しかしながら、かかる提案技術は、倒伏容器を排除する技術であるので、例えば、容器としてのビンにひびが入っていても、これが倒伏していなければ排除することができなかった。そして、コンベアによる容器の搬送中にひびが成長して破損すると、前述したように、その破片がコンベアに挟まり、依然としてライン停止に至るおそれがあった。
そこで、本発明は以上のような従来の問題点に鑑み、コンベアによる容器の搬送機構を見直すことで、簡易な構成でありながら破損又は倒伏した不良容器を自動的に排除し得る不良容器の排除装置を提供することを目的とする。
