Description

The present invention relates to a colored paper for a printed decorative board. More specifically, it is possible to conceal defects in the appearance of the base material, and can be recovered and reused as paper resources. Colored paper for printed decorative boards that suppresses appearance defects due to impurities and pitch contained in the base material About.

Conventionally, decorative boards used for building materials such as building interior materials are manufactured by pasting decorative paper or plastic film decorative sheets printed with a pattern on the surface of base materials such as plywood, medium density fiberboard, and particle board. Has been.

As the base material of the decorative board for building materials, a wooden base material is usually used. A decorative board using a wooden substrate has advantages such as good hygroscopicity. Further, the wood grain pattern of the wood base material is excellent in design. On the other hand, the wooden substrate has defects in appearance such as local color unevenness and knot patterns, which impair the design.

As a technique for concealing defects on the appearance of a wooden substrate, a decorative board made of a wooden substrate, an adhesive layer, and a decorative layer (semi-transparent layer and inkjet printing layer) has been proposed (Patent Document 1). In this proposal, a defect of the wood base material is appropriately concealed and a semi-transparent paper material that can visually recognize the wood grain pattern is provided to make use of the original design of the wood base material.

However, the proposed decorative board is insufficient in concealing the wood substrate defect. Furthermore, it is not possible to prevent a poor appearance due to the spear component contained in the wooden base material oozing out to the surface of the decorative board.

As a technique for preventing appearance defects due to the spear component contained in the woody base material, for example, it is composed of a base material, an adhesive layer, a decorative material, and a decorative layer, and the decorative material is composed of a paper material, a resin layer, and a paper quality material. A decorative board has been proposed (Patent Document 2). In this proposal, a resin layer is provided in the middle of the paper material to prevent the spear component in the wooden base material from seeping out to the surface of the decorative board.

However, since the proposed decorative board uses a resin as a component of the decorative material, the decorative board becomes expensive. Further, it becomes difficult to collect and reuse the paper material as a paper resource. Furthermore, it is impossible to prevent the appearance defect of the decorative board due to the impurities and the pitch contained in the paper material.
JP 2003-094563 A (Claims) JP 2002-337276 A (Claims)

The problem of the present invention is that the above problems can be solved, the paper material can be easily recovered and reused, the appearance of the decorative board due to the impurities and pitch contained in the paper material can be prevented, and the surface of the wooden substrate It is intended to provide a colored paper for a decorative board capable of concealing defects such as uneven hue and knot pattern.

As a result of repeated research to solve the above problems, the present inventor found that the color L value, the a value, and the b value on the one-sided surface and one side were in a specific range, and a printed decorative board using a specific amount of bleached kraft pulp As a result, the present inventors have found that the problem can be solved by using colored paper for printing.

The present invention for solving the above problems is described below.

[1] 90% by weight or more of bleached bleached kraft pulp, color L value, a value, b value satisfy the following formulas (1) to (3), and the rice basis weight is 23 to 65 g / m 2 . Colored paper for printed decorative board, characterized by the above.

50≦L≦80 ……(1)
2≦a≦8 ……(2)
10≦b≦20 ……(3)
50 ≦ L ≦ 80 (1)
2 ≦ a ≦ 8 (2)
10 ≦ b ≦ 20 (3)

The colored paper for a printed decorative board of the present invention is colored brown or dark brown having a similar color to a wooden substrate such as plywood or fiberboard. Moreover, the transparency is set to a specific range. As a result, it is possible to conceal defects such as uneven hues and knot patterns on the wooden substrate.

Since the colored paper for printed decorative board of the present invention is excellent in concealment and colored like wood, it can be used for a printed decorative board simply by printing a picture. Accordingly, there is no need to perform solid printing for imparting concealment, which has been conventionally performed, and the economy is excellent.

The colored paper for printed decorative board according to the present invention has a good appearance because it contains 90% by mass or more of the pulp component constituting bleached pulp, and therefore contains less foreign matter and pitch in the raw material pulp. Furthermore, the colored paper for printed decorative boards of the present invention is excellent in recovery and reusability.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

The colored paper for printed decorative board according to the present invention satisfies the above formulas (1) to (3) in color L value, a value, and b value, has a basis weight of 23 to 65 g / m 2 , and bleached kraft pulp 90 It is comprised by the mass% or more.

Moreover, the colored paper for printed decorative boards of the present invention is used to produce a printed decorative board by laminating it on the surface of a printed decorative board substrate such as a wooden substrate. When pasting the colored paper on the surface of the base material, for example, a pattern such as a wood grain pattern is printed on one side of the colored paper, and the other side is pasted on the surface of the base material.

[US tsubo]
The colored paper for printed decorative board of the present invention (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as “colored paper”) has a basis weight of 23 to 65 g / m 2 . When the weight per square meter is less than 23 g / m 2 , the strength of the printed decorative board obtained by pasting the colored paper to the substrate and the concealability of the substrate are insufficient. On the other hand, there is no particular problem even if the rice tsubo exceeds 65 g / m 2 , but it becomes expensive. For the above reasons, the colored paper of the present invention is more preferably one having a basis weight of 30 to 50 g / m 2 .

