the length direction of the hollow tubular member.
Further, since the light emitting element is a light emitting diode (LED) element, it does not generate heat even when it is turned on, and there is no sense of incongruity when the handrail is touched.

Since the light emitting diode elements are provided at predetermined intervals in the length direction of the indicator lamp, relatively uniform brightness can be obtained in the length direction of the hollow tube-shaped member.
Further, by installing light emitting elements of different colors together, light close to white light can be obtained using a relatively inexpensive light emitting element.

Embodiments of the indicator lamp of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a partial perspective when the indicator lamp 10 of the present embodiment is used as a handrail. Mounting brackets 20 are provided at both ends of the indicator lamp 10, and a power connector (not shown) is provided on one side of the mounting bracket 20, or a power line is drawn from the mounting bracket 20. A substrate 12 is provided inside a pipe 11 constituting the outer shell of the indicator lamp 10, and an LED element 14 is provided on the substrate 12.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view (a) in a plane perpendicular to the length direction of the indicator lamp 10 of the present embodiment, and a cross-sectional view in the length direction in the plane AA ′ of FIG. b). The indicator lamp 10 is composed of a translucent cylindrical pipe 11 made of milky white acrylic resin. The diameter of the pipe 11 is 32 mm, the thickness is 3 mm, and the length is arbitrary. A groove 13 for holding the substrate 12 is cut in the pipe 11. The pipe 11 can be produced by extrusion molding, or can be produced by bonding halves cut vertically along the plane AA ′.
Although the pipe 11 is made of milky white translucent here, it may be a transparent skeleton type or may be made of resin of other colors.

FIG. 3 is an arrangement diagram (a) of the substrate 12 and the connection portion 15 on the cross-sectional view cut in the horizontal direction in the BB ′ plane in FIG. (B) is shown. The substrate 12 may be a printed substrate such as a 1 mm thick paper phenol substrate or an epoxy resin substrate, or a flexible printed substrate using a polyimide or polyester film. Further, a hard printed board such as a paper phenol board or an epoxy resin board may be used for the board 12 itself, and a flexible board may be used for the connecting portion 15 between the boards.

Two LED elements 14 can be mounted on each substrate 12, and two sets of signals for controlling on / off of the power source and the two LED elements 14 are commonly input to each substrate 12. . Two different colors selected from LED elements 14 such as red, orange, yellow, and green are attached to each substrate 12, and LED elements 14 having different color combinations are used for each substrate 12. To. By using the LED element 14 of such a color, it is possible to obtain light emission close to white light as the entire display lamp 10 while using a relatively inexpensive element. The ambient illuminance when the whole is turned on is about 15 lx. Of course, it can also be made brighter using a white LED element or a high-intensity LED element.
Since the drive voltage of the LED element element 14 is about several volts, it is sufficient to use a power supply voltage of about DC 6 to 12 V, and it is possible to drive the battery with a battery power source.
