Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of simply and surely positioning a substrate and a sheet and sticking them together without requiring a skill for a sticking operation.
SOLUTION: After the sheet 1a is placed on the bottom face 13A of a loading stand 13 of a fixture 10, a part of an opposite-to-reference side of a card 1b is placed on a canopy part 23. Then, while the opposite-to-reference side of the card 1b on the canopy part 23 is lightly pressed with a finger F1, a part near an edge on the reference side is pushed down with a finger F2 along contacting parts 17X and 18X for positioning to stick an undersurface of the part near the edge on the sheet 1a. In this case, as the card 1b is pushed down while a condition that it is positioned along the contacting parts 17X and 18X for positioning is kept, sticking is performed under a condition that the edge of the card 1b and the edge of the sheet 1a are exactly gathered on the reference side.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

The present invention relates to a method for superimposing and attaching a printed sheet with an adhesive on a substrate when issuing an ID card such as a student card or a membership card, and a jig used therefor. In particular, the present invention relates to a method that can easily and reliably align and paste a substrate and a sheet without requiring skill in the pasting operation.
The application of the present invention is not limited to an ID card. The “substrate” includes not only an IC card and a magnetic card, but also anything such as a nameplate or a signboard that serves as a base for sheet attachment. The “sheet” includes any material that can be attached to other objects such as a sheet on which a photograph or a character can be printed, a protective sheet that protects the surface of the card, and the like.

Taking ID cards for identification such as student IDs and membership cards as examples.
As an ID card for identification, an IC card in which individual information regarding the card owner is recorded is widely used. In such an IC card, the owner's personal information and the like are recorded on a built-in recording medium, and a visible image such as the owner's photo and address and text information are printed on one side of the card. Has been.

However, PVC has been conventionally used as a material for IC cards, but recently it has been changed to materials such as PET and ABS. Such a material is not compatible with ink in a card printer using a sublimation dye type thermal transfer ink or a melt type thermal transfer ink, so that it is difficult to directly print a photograph or characters. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 3, a method of preparing a sheet (referred to as a carrier sheet) 1a on which photographs and characters are printed in advance and affixing the carrier sheet 1a to one surface of the IC card 1b (FIG. 3 (B) → (C)) is generally adopted. In this method, the IC card 1b can be reused by peeling the carrier sheet 1a from the ID card 1 that is no longer needed (FIG. 3 (A) → (B)).

As for the above-mentioned sheet pasting type ID card, the work of pasting a carrier sheet on an IC card is often performed manually. At this time, the operator makes the surface of the carrier sheet with the adhesive and one surface of the IC card face each other, stands the sheet and the card diagonally, butts one side (lower edge) on the workbench, and then In many cases, bonding is performed. For this reason, there is a problem that if the operator's hand comes even a little, the sheet and the card are stuck and the two are stuck without overlapping properly.

Alternatively, an alignment jig corresponding to various ID cards may be used when attaching the sheet and the card. Currently provided jigs are simply formed with recesses (recesses) for placing sheets, and the shape of the recesses is slightly larger than the shape of the sheet and card to be bonded together. In one example, it is formed to maintain a clearance of about 1 mm. To use such a jig, first arrange the sheet with the adhesive side of the upper side in the recess, and then place the card by dropping it from the upper side of the sheet, and finally the card from the upper side. They are pressed and bonded together. However, the operator's hand may come in contact with the card before positioning, and in this case, each side of the sheet and each side of the card will be stuck together.

As described above, conventionally, each side of the sheet and each side of the card may be stuck in a state where they are not properly aligned, regardless of whether only a manual operation or a jig is used. And when the adhesive of a sheet | seat is strong, once it will stick, it will become difficult to peel off both. Therefore, an effective countermeasure is currently desired.
The present invention was made to solve such a problem, and without requiring skill in the pasting operation, a method capable of simply and reliably aligning and pasting the substrate and the sheet, And it aims at providing the jig | tool used for it.

The method of attaching a sheet to a substrate of the present invention is a method of aligning and attaching a substrate and a sheet using an alignment jig, and the jig includes a bottom surface on which the sheet is aligned and placed. An eaves portion that protrudes over the bottom surface with a gap and places a part of the substrate; and an alignment contact portion that is spaced from the eaves portion to which an edge of the temporarily placed substrate is applied. Then, after placing the sheet on the bottom surface, the substrate is placed on the eaves portion, and simultaneously or subsequently, the edge of the substrate is applied to the contact portion to align the substrate, and then the substrate The part near the edge is pushed down and the sheet is attached to the lower surface of the part. Then, the part of the substrate and the sheet are removed from the jig, and then the entire surface of the sheet is pressed against the substrate and attached. It is characterized by that.

