Description

The present invention relates to a band used when wearing Japanese clothes and a regeneration method for processing a conventional band into a band that is easy to use.

The band used with the kimono has fewer opportunities to wear the kimono and the frequency of its use is decreasing.
However, for example, there are still many opportunities to wear kimono for many people at wedding ceremonies and weddings. As seen in dressing, it is difficult to tie alone easily.
For this reason, most people tie their kimonos together with their kimonos and do not use them on a daily basis.
No. 4-4173

FIG. 7 shows a front surface (a) and a back surface (b) of a generally used bag belt.
Such a band is generally referred to as a six-pattern band, and is configured so that a band pattern is formed on 60% of the front surface and the back surface is plain.
The band pattern is configured to be a hand pattern area B, a plain area C, a torso area D to be a torso part of the band, and a drum pattern area E to form a drum part of the band with the left end of the surface as a hand A. The right end is called the tip F. And generally the back surface is shape | molded so that it may become all the patterns of a plain or a plain.

When such a band is usually worn from above the kimono, the plain area C is covered with the torso area D by winding it around the torso from the hand A side, and the remaining band portion, i.e., the drum The pattern region E is folded so as to be bent at a substantially right angle at the back to form the drum portion, but in this case, there is a problem that the dressing operation for forming the drum portion at the back becomes extremely difficult.
Then, what was devised to make it easy to tie the belt using various props is known.

FIG. 8A is a schematic diagram (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-17173) in which band tie is facilitated by using a flat fastener (hereinafter referred to as a hook-and-loop fastener) proposed by the present applicant. A plurality of hook-and-loop fastener pieces a, b, c, d and the like are attached to the back surface of the belt in advance.
And the area | region used as the waist part 20 is folded in half by overlapping this hook-and-loop fastener piece a and b part as shown in the same figure (b), and also the surface superimposed as shown in the same figure (c) The parts of the fasteners a and b are pressure-bonded to the hook-and-loop fastener c to form an isosceles triangle, and by raising the waist part 20, the waist part 20 is formed in a direction perpendicular to the drum part 10 that forms the drum. The drum portion 10 is usually folded in a single or double manner to form a decorative drum. Then, the formed drum is temporarily fixed with an auxiliary tool or the like so that its shape does not collapse, and then the drum is temporarily fixed to the back with an appropriate string, and the waist portion 20 is moved forward from the back. Wrap it twice and temporarily fix it.
He turns his hand to the back, wears his hand and hand pattern area in the drum, secures it with a bandage, and wears a kimono.

In this way, the drum part 10 can be folded into a desired shape before the band is wound around the waist, so that the band can be tied easily. However, the band is wound twice around the waist part 20 from the back to the front. Finally, the plain area C of FIG. 7 comes to be exposed on the upper side, and the body pattern area D is hidden on the lower side, which makes the appearance worse.
For this reason, it is not preferable to tie a traditional band that has already been purchased in this way, so it is not natural to wear Japanese clothes, or such a band should be left in a bag or disposed of. I made new bands.

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and the first invention is a kimono band formed in the order of the hand pattern region, the plain region, the trunk pattern region, and the drum pattern region from the hand side. On the other hand, it provides a six-pattern band characterized in that the torso pattern area is adjacent to the hand pattern area and then processed in the order of the plain area and the drum pattern area.
Further, the second invention is a reproduction of a band that eliminates the difficulty of wearing the band, which is a problem to be solved by the present invention, by processing the band as described above from a conventional six-pattern band. Regarding the method.

The belt of the present invention is provided with a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners at the boundary between the trunk pattern region and the drum pattern region, and the plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners are used to form a torsion band portion in a direction orthogonal to the drum portion band portion. Since it is formed, the drum part is shaped into a desired shape in front of it and then turned to the back, and the band is formed by appropriately adjusting so that the point pattern formed in the trunk pattern region D is just in front. It can be done easily.

In the third aspect of the invention, the kimono band is formed by winding the kimono band formed in the order of the hand pattern region, the plain region, the torso region, and the drum pattern region from the hand side once or twice. For example, an appropriate portion of the drum pattern area is cut and separated, and a double drum or a change knot (a square knot, fan) It is processed and regenerated so that it can be used for knots, bows, etc.

