Claims (12)

A through hole formed in a container having a liquid container;
A sensor chip provided with a vibrating body that is attached to the through hole so that a part thereof is in contact with the liquid, and detects the amount of the liquid in the container by vibration;
A conductive portion electrically connected to the sensor chip;
An attachment lid having a substantially flat plate shape that covers a part of the conduction part and the sensor chip attached to the through hole and is attached to the container;
A liquid cartridge comprising: an urging portion that is disposed between the sensor chip and the mounting lid and urges the sensor chip toward the container.   The liquid cartridge according to claim 1, further comprising a seal that hermetically seals the sensor chip attached to the through hole in the container. Further comprising a substantially flat holding plate for holding the sensor chip at a position facing the through hole,
The container further has a recess that is recessed around the through hole and into which the holding plate is fitted,
The liquid cartridge according to claim 2, wherein the seal is affixed to the container so as to airtightly cover a boundary between the holding plate fitted into the recess of the container and the recess.   The conductive portion is attached to the other surface of the pair of double-sided tapes, and a pair of conductive double-sided tapes whose one surface is attached to and electrically connected to the pair of electrodes of the sensor chip. The liquid cartridge according to claim 1, further comprising an insulating resin film that holds the tape electrically separated from each other.   The liquid cartridge according to claim 4, wherein the resin film has a cutout, and the container has a positioning protrusion that is inserted into the cutout at a position facing the cutout of the resin film.   The liquid cartridge according to claim 4, wherein a region of the sensor chip facing the vibrating body of the sensor chip is cut off. The urging portion is electrically conductive and is in contact with the pair of electrodes of the sensor chip and the flexible printed circuit to electrically connect the pair of electrodes and the flexible printed circuit. The liquid cartridge according to any one of claims 1 to 3. The elastic member includes a pair of conductive portions that respectively contact the pair of electrodes, and an insulating portion that is disposed between the pair of conductive portions and electrically insulates the pair of conductive portions.
The liquid cartridge according to claim 7, wherein the elastic member is formed by two-color molding using a conductive rubber that forms the conductive portion and an insulating rubber that forms the insulating portion. The elastic member includes a pair of conductive portions that respectively contact the pair of electrodes, and an insulating portion that is disposed between the pair of conductive portions and electrically insulates the pair of conductive portions.
The liquid cartridge according to claim 7, wherein the elastic member is formed integrally with an insulating rubber by inserting a conductive metal wire into the conductive portion. The elastic member includes a pair of conductive portions that respectively contact the pair of electrodes, and an insulating portion that is disposed between the pair of conductive portions and electrically insulates the pair of conductive portions.
The liquid cartridge according to claim 7, wherein the elastic member is formed integrally with insulating rubber by mixing conductive metal particles in the conductive portion.   The liquid cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the sensor chip is attached to the through hole by insert molding in the container. Further comprising a substantially flat holding module holding the sensor chip by insert molding,
The liquid cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the holding module is attached to the through hole of the container.