The colored paper in the present invention may be a single-layer paper or a multi-layer paper as long as the basis weight is in the above range. When the colored paper is a multi-layer paper, the surface layer and the back layer are each composed of one layer, and the middle layer is one layer or two layers or more. The number of layers in the middle layer can be arbitrarily set in order to make the weight of the colored paper within the above range.

[Bleached kraft pulp]
Bleached kraft pulp is used as a raw material for producing the colored paper for printed decorative board of the present invention. Unbleached kraft pulp and recycled pulp may be mixed with the bleached kraft pulp. The mixing amount of these pulps other than bleached kraft pulp needs to be less than 10% by mass. If the unbleached kraft pulp, recycled pulp, etc. are 10% by mass or more, the appearance for the printed decorative board becomes poor due to impurities and pitch components.

[Hue]
The colored paper for printed decorative board of the present invention requires that the color L value, a value, and b value satisfy the following formulas (1) to (3).

50≦L≦80 ……(1)
2≦a≦8 ……(2)
10≦b≦20 ……(3)
50 ≦ L ≦ 80 (1)
2 ≦ a ≦ 8 (2)
10 ≦ b ≦ 20 (3)
If the color L value, a value, and b value are in the range of the above formulas (1) to (3), the color of the colored paper for printed decorative board becomes brown to dark brown, and a woody appearance can be expressed. Further, it is possible to hide hue unevenness and pattern defects on the substrate surface.

When the L value is less than 50 in the above formula (1), the pattern becomes inconspicuous when the pattern is printed on the colored paper. On the other hand, when the L value exceeds 80, the hue unevenness of the substrate surface and the concealability of pattern defects are insufficient.

If the a value is less than 2 in the above formula (2), the green color of the colored paper is too strong and the appearance of the printed decorative board does not exhibit a woody appearance. On the other hand, if the a value exceeds 8, the redness of the colored paper is too strong, and the appearance of the printed decorative board does not exhibit a woody appearance.

If the b value is less than 10 in the above formula (3), the blueness of the colored paper is too strong and the appearance of the printed decorative board does not exhibit a woody appearance. On the other hand, if the b value exceeds 20, the yellow color of the colored paper is too strong, and the appearance of the printed decorative board does not exhibit a woody appearance.

[Colorant]
The colored paper for printed decorative board of the present invention having the above-mentioned hue can be obtained by blending a coloring agent such as a dye or pigment usually used for coloring paper into the water slurry of the raw material pulp in the paper making process. it can. The blending amount of the colorant is not generally determined depending on the kind of the dye or the hue, but is an amount usually used that can satisfy the values of the above formulas (1), (2), and (3).

In the present invention, the color L value, color a value, and color b value of the colored paper are measured by a method according to JIS Z8722 “Measurement Method of Color”.

[Opacity]
The colored paper for printed decorative board of the present invention preferably has an opacity of 60 to 90%. When the opacity exceeds 90%, the appearance of the printed decorative board on which the colored paper is bonded becomes paper-like and the woody appearance may be poor. On the other hand, when the light transmittance is less than 60%, there may be insufficient hiding properties of hue unevenness and pattern defects on the surface of the wooden substrate.

The colored paper having the above opacity can be adjusted by blending a known dye and / or pigment in the water slurry of the raw pulp in the paper making process. It can also be adjusted by changing the weight of the colored paper.

In the present invention, the opacity of the colored paper is measured by a method according to the opacity test method of JIS P8149 paper.

[Surface strength]
The colored paper for printed decorative board of the present invention is described in J. Org. TAPPI No. It is preferable that the surface strength according to 1 “surface strength test method using wax” is 12A to 23A. When the surface strength is less than 12A, the strength may be insufficient in practice. On the other hand, a surface strength of 23A is sufficient, and even if the surface strength is further increased, no further effect can be obtained and only the cost is increased.

The colored paper having the above surface strength can be obtained, for example, by internally adding or coating a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), acrylic or polyamide paper strength enhancer.

[Ink receiving layer]
The colored paper for printed decorative board of the present invention may be provided with an ink receiving layer. In this case, a pattern such as a wood grain pattern can be easily printed on the colored paper. The ink receiving layer can be provided by coating a conventionally known ink receiving agent on one side of colored paper. Examples of the ink receiving agent include those containing porous inorganic fine particles and a binder as components.

[Method for producing colored paper for printed decorative board]
The colored paper for printed decorative board of the present invention can be produced by a known papermaking method. Moreover, the colored paper for printed decorative boards of the present invention can be produced by using bleached kraft pulp for 90% by mass or more of the raw pulp, coloring with a known colorant, and fixing the colorant with a fixing agent. . Furthermore, it is preferable to add an inorganic pigment such as clay, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide or the like as a filler because the opacity is improved and the concealability is increased.

[Print decorative board]
The printed decorative board can be produced by adhering the colored paper for printed decorative board of the present invention to the surface of the wooden substrate for printed decorative board. The colored paper may be pasted on the surface of the base material for printed decorative board as it is, but printing of a pattern or the like is performed on one side of the colored paper, and the non-printed surface is pasted on the surface of the base material for printed decorative board. preferable. The colored paper is preferably bonded to the substrate surface via an adhesive layer. Moreover, a transparent protective layer can be further provided on the colored paper.

The printed decorative board of the present invention can be used particularly advantageously as a building material for building interior such as a building wall, ceiling, or floor.