In addition, the “substrate” in the present invention includes all of the above-mentioned IC card and magnetic card, as well as all things that serve as a substrate for sheet attachment, such as a nameplate and a signboard. In addition, the “sheet” includes any material that can be attached to another material, such as a sheet on which a photograph or text can be printed, or a protective sheet that protects the surface of the card.

According to this method, after the sheet is first placed on the bottom surface of the jig, the substrate is placed on the eaves portion of the jig, and simultaneously or subsequently, the edge of the substrate is applied to the alignment contact portion of the jig and the substrate is placed on the substrate. Align. At this point, the substrate is held on the eaves with respect to the sheet. Next, a portion near the edge of the substrate is pushed down, and a sheet is attached to the lower surface of the portion. At this time, since the substrate and the sheet are aligned by the alignment abutting portion of the jig, they are pasted together with their edges aligned. Next, the substrate and the sheet partially attached are taken out from the jig, and then the entire surface of the sheet is pressed against the substrate and attached. Thereby, a board | substrate and a sheet | seat can be bonded together in the state which overlapped correctly.

The alignment jig of the present invention is a jig for aligning and adhering a substrate and a sheet, and a bottom surface that aligns and places the sheet, and projects over the bottom surface with a gap therebetween, And a contact portion for positioning away from the eaves portion to which an edge of the temporarily placed substrate is applied.

The alignment jig of a more specific form of the present invention is a jig for aligning and affixing a rectangular substrate and a rectangular sheet having substantially the same shape as the substrate, A rectangular bottom surface on which the sheet is aligned, a projecting portion on the bottom surface with a gap and a part on one side of the substrate, and the other side of the temporarily placed substrate (the one side) And an abutting portion for alignment provided at an opposed position of the eaves portion, to which an edge of the side facing the surface is applied.

According to the present invention, by using such a jig, the substrate and the sheet can be easily and reliably aligned and pasted without requiring skill in the pasting operation.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a method capable of easily and reliably aligning and bonding a substrate and a sheet and a jig used therefor without requiring skill in the pasting operation.

(A)は平面図であり、(B)は(A)のB−B線断面図であり、(C)は(A)のC−C線断面図であり、(D)は(A)のD−D線断面図である。
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing an alignment jig according to an embodiment of the present invention. (A) is a plan view, (B) is a sectional view taken along line BB of (A), (C) is a sectional view taken along line CC of (A), and (D) is (A). It is the DD sectional view taken on the line.
In the following description, left and right refer to the left and right in FIGS. 1A and 1B, and vertical and horizontal refer to the direction of the arrow in FIG.

なお、この例のカード(JIS規格)の寸法(公書)は、幅54mm(+0.03mm〜−0.08mm)、長さ85.6mm(+0.12mm〜−0.14mm)、厚さ0.76mmである。
The jig 10 of this embodiment is an alignment jig for aligning and attaching a substrate 1b such as a card and a sheet 1a (see FIG. 3). As shown in FIG. 1, the jig 10 includes a main body 11 having a rectangular plate shape. On the upper surface of the main body 11, a mounting table 13 on which a sheet is positioned and bonded is bonded and fixed. The upper surface of the mounting table 13 is a rectangular bottom surface 13A on which the sheet is directly mounted.
In addition, the dimension (official document) of the card (JIS standard) in this example has a width of 54 mm (+0.03 mm to −0.08 mm), a length of 85.6 mm (+0.12 mm to −0.14 mm), and a thickness of 0. .76 mm.

From the four corners of the mounting table 13 on the upper surface of the main body 11, the contact walls 15 and 16 for alignment (the left side of FIGS. 1A and 1B), 17 and 18 (FIGS. 1A and 1B). The right side) stands up. Each of the contact walls 15 to 18 has an L shape extending in the vertical and horizontal directions from the top of the mounting table 13 (see FIG. 1A). On the inner side of the bent portions of the contact walls 15 to 18, reservoir portions 15 ′ to 18 ′ which are wound in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape are formed. The insides of the reservoirs 15 ′ to 18 ′ are spaces where dust and the like on the mounting table 13 are swept up.

In each of the contact walls 15 to 18, the inner surface in the vertical direction and the inner surface in the horizontal direction are processed so as to form 90 ° (that is, the inner angle of each of the contact walls 15 to 18 is 90 °). The vertical distance L between the contact walls 15 and 16 and the vertical distance L between the contact walls 17 and 18 on the mounting table 13 are the length and width of the sheet / substrate to be aligned. It is processed to be larger. And the sheet | seat board | substrate can be aligned by pressing the edge | side of a sheet | seat board | substrate on the wall surface on the basis of two orthogonal walls among the contact walls 15-18.