In the present invention, after the drum part and the torsion part are formed in advance using a hook-and-loop fastener or the like, the part to be the drum part is formed in front of the body, and this drum part is carried on the back using an auxiliary tool or the like, and then the torso is turned The band handle can be made to appear at a predetermined position even when the band is wound around the trunk twice, so that it can be handled easily compared to the conventional band tying method. There is an effect.
In addition, the band of the present invention is a lot of old bands that have been owned by each person, and the band that cannot be tied well can be easily processed and reproduced to make the drum part look gorgeous. It has the effect of promoting the recycling of resources without using it.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a novel band of the present invention and a form processed into the band will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a plan view when the present invention is applied to a six-pattern band (six-pattern band).
As shown above, the band shown in this figure is a so-called six-pattern bag band. From the left end, the hand A, hand pattern area B, plain area C, trunk pattern area D, drum pattern area E The right end is the tip F.
In addition, the portion K is the point position of the torso pattern attached so as to be located on the front side of the belt, and Q indicates the point position of the drum pattern attached so as to be located in the upper center of the drum part. Such a pattern is not always attached.
Also, the trunk pattern and the drum pattern are usually composed of the same pattern in many cases.

Hereinafter, the improved six-pattern band of the present invention and a method of processing and reproducing such a band from the conventional six-pattern band will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), the X and Y points on the surface of a conventional six-patterned strip are cut by staking or the like. In this case, it is preferable to keep only the front side on which the pattern is formed while leaving the back side, which is usually plain, in order to maintain the strength of the band.
Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the intermediate portion separated at the X point and the Y point is reversed left and right, and the cut end x1 on the X point side and the cut end y1 on the Y point side are sewn together. On the Y point side, the cut end x2 of the intermediate part and the cut end y2 on the band side are stitched together to reproduce the band in which the plain region C has moved to the center as shown in FIG. To do.

In this case, it is preferable that the cutting points X and Y are arranged so as to be substantially in the position of the back pillar when the belt is worn as will be described later.
Therefore, in general, the distance from the hand A to the point X as the cut surface is approximately 65 Cm, and the point Y as the cut surface is approximately 160 Cm from the end of the tip F.
However, since the position of the X point and Y point as the cut surface cannot be uniquely determined by the point position Q of the band drum pattern, the wearer's body shape (girth), this cut point is roughly What is necessary is just to determine so that it may become the position of a back pillar when a belt is worn.

Surface fasteners a, b, c, d, and e are sewn to five locations on the back surface, which is the plain side of the belt, as shown in FIG.
As described with reference to FIG. 8, the hook-and-loop fastener c is a plus-side hook-and-loop fastener when the hook-and-loop fasteners a and b are defined as minus-side fasteners. Then, by superimposing the hook-and-loop fasteners a and b on each other, the belt is folded in half to form a waistline portion (the waistline portion 20). The waistline portion 20 can be bent so as to be orthogonally bonded to the drum portion (tip portion) 10 by being bonded to the fastener c.

The hook-and-loop fastener d is provided to attach an adjustment belt 30 for adjusting the folding position of the waistline portion 20 formed in the orthogonal direction as schematically shown in FIG. .
The adjustment belt 30 has a hook-and-loop fastener 33 attached to the lower surface of the adjustment belt 30 so as to be coupled to the hook-and-loop fastener d. The clips 32a and 32b are configured to hang down.

When the belt is worn, the hook-and-loop fastener 33 provided on the lower surface of the adjustment belt 30 and the hook-and-loop fastener d are combined, and the waistline portion 20 previously folded as shown in the figure is wound around the trunk in the direction of the arrow. When the first folding point is folded in the opposite direction and pinched at the tip of the clip 32b, and the folding point is aligned with any of the L, M, and S positions of the belt, the portion of the plain region C is turned around once. When the body pattern region D appears in the next second turn, the plain region C does not appear on the surface.
Further, when the point pattern K is present in the torso pattern region D of the belt, the length of the waistline portion 20 can be adjusted so that the point pattern K is just in front.
Further, the overall length of the waistline portion 20 caused by the difference in the body shape can be adjusted and set so that the hand when it is turned twice just fits the drum portion 10.
Further, by forming an open surface fastener (a surface fastener with a lid) on the upper surface of the adjustment belt 30, when forming the surface fastener e formed in the drum region of the belt, The shape of the folded drum portion can be maintained by pressing the fastener 33 on the upper surface.
Therefore, before wearing the belt, first, after adjusting the length of the waistline portion 20 by forming the drum portion 10 and the waistline portion 20 with the fasteners a, b, c described above and attaching the adjustment belt 30, By folding the drum into various shapes and keeping the shape with a clip or the like (not shown), the belt can be carried on the back and the banding can be completed, so the belt can be easily worn.