A raised portion 21 is formed between the two contact walls 15 and 16 on the left side. As clearly shown in FIG. 1B, the raised portion 21 is placed so as to be slightly higher than the bottom surface 13A of the mounting table 13 (about 1.5 mm as an example: see the symbol S in FIG. 1B). It is formed integrally with the mounting table 13. An eaves portion 23 is bonded and fixed to the upper surface of the raised portion 21. The eaves portion 23 is a plate-like body having a thickness of about 1.5 mm, for example, and projects from the inner end face of the raised portion 21 toward the inside of the mounting table 13. A part of the substrate is placed on the eaves portion 23 when the substrate and the sheet are aligned. A gap S corresponding to the height of the raised portion 21 exists between the lower surface of the eaves portion 23 and the upper surface (bottom surface 13 </ b> A) of the mounting table 13.
Note that the eaves portion 23, the raised portion 21, and the main body 11 may be integrally formed, and the gap S may be formed by cutting. Or although the eaves part 23 of a plate-shaped body is used in a present Example, a shape is not restricted to this, For example, the several pin etc. which protruded laterally toward the mounting base 13 inside may be sufficient.

A space is formed between the two contact walls 17 and 18 on the right side. Of the inner surfaces of the contact walls 17 and 18, the surfaces 17 </ b> X and 18 </ b> X that face the raised portion 21 and the eaves portion 23 are contact portions for alignment to which the edge of the substrate temporarily placed on the eaves portion 23 is applied. It is. The contact portions (surfaces) 17X and 18X for alignment of the contact walls 17 and 18 are precisely processed so as to be located in the same vertical plane.
In addition, between the contact walls 15 and 17 and between the contact walls 16 and 18 is a space similarly to between the above-mentioned contact walls 17 and 18.

Next, a method (procedure) for aligning and attaching the substrate 1b such as a card and the sheet 1a using the jig 10 described above will be described with reference to FIG.
2A to 2D are cross-sectional side views for explaining a method (procedure) for aligning and attaching the substrate and the sheet using the jig of this embodiment.
In the following description, the right side (abutting walls 17 and 18 side) is referred to as a reference side, and the left side (abutting walls 15 and 16 side) is referred to as an anti-reference side.

First, as shown in FIG. 2A, the sheet 1a is placed on the bottom surface 13A of the mounting table 13 of the jig 10 with the surface with the adhesive on the upper side, and the reference side of the sheet 1a is placed on the contact wall 17, The 18 alignment contact portions 17X and 18X are brought into contact with each other. At this time, the side opposite to the reference side of the sheet 1 a is located in the gap S between the lower surface of the eaves portion 23 and the bottom surface 13 </ b> A of the mounting table 13. Further, as described above, the vertical distance L between the contact walls 15 and 16 and the vertical distance L between the contact walls 17 and 18 (see FIG. 1) are substantially equal to the vertical width of the sheet 1a. The sheet 1a is not displaced in the vertical direction.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2B, a part of the card 1b on the side opposite to the reference side is placed on the eaves portion 23. At the same time or subsequently, the edge on the reference side of the card 1b is applied to the positioning contact portions 17X and 18X of the contact walls 17 and 18 to align the card 1b. At this time, since the eaves portion 23 is separated from the bottom surface 13A of the mounting table 13, the sheet 1a and the card 1b are not attached.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2C, while lightly pressing the opposite side of the card 1b on the eaves 23 with the finger F1, the portions near the edge on the side of the reference side 17X, 18X are positioned. Is pressed down with the finger F2 and the lower surface of the portion in the vicinity of the edge is attached to the sheet 1a. At this time, the card 1b is pushed down while maintaining the state of being positioned along the alignment contact portions 17X and 18X, so that the edge of the card 1b and the edge of the sheet 1a are neatly aligned on the reference side. Pasted in the state. When the card 1b is pushed down, the vertical displacement of the card 1b does not occur due to the above-described interval L (see FIG. 1).

Next, the card 1b and the sheet 1a to which a part of the reference side is attached are taken out from the jig 10. At this time, the card 1b and the sheet 1a are sandwiched and taken out from the space between the contact walls 15 and 17 and between the contact walls 16 and 18. And after taking out, the whole surface of the sheet | seat 1a is pressed against the card | curd 1b, and sticking is completed as shown in FIG.2 (D). At this time, since the reference side edge of the card 1b and the reference side edge of the sheet 1a are pasted together, the both sides are properly overlapped and pasted by simply pressing the entire surface of the sheet 1a against the card 1b. Attached.

As described above, when the jig 10 according to the present invention is used, the card 1b and the sheet 1a can be easily and reliably aligned and pasted without requiring skill in the pasting operation.