The six-pattern band shown in the above embodiment is formed by cutting the surface of a conventional six-pattern band, but a new weave is formed from the beginning so that the pattern pattern as shown in FIG. By adopting this method, it is possible to newly weave a belt that can be worn by the dressing method used in the present invention.

FIG. 3 shows a method for processing a six-band pattern showing another embodiment of the present invention, where (a) shows the front surface, (b) shows the back surface (plain), and the surface is the same as FIG. The code | symbol shows the same part.
In the case of this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4C and 4D, a cutting point Z is put in the drum pattern area E and cut off together with the portion of the drooping point F to form a small band 40A and the remaining main band. 50A is used as a waistband twice, and the main band 50A and the small band 40A are used as a double drum knot as shown in FIG.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram when a double drum is formed using the main band 50A and the small band 40A in this way, and the main band 50A is folded as described above as shown in FIG. A waistline portion and a drum portion are formed, and the adjustment belt 30 is fixed by a surface fastener d of a band that becomes the drum portion. Then, the surface fastener e of the small band 40A is pressure-bonded so that the drooping point of the small band 40A cut off by the open surface fastener 33 provided on the surface of the adjustment belt 30 is on the lower side as shown in FIG. At the same time, as shown in FIG. 3C, the portion z1 which becomes the new drooping point of the main belt 50A is bent downward to wrap the small belt 40A, and in this state, the portion A is overlapped with the portion B. The upper part is folded in half so that a drum part having a thickness of double or more is formed as shown in FIG.

In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the small band 40 is made of the droop F side, but in the following embodiment, a case where the small band 40 is formed on the hand A side will be described.
FIG. 5 shows still another embodiment of the present invention. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5B, the cutting points Z1 and Z2 are put in two places in the plain region C of the normal belt as shown in FIG. The plain region C ′ is cut off, and this portion is used as a small band 40B, and the cut hand handle region B is brought close to the trunk pattern region D and stitched at Z3 to be used as the main band 50B.
And the double band and the triple drum are formed in the portion of the small band 40B, and the ornamental knot drum is formed, and the main band 50B is worn around as a band.

FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b) show the forms of the front and back surfaces of the band having only one cut point for forming the small band.
In the case of this embodiment, the band is cut only at one place, and the cut surface Z is formed at a Z point approximately (76 Cm, about 2 scales) from the hand side.
And the part cut | disconnected by this cut surface z is used as the small band 40C, and the remaining band is used as the main band 50C of the 6-pattern band of the trunk circumference 1 turn.

5 and 6, although not shown on the back side of the small belt, a hook-and-loop fastener f can be sewn, and a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners a, b, c, d, and e are sewn.
In this case, the main band 50, which has been shortened a little, makes the waistline portion 20 and the drum portion 10 using the hook-and-loop fasteners a, b and c as described above, and the waistline portion 20 is wound once when worn. The torso comes out on the surface, and the part on the hand side of the newly made book belt 50 is worn so as to be finally put in the drum.
Further, when the hook-and-loop fastener f is attached to the back side of the small band 40, as described above, the hook-and-loop fastener f is coupled to the open hook-and-loop fastener 33 provided on the surface of the adjustment belt 30 attached to the drum portion, It can be worn as a decorative feather band previously proposed by the applicant of the present application by attaching it over the band forming the drum section 10 and folding it with the drum section 10 as it is.

In each of the above-described embodiments, when the small band 40 is cut out, the drooping point or the hand side of the six-pattern band is cut off. Various band knots can be easily made with a good appearance by making them a band to be used with the taiko part 10 as a decorative part, or a double drum or a change knot.
